Holding his bow with one hand Uldar steps south of the skeleton in front of him, then drawing his light mace in the other hand he swings it against the bony thing in a defensive way, as the halfling fears being swarmed by so many creatures while he knows he is totally ineffective until he gets a flank. Kalizama swings her mace at skeleton 1, and succeeds in smashing it into a pile of splintered bones!
Chaandra attacks skeleton G in a flurry of bite and claws, yet somehow the evil creature manages to dodge her attacks!
Trane attacks skeleton E with his own flurry of bite and claws, and rends the foe to pieces, bits of bone flying all around the area!
Uldar steps south of skeleton 4, and manages to strike it with his mace! The skeleton rocks back from the blow, but it is still on its feet!

Garm begins another of his stirring recitations. Inspire Courage: +1 Competence bonus to attack and damage and a +1 morale bonus on saves vs. fear.
Players: don't forget you also have a +1 to attack, and another +1 against fear effects, from the Bless spell. Because one is a spell, and the second is from a recitation, the effects will stack.

Brandor heaves his warhammer overhead and brings it down on skeleton #2, a blow that crushes the creature into shards of bone!
Trane furiously attacks the two skeletons #7 and A adjacent to him! He strikes each one with terrible claws that rip them to shreds!
Chaandra explodes into skeleton G, ripping it apart and spewing bones about the area!
Kenz steps back and swings his heavy flail at skeleton #5 1d20 + 9 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 9 + 1 + 1 = 21, striking it soundly 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (9) + 5 = 14 and smashing it to pieces!
Three skeletons left - #9 at M-5, #6 at M-9, and #8 at O-9.
Garm's turn will round out this half of the round. Everyone please make a Perception check.

Garm will maintain his illusion and cast Ear-Piercing Scream at one of the injured skeletons.
Damage: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 6) = 7 skeletons take half this.
The skeletons get a Fort save to avoid being dazed and to take half damage. I know they automatically succeed on this save but I really don't have any other offensive spell.
Inspire Courage will continue due to Lingering Performance.

The western door in the south hallway opens, and you all hear and see the loud, tromping footsteps of two creatures who enter the hallway! They see you, and snarl as they unlimber huge clubs, emitting sounds the offspring of bear and man might make, showing flat black teeth well suited for grinding bones to paste!

Group 1: The Players...

Trane Loften |

Trane casts and his strength increases as he moves alongside his lion (to P9). The solid line made anchored by the dwarf in the middle looks impressive. He hopes the ogres cannot swing massively to hit two targets near each other as their first of many fighters could.
Std=Bull's Strength, move to P9 Trane has 6 damage and Chaandra 3 damage Bull's Strength = 40/40 rounds

Brandor moves south and swings his weapon at skeleton #8, but the creature is able to parry the blow!
Chaandra leaps forward and also attacks #8, and she rends it to pieces with her bite and claws!
Trane casts a spell upon himself and moves forward to form a line with Chaandra and Brandor against the ogres in the south part of the hallway!

Uldar Aren |

Seeing the ogres, Uldar steps in front to N11 and draws his cold iron dagger. Armed with mace and dagger the halfling enters into full defense and smiles at the ogres taunting them at his best. "Hei! Bag of flesh, I've never seen something as ugly as you! How do you do to find out which part of your body is your ass?"
Full-defense + 3 ranks in acrobatics means +6 dodge AC

Garm will shoot and then reload his crossbow, his illusion spell still maintained and the bardic buff continuing this rounds as well. He aims at Ogre A.

A crossbow bolt flies out from the otherwise motionless pillar in the back of the room.

Uldar darts boltly between the ogres legs jumping from one side to the other in order to avoid the ogre attacks while setting a flank for his mates.

acrobatics Ogre B: 1d20 + 13 - 2 ⇒ (18) + 13 - 2 = 29
Once at the other side the little halfling prepares himself to fight defensively providing his budies with a flank. +2 Flanking for those attacking from north!

Standard: Ready action, fight defensively upon having a flanking buddy (-4 attack, +3 dodge AC)

Brandor Bulwark |

Brandor, wary of the reach of the ugly brutes, casts a spell to summon a spiritual warhammer behind one of the ogres (A), which then takes a whack at its head.

Damage: 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3
Then he steps back a bit (to N8) to give the others room to act.

Kenz moves forward to N-11, placing himself squarely in the path of the Ogres, and he attacks Ogre A 1d20 + 9 + 1 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 9 + 1 + 1 = 23 with his heavy flail, 1d10 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11, striking the ugly creature for 11 points of damage! The creature roars in pain!

On his companions flanking, Uldar launches his readied attack at the ogre.

Chaandra moves forward and attacks Ogre B, and she lands a vicious bite dealing much damage! The Ogre screams in pain!
Uldar notices a gaping seam in Ogre A's hide armor, and he swings his mace at the spot. The blow makes a loud CRUNCH sound, and the creature gasps in surprise and then falls dead!
Garm continues his soliloquy, a rousing round of speech that inspires his comrades and aids their attacks!

Ogre B senses the heat of the flaming sphere erupting where he stands 1d20 ⇒ 16 (DC is 15) but he manages to hop and shift, avoiding being burned.
Group 2: The Ogres
The door to the east flies open, and another ogre comes through it. Seeing Uldar in the hallway, it lifts a greataxe overhead and charges to attack him! Attack: 1d20 + 9 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 9 + 2 = 19 Uldar sees the attack coming and manages to dodge the blow!
The Ogre yells something in a tongue you do not comprehend...
Ogre B swings its greatclub at Kenz 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13 but the attack is parried!
