Okie dokies, I'll get some alts built shortly and post with them here.
EDIT: here is my Witchwar Legacy character.

Hylota |

Thanks for picking me! Here is Hylota's alias. I'll get Herok's made in a minute.
Hello to all! I've got Vrog in a Star Wars game I'm running, and I've seen Javell on the boards for a while, too.

Herok Crane |

And here's Herok.
Incidentally, I can't help but notice our level 1 group is very martial heavy. This is going to make things very interesting as we go through this, isn't it?

Hylota |

Hylota has the Healing hex, plus the heal spell, plus a couple wands of infernal healing, plus a bunch of condition removal spells. The level 17 group has at least some healing.
Some Use Magic Device might eventually be good for the level 1 group though - that or maybe the GM lets us find some advanced tech.

Javell DeLeon |

Let me give you the best piece of advice. Advice that you should always remember, as it is so important it can literally save your life:
Don't get hit, and always make your saves.
HA-HA! Oh man good one. *Glances back a couple times as he walks away, smiling as he does just to keep up appearances, but can just be overheard mumbling something to the effect of: Yeah, I'm screwed. :P*

Sweet. That is a relief because I didn't see how we were gonna get through this without some form of healing.

Tazwell Bladenkurst |

Tazwell has a couple of healing wands as well for out of combat healing.
He replaces the wand's CL with his own CL, so they should work a little better than normal.

Hylota |

Infernal healing doesn't care about CL - and Hylota has no issue with such methods.

Javell DeLeon |

He marked at least two strangers he had not seen in his previous six months in Whitethrone, a scaled, winged draconic figure and what appeared to be one of the enumerable witches that populated the country.
My bad. He would've actually... I don't know what you call it... "put his wings back up"(I guess?) as soon as he landed at the palace. For the record he isn't sporting any wings. Should've mentioned it but completely forgot. Again, my bad. Sorry for the confusion.
And as far as I know he doesn't sport any scales. At least I don't think he does. It's not mandatory for dragon disciples to have scales, is it?

I don't think so, I'd flavor it as scales appearing whenever you do something that activates your abilities, such as breath weapons or extending your wings. Put those away and you can have the scales recede to almost unnoticeable or something.

Heck yeah! Now THAT would be cool. Yeah I like that. Okay, will go with that because that is totally fitting. Thanks! Man I would've never thought of that.

Flavor is a strength of mine XD I may mess up mechanics or not build the most effective fighter or wizard, but I can make them interesting.

Javell DeLeon |

That is a cool story, Chill. (No pun intended) ;) Is that part of the module or did you make it up? Either way, though, pretty cool regardless.
Man I was reading upon the witch queens in Pathfinder Wiki, and man that Baba Yaga is freakishly unbeatable. The war between her daughter and the demon was called the 24 hour war if I remember correctly. She beat them both like nothing. While it didn't relate any such tale(which is what makes it so cool) it seems like a perfectly fitting story for sure.
Man that's just crazy. And it makes you wonder how in the heck she needs the help of adventurers in RoW. She seems practically unstoppable to me.

Javell DeLeon |

If we wanted to delay departing for the veil, we could try trying to gather info about why Elvanna is after the Torc right now.
We could but if she were actually gonna use it against Baba Yaga, that would just seem dumb. But you know how power hungry people are. They get desperate and they think they've got a better idea on how to use such power than the previous ruler who tried the same thing. The latter ones always think they know better than the former ones.
I must confess, I am quite curious as to what she's gonna do with it though. If she's really gonna give it as a gift or follow in her sister's footsteps. Not sure what other alternative there is.
Basically, what did the author of this module write down in conclusion? :) If anything as far as that goes. Should be interesting.

The events described are in the module, but the flair I gave it - including Baba Yaga's monologue - were mine. Thanks, anyway. As for the 24-Hour War, that was the rebellion of Queen Pjallarane, Tashanna was the Witchwar.
And yeah, Baba Yaga is a bit of a badass old lady. One of my top ten favorite villainous Pathfinder characters, to be sure.

Javell DeLeon |

@Phantom: Did you roll for hp's for Hylota or did you take average?
I ask because when I saw your total I'm like, "Only 83?" For the record I checked it and I got 87. ANNNND that's with using NONE of your favored class bonuses for hit points. Zilch.
If you rolled then never mind any of this noise I've written. But if you took half+1 you AT LEAST get 4 more hit points back(unless I'm totally missing something somewhere, which is possible). May not be much but it's something. :)
6 at first
4 x 16 = 64
17 due to Con
-------------
87 :)

Hylota |

Actually, I think I did my math wrong on the Con HP. Starting from 9 Con, I may have miscounted. Still, 4 HP is 4 HP.

Javell DeLeon |

@Tazwell: Okay, I give up. I've got no idea how you transformed into a giant. And it bugs me than I can't figure it out. So I must give up(which is annoying) and ask how did you do it?
I was thinking Beast Shape spell but didn't see it in your spell list.
Edit: Duh! I could've actually finished reading the post. An illusion! Perfect. That didn't even occur to me. :P

Tazwell Bladenkurst |

6th level spells have to be good for something!
I was thinking I'd use a mundane disguise or my hat of disguise, but then I remembered I was a 17th level bard and I looked at the spells I picked last week.
The same spells will do the entire party if we need to look like something else in a pinch.
It won't actually change anyone's size, but I figure you can fake a smallish ogre or ice troll.

Javell DeLeon |

I have a question. Can someone please tell me what the DC is on a Breath Weapon Reflex save for this spell?
Would it be a normal save of a spell of that level? Or is it based on Breath Weapon rules?

Lady Szasa |

It should be the DC of the spell, especially since you can only use your breath weapon once per casting.

Lady Szasa |

Posting this to all my games: Sorry for the lack of posting. For the second time this year, I got the flu, and the internet is out at my house right now (where it has been for the last two days). It should hopefully be resolved by Monday, and if not I'm going to switch ISPs. Please feel free to bot me until I am back up and running, and if I am running your game, I haven't forgotten about you!

Lady Szasa |

Can I beat it into submission, put a pink bow around it, and ride it into combat? can I?

![]() |

Thoughts, Nightmoon?
Sorry for the delay, Haha, but to answer this:
This group seems like the more... Ah... Outgoing and nice types. Where the other group is the dark brooding types. If ever our tables meet, I'm more than sure the chemistry will be more than reactive, heheh...

Lady Szasa |

Ya, I feel like Szasa is the most brooding character here, and she's at worst a murdering harlot.

Hylota |

Hylota's just very whimsical and selfish. She's still trying to figure out how to ask Vincent if he has a saddle so she can ride him when he turns into a dragon.

LOL!
Man o man now THAT would be an interesting conversation. So dang funny. :D
