A high-pitched buzz pervades the museum, rising in frequency to the point of being inaudible. A moment later, a rolling boom echoes through the museum like thunder, and the glowing wards around the museum begin to fade.

Ree starts to curse in a couple of different languages. "I swing a sword around...what in Calistria's name am I supposed to do with this?! I guess I could try making things a bit hotter..."
Then she sighs and makes an acrobatic tumble to get over between Puck and Froderick while holding out a hand summoning up the fire in her blood even though it drains all of it from her! tried to draw it on the map but everythings right at the edge so I did the best I could

Puck Benny and Rivani work the swarm in there own way it appears to be losing coherence. Jesanna seems dazed by the heat blast. The swarm tries to contain Rivanni and Benny. Your work means it is not functioning properly but some of the runes blackened by Ree's fire begin to reactivate

I expect four HD of them (maybe two?) will fall to my Sleep spell.

Puck mutters under his breath... "Good boy... It's alright..." He waves his hands and stares deeply at the closest dog. "Sleep..."
Casting Sleep. 4 HD worth of the dogs need to take a Will Save, DC 17.

Puck frowns as his spell is cut short by the dogs' deaths. Wasteful. They were only doing as they were told. At least I saved one. He begins up the stairs, ready to distract himself and move on to the next challenge.
