Since this is the big birthday party weekend I'm going to be pretty busy these next few days (my daughter's birthday is today, then we have the 4th, and my wife's is on the 5th). I probably won't be able to respond much but will be keeping an eye on things over the weekend.

As an FYI I'm going to be attending GenCon from Wednesday the 29th through Sunday August 2nd. I'm going to be busy but should find time to update once or twice during the con.
I have some bad news. My Mother in Law passed away Saturday while I was at CenCon. I'm currently at the family farm and will be here until at least Friday. My posting will be sporadic this week as we make final arrangements before the wake and funeral.

Please don't forget to include your Swim checks in your posts, I know I've done it a time or two. Failing a check can have a negative effect on your attack rolls and armor class.
Starting with Randall's action this round if you forget to include a check in your post I'm going to say that you've failed your check and are considered "Off-Balance" for that round. An off-balance creature loses its Dexterity bonus to Armor Class, and opponents gain a +2 bonus on attacks against it. An off-balance creature suffers a -2 to all attack rolls and only scores half damage with all weapons (including piercing weapons).

Well, now I'm at a loss for what to do. I'm nearly down, Percival's out, and I have no idea how much HP the devilfish has left...
So, does Percival need to roll 2 Constitution checks? One to avoid drowning and one to stabilize?
No, he's still under the effects of the water breathing potion. That only "turns off" when the duration expires, not when he goes unconscious. He just needs to make his stabilization roll.
Dagnabit! Here I was getting all high and mighty on people forgetting their swim checks and here I go and forget the one for Aaron. Oh well, it's not like he can fail it with a +13 and even with the -2 to hit and half damage it was still enough to kill the ghoul.
I'm just waiting to see what Rhialla plans to do now.

There is more of the caverns to explore or you can return to the stockcade, fill up the barrels and return to the ship. You are currently at low tide so you feel that you've got about six and a half hours or so before the next high tide and the ship sails with or without you. You estimate it will take about fours to four and a half hours to return to the fort, fill the barrels and lug them to the awaiting jollyboat and row back to the ship.

Also, the deck is going to get very chaotic very quickly. Just to reiterate "Green" NPC's are Friendlies, "Red" NPC's are Foes. Please move your tokens around the map as you move to keep track of where you are in relation to the other tokens.

I think the 30' radius from where she was when it went off only extended as far as to where Crimson Cogward was standing.
Yeah sorry had to exclude you to exclude Plugg, it's why I wet as far to the right as I could. I can exclude up to 3 people which is why I'm walking around the deck putting down the dying.
Just remember you need a crew of at least 20 to properly sail the Man's Promise.
I was just thinking about that and remembering who were the most murderous against us and who were just being dicks. lol
Well, with Plugg down, the rest should be easy to rout.
