Erwin Chrysophrase |

Erwin: I think you can still take your normal action this round after the spell finishes.
I know, but honestly I've lost track of the uses of Inspiring Command for the day and I'm a little strapped for time at the moment (work computer being gone to elephant graveyard), so I thought I'd just delay for the moment. At least I got you a flank.

DM Shisumo |

FYI: the use of the charm hex in combat is really, really questionable, since it says it works like the Diplomacy skill, and Diplomacy automatically fails in combat. However, I'll let it go this time, because there's a bit of a standoff right now.
Natalya's Will save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (10) + 2 = 12
Natalya blinks with eyes that can see again, but she still seems more confused than aggressive at the moment.
Natalya is still stunned for this round, so she takes no actions. You guys are up.
EDIT: wait, Shiv's right - I skipped Oscar last round. You can take two actions, dude. Under the circumstances, it's not likely to change much, but it's up to you.

Oscar Salt |

I thought I had acted hastily last round, and everybody but me was supposed to act anyway...so I wasn't sweating it.
BTW My cursed colorblindness really kicks in on that dark color where everyone is gathered right now...so I'm not really sure of the situation. I believe that the place is too crowded for Oscar to approach anyway, but if he can move somwhere to threaten or assist he will do so.

Severus "Shiv" |

Steal action: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (9) + 6 = 15
Seeing that the reeling woman is distracted by keeping a tight grip on her sword, Shiv makes a quick grab for her satchel. Feeling a uncomfortable prickly sensation between his shoulder blades in response to Galyna's threat, "Y'all just gonna stand around gawkin'?! Or ya gonna stop tha lass from putting a bolt in my backside?"

Ellantera |

Ellantera's action last round was to start climbing the second ladder. If she's not at the top, she will continue climbing.
"Shiv, you're not going to get to keep that, you know. We came to help - I don't know why she didn't call off her goblins, but I'm sure she had her reasons..."

Ellantera |

What sort of colorblindness? I know for some, a red tint might as well be black, so we might need to avoid that shade altogether.
Ellantera won't resist Oscar if he tries to come up the ladder - she'll try to recruit him!

Oscar Salt |

That color is much batter...mucho thanks. Ellantera: Yes the Red is very difficult for me, and the darker the worse, also dark Purple, or Brown or anything with Red as the predominant shade. I can make out the lighter shades of these colors, but the dark give me fits.
Seeing Ellantera make room, Oscar begins to ascend the ladder. What is going on here. Everybody is switching sides and everyone else s best friend. I'm just gonna toss the troublemaker off the top here, and let the gods sort it out.

DM Shisumo |

That works for me.
Oscar ascends the ladder, while the rest of the group collectively waits to see what will happen when Natalya regains her senses. With a gasp, she looks around frantically, then her eyes falls on the satchel in Shiv's grasp. "Give that to me!" she shrieks, pulling her sword and moving as though to attack. As soon as she does, though, Kassandra and Galyna let loose their bolts.
Kassandra's attack, with bless and firing into melee: 1d20 - 2 ⇒ (7) - 2 = 5, damage 1d8 ⇒ 4.
Galyna's attack, with bless and firing into melee: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (5) + 1 = 6, damage 1d10 ⇒ 7.
Both shots go quite wide, however, and the blade slashes toward Shiv.
Shortsword attack on Shiv: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (17) + 5 = 22, damage 1d6 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 1 = 4.
The blade slips past the rogue's guard and cuts him deep.
You guys can take your actions now. And Ellantera, please give me a Will save.

Severus "Shiv" |

The rogue stiffens as the snap of crossbows strings reaches his ears. Giving silent thanks that Galyna's shot was terrible since she still seems to be following through on her threat. His eyes narrow at his sister but he says in a even voice as he scampers across the ceiling beams away from Natalya, "That's right El, I was just holdin' fer the lass. Git her ta stop stabbin' at me with her pigsticker and we'll see about returnin' it."
Double move withdraw action. As far across the room as he can get.
Acrobatics check: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13

Oscar Salt |

Oscar attempts to grapple the woman, ready to throw her off the top, or jump with her into the slime below as needed. He would also take the opportunity to grab the bag, and toss it off as needed if the opportunity presented itself.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15 CMB
1d20 ⇒ 4 Plus whatever? to grab and throw the bag.

Oscar Salt |

She did not regain the bag - Shiv still has it. She is armed, however, if that impacts your decision to provoke AoO with the grapple.
Thanks for the heads up. And Oscar decided to take the AOO if he can get the grapple and end the fight...unfortunately he rolled low as usual.

Ellantera |

"Natalya, we were hired by someone worried about you. They don't wish you harm, so all we need to do is take you to them. Just don't fight and this can all be over soon."
My diplomacy bonus stinks, but I believe what I'm saying, so I hope that counts for something. ;-)
Diplomacy: 1d20 - 1 ⇒ (18) - 1 = 17
Whadya know? Maybe it does!

DM Shisumo |

Kassandra does indeed have some ladder-climbing to do before she can meaningfully get involved in the grapple happening up in the rafters. Also, Natalya does have an action before you get to try to pin her, Oscar, so hold that thought for a moment.
Miet has an action still if she wants it; Erwin hasn't gone at all; Kass can re-declare if she prefers, or we can assume she's just heading toward the tussle up top.

DM Shisumo |

I'm going to assume Miet delays.
Natalya continues struggling with Oscar, but her eyes remain fixed on the satchel that Shiv is carrying further away from her. "Give that back!" she cries. Without waiting for a response, though, she begins chanting a spell, trying to maintain her focus despite Oscar's distractions. Concentration check to cast while grappled, DC 14 (10 + spell level + Oscar's CMB): 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 Suddenly, a film of grease covers her clothes, making her so slippery that Oscar knows that only the greatest luck will allow him to hold onto her.
Your actions. Natalya is covered by a grease effect - Oscar, if you choose to try your grapple, you can, but you'll be using the roll you made before.

Ellantera |

"Natalya, I'm sorry, but I don't think you are well."
Holding Natalya's sword in her off-hand, Ellantera steps in and tries to knock her out before she gets away completely.
Unarmed Strike: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
Nonlethal damage: 1d3 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5
Fortunately for the struggling woman, El's balance is off and she doesn't get close.

Severus "Shiv" |

Shisumo: How far did I get across the room last round? If you update his position on the map I'll make my next move from there.
The rogue raises an eyebrow as he lifts the satchel momentarily over his head and gives Natalya a smirk over his shoulder, "Ya want it back? All ya got ta do is follow me back ta Heidmarch ta see that pincher Sheila. She ne'er said ya had ta be bound and trussed like a hen when ya got there."
