            Just after we capture Natalya...
Shiv narrows his eyes at El and emphasizes his meaning by pointing a strange coppery dagger at her face while he says, "Shut yer yap. I'm runnin' things here. Yer in danger of bein' trussed yerself." Looking around the rest of the group that just wrestled in the sewage he chortles half to himself again, "Guess I'll smell like a rose next ta you lot." Glancing Natalya's way, "Someone shut her up. Can't have her raisin' the guard as we're gettin' her back." He takes her dropped blade and gives it a test swing as he looks to see if there are any other valuables or items on the captive. He reaches into a couple of pockets and produces a wand and scroll and hands them to Uraisa, "See if'n ya kin figgur what those are about. Right, let's git back and collect our coin. Salt, if'n ya'll do the honors a carryin' the lass."
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (18) + 8 = 26
"We got friends a'comin'. Sounds like more than a few.", his low quiet tone suggests he doubts they are friendly at all. Glancing toward the sewage pipe, "No other quick way out. Everyone git out a sight an set up a warm welcome should they want trouble." Glancing Miet's direction, "Ya got a pretty face and silver tongue. Stay out in the open and see what they are about. They are less like ta hurt a little lass."
Climb: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11 Don't think that makes it up the wall so he'll stay out of sight just our side of the door.
Stealth" 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
The suggested setup is this: Natalya dumped next to Miet on the clockwork/Natalya platform. Shiv to one side and Salt to the other of the entry way but out of sight (full cover). The rest behind them out of sight. If we made progress out of the room before hearing the voices than we can make our stand in the goblin crossbow platform instead.

Shocked, Ellantera gives him what he wants - silence - as she stares at him, wide-eyed. Her eyes narrow, but she keeps her thoughts to herself.
Sense Motive: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 1 = 20
Ellantera will draw her sword and wait behind her brother alongside the door.

Ah. So you did. Okay then, let's do this:
Perception checks:
TG1: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
TG2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (18) + 7 = 25
Thug 1:1d20 ⇒ 13
Thug 2:1d20 ⇒ 5
Thug 3:1d20 ⇒ 9
Thug 4:1d20 ⇒ 7
Thug 5:1d20 ⇒ 12
Thug 6:1d20 ⇒ 19
Making their way across the board between the doorways in the previous room, two human women appear, moving fast. They are both Varisian, wearing chain shirts and carrying hand crossbows in one hand and whips in the other. Behind and around them, a handful of human men in heavier armor carrying shields and morningstars follow along the bridge or struggle through the muck. "Ambush!" one of the women cries, while the other raises her crossbow and points it... at Natalya. "There she is! Kill her first!"
Okay, since all the enemies saw at least one of you, there is no surprise round. Initiatives, please.
TG1: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (9) + 7 = 16
TG2: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (10) + 7 = 17
Thugs: 1d20 ⇒ 6
If you beat a 17, go ahead and take your action.

            Initiative: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (18) + 1 = 19
Kassandra delays until after TG2 acts, giving Miet's convincing diplomatic overtures at least a chance to succeed while also trying some diplomacy herself.
Kassandra looks around at the thugs and calmly comments "I wouldn't act so quickly if I were you. Our Sczarni friends should block the exit behind you, while we have quite few other mercenaries of our own around here" as she points to Shiv.
Bluff: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (16) + 2 = 18

Sense Motive against Kassandra, with a bonus based on the fact that these guys are Sczarni: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
Ignoring Kassandra's threat, one of the two women leading the group sprints forward, leaping off the board and over the muck. The small crossbow in her off-hand tracks toward Natalya as she sails through the air.
Acrobatics check to jump over the sewage so she can get into sneak attack range against Natalya - the DC is 15: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (12) + 9 = 21
Hand crossbow shot with sneak attack: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (17) + 6 = 23, damage 1d4 ⇒ 2 plus 2d6 ⇒ (5, 3) = 8 sneak attack.
The bolt pierces the side of the bound woman on the platform, who gives a scream of agony.
Kassandra, would you like to take an action now before the second woman acts?

Technically, because she lost initiative, Miet didn't even get a chance to attempt the Diplomacy roll to begin with - but honestly, unless you were planning to let them kill Natalya outright, making nice wasn't ever really an option.
Just in case it wasent clear that comment was Ic by Miet.

            TG2's Will save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (8) + 2 = 10
The woman crumples into the muck, temporarily unconscious.
The other Varisian woman fires her hand crossbow at Natalya as well, although she has to move up right next to Kassandra to do so.
Kass still has her dagger, so she gets an AoO. Since it's mathematically impossible for the dagger strike to kill her, though, I'm rolling the attack.
Hand crossbow shot at Natalya: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (5) + 6 = 11, damage 1d4 ⇒ 4 plus 2d6 ⇒ (6, 3) = 9 sneak attack.
The bolt sinks into her chest, and she collapses, bleeding out on the chimney platform.
Everyone can take actions now.

Shiv curses under his breath, "Salt! Hold these guys here at the door! Everyone else stop those two lasses, they are tryin' ta steal our gold!" He looks to El and spits, "Yer not all luvy over these two also right? Let's gut em!"
Move to N24 to get flank with Kassandra.
Rapier attack: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Salt: If you move to M24 than you should be able to face only one at a time in the door.

Uraisa moves to the doorway and fires her spell through it.
The spell hits Thugs 2, 3, 5, and 6.
Thug #2: 1d20 ⇒ 20
Thug #3: 1d20 ⇒ 9
Thug #5: 1d20 ⇒ 7
Thug #6: 1d20 ⇒ 1
Four of the mercenaries following the two women catch the blast of flames - one manages to dive aside, avoiding the worst of it, but the others are caught full-blast and scream in pain, their flesh charring.
Shiv steps forward and stabs out, his weapon flashing, but the woman is quick and graceful, avoiding his attack with ease.

            A somewhat late AOO: 1d20 ⇒ 10
Kassandra tries to slash towards the the woman with her dagger, but her lounge is unbalanced and the women easily dodges it before firing at Natalya. As she sees their former quarry collapse and bleed heavily, Kassandra tries to stop the woman next to her with another Slumber Hex, hoping her target would not be strong enough of will to resist her magic.
Slumber hex on TG1.

            Does Erwin have stabilize prepped?
He does not. And he's also far enough away from Natalya that he can't reach her to try the Heal check this round either. However, he can take a double move toward her, and that will put him within range of a channel next round that won't affect the thugs (although it will probably catch the two women).
TG1's Will save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (18) + 2 = 20
TG2's Constitution check: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 2 = 17
Kassandra's target resists her magic, and the other woman gasps and jerks upright, spitting out the disgusting muck. She looks around her in a brief panic, then dives sideways, hoping to get out of range of Shiv's and Ellantera's weapons before she gets to her feet. Acrobatics check to move 5 ft while prone without provoking, DC 23: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (20) + 9 = 29.
Likewise, her ally decides that standing between Shiv and Kassandra is not a good idea, and attempts to reposition herself before stabbing at the witch. Acrobatics check, also reduced to a 5 ft move by the difficult terrain, DC 20: 1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12. Attempting a 1/day reroll at a -5 penalty: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6. Since that's a failure, she provokes AoOs from Kassandra, Shiv and Ellantera all three. Shiv and Kass have flanking when they make their attacks. I'll wait to finish her action until the AoOs get resolved.
Over by the doorway, one of the warriors actually on the board over the muck reaches Oscar first and tries to lay him low with his morningstar. Attack 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (14) + 5 = 19, damage 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (3) + 2 = 5. The swing hits home, knocking Salt back.
The rest of them can't really do much, so we'll leave it there until the AoOs are dealt with.

Oscar's AC is 20 with Warhammer and Shield, unless there's something adjusting it I'm not aware of.
