I thought that got retconned, but the mass of posts means I may have lost my place. I thought I was at -3 after Atol's channeling because the hobgoblin sent me back to sleep?
The hobgoblin (HOB2) next to Finneas shakes off the attempted sleep spell, but sees three of his companions drop. Finneas and the howler drop, but then the cleric begins healing people. The hobgoblin reopens the wounds Atol healed and Finneas's eyes shut again. The hobgoblin then steps closer to Atol.
GM_Chris
End of Round 2
Finneas dropped howler and went down due to quill damage.
Atol tried to command Kazmojen, but failed.
I'm going to go with hobgoblin still striking Finneas since the other rewrites help the party.
Round 3 recap
Atol - Channels for 5. Finneas still down.
Finneas - Bleeds
Silfir - Can't penetrate the hobgoblin's armor in his sickened condition.
Glimmil - moves, provokes, creates a flank, hits for 10 damage
Cog - misses. I'll even let him stand up after Glimmil has drawn the AoO's from Kazmojen and the hobgoblin.
Toffitt - moves to flank, misses
Dyrant still to go.
GM_Chris
Ok I see now. Finneas 5' crawls to {AN,39} and casts Cure Light Wounds1d8+2
All right. I'm giving up on group initiative. I'll keep bad guys clumped, but you guys are driving me nuts. Anyway. The final rewrite on this is shown above. You weren't healed by the hobgoblin, but he struck you anyway--they're evil that way. Hence, you were still in the negatives when Atol healed you.
Still need Dyrant's action for Round 3 unless I missed it in the confusion.
Glimmil
It's a move action to ready a shield. The rules allow you to ready the shield or draw the hammer while moving, but not both. Since your only other option is to use to move action to draw both, I'm guessing you moved and struck without the shield.
Ah, you let me do this before. I guess we house-ruled that this could be done in our tabletop game, so my bad!
Can I have Glimmil fight defensively for the +2AC if he's shieldless at least? (I think he still hits, and of course I was a moron and forgot to power attack...)

I just didn't catch it before. Yes on the defensive.

{Very tough fight! don't blame you re: group turn, Chris. I'm confused about it!
Dr. Toffitt, now fatigued, does what he needs to do to maintain flank, and strikes out.
Brief status: 10 hp, AC 23, fatigued
Rapier + 7 + 2 flank (now +4 dex bonus total, +0 Str)
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (19) + 9 = 28
1d6 + 1d6 ⇒ (2) + (6) = 8
*Edit* I originally rolled a 4 on the attack roll but had trouble posting, so this was a double post. Can I keep the second roll, a crit threat, for next attack? ;-p If so, confirm roll is:
1d20 + 9 ⇒ (3) + 9 = 12
1d6 ⇒ 1
GM_Chris
Round 4
Cog nips at Kazmojen who responds by slicing the axe straight into Cog's back. "Die mutt!" Kazmojen then pulls the spear of the urgrosh back towards Toffitt, but misses. Kazmojen then steps to AN38.
The group of four hobgoblins swarm into the room. Steel clashes echo throughout the chamber and one lucky strike catches Glimmil.
The party might sigh with relief as they survive the latest onslaught, but then the west door opens and six more hobgoblins storm in.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10 - HOB5 at Cog
1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19 - Kazmojen at Cog - axe of urgrosh
1d8 + 10 ⇒ (3) + 10 = 13 - Damage to Cog
1d20 + 3 ⇒ (7) + 3 = 10 - Kazmojen at Toffitt - spear of urgrosh
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8 - HOB2 at Atol
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11 -
1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (14) + 4 + 2 = 20 - HOB10 at Glimmil
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 -
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 - HOB11 at Glimmil
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9 -
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (19) + 4 = 23 - HOB12 at Glimmil
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (1) + 4 = 5 - damage
I calculate Glimmil at 23 AC (10, +1 size, +1 DEX, +9 plate, +2 defensive)
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (5) + 4 = 9 - No confirm
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (14) + 4 = 18 - HOB13 at Silfir
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12 -
I've moved the sleeping HOB6 and HOB1 out of the way on the map for HOB11 and HOB12.
Map and initiative order to follow.

Round 4
Atol 14 - Moved to top when people waited for him to channel
Dyrant 13 - Also at top when people waited for sleep spell
Silfir = 12 -
Glimmil = 11 - You haven't been cheated a round. It's just easier to think of you as end of Round 4 versus top of Round 5.

Finneas = 9 - Just cause.

Won't be able to see the map for a few hours. Use your best judgement about maintaining flank, avoiding putting himself in flank and if possible getting adjacent to but not lanced by 2+ opponents, in that order of priority... Sorry for confusion.
Glimmil
]Won't be able to see the map for a few hours. Use your best judgement about maintaining flank, avoiding putting himself in flank...
It's probably worth noting (I overlooked it a bit and can see the map) -- there's **19** hobgoblins in addition to Kazmo.
Dyrant Maynor, the Pre-Sainted
Glim, Silfr: go ahead and post. Waiting to see if Glim will clear out more of my sleep area. I'd like to catch 5 or 6 hobgobs in the effect, hoping to get 4 of them down.

Round 4, Init 11 (second action, replacing from Round 5, Init 20)
Status: 11/23HP
Ah I see I got confused, I see my Round 5 was moved up to a second acting in Round 4 (I think?) I was also partly confused to see Toffitt below me in Round 4, but I guess he deferred his Round 4 action to go 2nd in Round 5 (which the top of is now considered Round 4)... Takes breath.
"There's... so many hobgoblins!" Glimmil says in exasperation as he finally has a moment to count the number of new entries into the room.
He adds, for the doctor's benefit so that he isn't chastised for backing away from providing another flank -- "too many!"
He steps back towards the door finally getting his shield out while trying to fend for his life.
AC vs Kazmo: 23+3=26
AC vs generic hobgoblins: 23
Glimmil then swings his hammer at Kazmojen, hoping to smite him down.
Glimmil Attack (hammer, bless, smite): 1d20 + 9 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 9 + 1 = 19 **
Glimmil Damage (hammer, smite): 1d6 + 2 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 + 2 = 6
** Add +2 if Silfr provides a flank. Then Glimmil will use the flank before he moves away.

Atol = 14 -
Silfir = 12 - Swing and miss. That quill is annnoying.
Glimmil = 11 - Swing and miss (even with flank). 5' on top of Finneas at AM38 still allows Toffit his flank.
Toffitt = 10 - Could step to AO38 for flank with Glimmil. Hits for 8
Dyrant - Delaying
Finneas = 9 - Just cause.
Kazmojen (35 damage - 3 rounds regen; -2 to saves) I count 35 dmg. If I'm missing 10, let me know.

You both missed (AC 23)
While dual-wielding?
Really? +9 full plate? +1 dex? Dodge feat? Fighting defensively?
Just want to make sure it's not a typo as this affects Glim's decisions to power-attack, fight defensively, etc.
(Not meant to doubt, but I'm all too familiar with hobgoblin stat blocks showing +2 AC from a shield when they are carrying a 2H weapon)

1/2 troll natural armor. The conversion didn't quite take as they are using -4/-8 for the two weapon instead of -6/-10 which is the Pathfinder. I'll correct that, but I don't see it happening again. He was only comfortable with the penalties against Cog and the extra attack was just hoping for a 20.

Round 4 recap
Atol = 14 - Channels for 4 and steps back
Silfir = 12 - Swing and miss. That quill is annnoying.
Glimmil = 11 - Swing and miss (even with flank). 5' on top of Finneas at AM38 still allows Toffit his flank.
Toffitt = 10 - Could step to AO38 for flank with Glimmil. Hits for 8
Dyrant - 9+ - sleep spell goes off. Wards Glimmil.
Finneas = 9 - I believe Finneas is at 0 HP with the channel with Kazmojen to the south and Hob13 & HOB2 to the north. I'm guessing he lies there with Glimmil standing over him and goes full defensive (or bluff). In any case. I'm not going to attack.
Round 5
Dyrant drops four more hobgoblins with his sleep spell as the party begins to shuffle back the way the came. They fight valiantly against the waves of hobgoblins as Finneas awakens to a nightmare.
However, the hobgoblin at the north doorway suddenly drops dead with two arrows through his chest.
Kazmojen doesn't see the fallen hobgoblin as he swings wildly at Glimmil and steps 5' He looks on the verge of death. In fact he would have dropped from that swing if not for the regeration at the beginning of his turn.
Two hobgoblins swing at Glimmil and somehow one of them breaks through Cuthbert's ward. They both 5' step towards the east door then. Another Hobgoblin stabs at the doctor while one charges him. Both of them miss. Two hobgoblins go to the north hallway to investigate while the last of the hobgoblns from the western door double move up.
1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (15) + 4 + 2 = 21 - At Hob 4 from the north hallway
1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 4 + 2 = 25
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (4) + 1 = 5
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
1d20 + 4 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 4 + 2 = 13
1d8 + 1 ⇒ (8) + 1 = 9
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14 - Kazmojen at Glimmil
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11 - HOB13 at Glimmil
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 - no confirm
1d8 + 4 ⇒ (8) + 4 = 12 - damage to Glimmil
EDIT: Evidently I took too long in writing that post and all the numbers changed. HOB4 was critted and hit. Glimmil was hit on a natural 20, but not confirmed. The damage was only 6.
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (17) + 4 = 21 - HOB2 at Glimmil
1d20 + 4 ⇒ (3) + 4 = 7 - HOB10 at Toffitt
1d20 + 4 + 1 ⇒ (9) + 4 + 1 = 14 - HOB 17 charge at Toffitt
I've removed the sleeping hobgoblins for simplicity. Glimmil is standing over Finneas. The doctor cannot reach a flank this turn without tumbling through one and making a check against 4 hobgoblins. Take a stab at one and 5' back. Or, 5' and stab at Kazmojen. I'll let you roll.
