Atol casts Magic Vestment on his buckler now that Finneas' armor is magical. He'll also quaff Dr. Toffitt's Ablative Barrier. Just before walking into the church, he'll also cast Spell Immunity (Fireball and Lightning Bolt) on himself.
Remember, anyone who had breakfast with Atol has 9 temporary hit points, +1 (morale) attack rolls/Will saves, and +4 (morale) on poison/fear saves from the heroes' feast for 12 hours.

"Thank you, Jenya. You have confirmed what we feared. The Church of Wee Jas has allied itself with the Cagewrights and those that would destroy Cauldron. I suggest you call in the Holy StoutClubs and the Cudgelwarriors for we go to end what they have started...there may be repercussions and the common folk should be protected."
Dyrant grips his AngelRelic tightly and nods to Atol.
"Come. We cleanse this City."

Dyrant's eyes circle the tower and grounds and find no sign of anyone. No priests, no guards, no servants, not a single soul can be seen. The buildings are locked up tight and, as they are magically sculpted, there are no convenient holes through which the eyes can slip in. It appears either abandoned or secured against an expected attack.
And when they are tried, the front doors to the cathederal are unlocked.

Atol motions for Glimmil to check the doors with his spoons. If deemed safe, Atol opens the front doors to the cathedral wide. He calls out, "Hello! Anybody here?! The Cauldron Five request an audience with Ike Iverson to discuss recent events!"
He thinks a moment, "And we won't take no for an answer! We're coming in now! Just everybody behave themselves!"

Toffitt smiles at Atol's good manners and slides into the cathedral. He takes a careful look to notice anything that might be amiss.

An apparent priest of Wee Jas stands on the far side of the room in front of a pair of iron double doors. He waves you forward.
"Come in. You've been expected. There is much to discuss."
The grand hall of the Cathedral of Wee Jas is a magnificent sight. The huge octagonal room measures one hundred fifty feet across and the vaulted ceiling rises to a height of fifty feet in the hall's center. Pillars engraved with images sacred to the faith of Wee Jas ring the massive chamber, and an exquisitely rendered symbol of the death goddess covers most of the chamber's otherwise bare floor. Built to house huge gatherings and contain powerful magical ceremonies, the hall is as beautifully and sturdily built as any building in the city. Strangely, there are no pews or other items of furniture at all in the chamber. In addition to the grand doors leading into the main hall and a second set of even larger doors to the east, there is one small door in the southwest corner of the room that leads into a circular tower within the cathederal.
A pair of stone giants stands in the middle of the cathderal and eight half-orcs in full plate with dwarven waraxes are arrayed across the room.

Glimmil observes the immensity of the cathedral with wide eyes.
Whoa! I wonder if we could make our new temple as big and grand as this. Or maybe we can move our services up here once these do-badders are dealt with.
Glimmil gives the others a questioning glance when he sees the giants and half-orcs arrayed about inside the room.
"Is this some sort of giant and orc holiday? Or are they planning to attack us?"

"Isn't attacking gnomes always an orc and giant holiday?"
Toffitt moves into the cathedral as far as he can before things take a turn, and says, "We should like to know what's led a Priest of Wee Jas to take up arms against us. Not to mention allying himself with a Priestess of Vecna. I warn you—should any of you lift a hand against us, it will go ill for you."

"Thank you for arriving so quickly. I would have hated to stand here all day. Surely, you come to attack us, but there must be a better alternative. Things are already in motion; things that you cannot stop. You could join us in this new Cauldron or you could simply leave and let it be. The world is a big place and you are all quite rich at this point. Some of you have already felt and rejected our lady's embrace. Do you wish to feel her touch again so soon?"

Glimmil leans down to whisper to Cog.
"Do you smell anything we don't see, boy?"
Glimmil keeps his eyes narrowed and puffs out his chest to ensure he lends credible weight to the words of Dyrant and Toffitt.
He continues to scan the room to see if he feels any unseen do-badders lurk about.
Glimmil will concentrate on Detect Evil for the full 3 rounds while the others chatter about matters. He maintains a clear charge lane to one of the giants.

With the giant in arm's reach, Glimmil drops his lance and commands his shiny new glove to produce Claw-Whomper.
Instantly and silently, it appears in his hand.
Glimmil hestiates, disappointed that his holy hammer's appearance came with no dramatic sound affect, and chooses to add his own while trying to keep his lips still (unsuccessfully).

Glimmil, knowing the giants didn't seem like really bad do-badders, only slightly bad do-badders, pivots Claw-Whomper around and uses the pointy-end while closing into battle.

With a quick step and two quick slashes (1st missed), Toffitt takes down the priest.
The half-orcs interrupt Finneas's spell. Finneas responds with a hard blow, but the half-orc remains standing.
Cog strikes with one bite and Glimmil follows up with a massive blow, but the giant remains standing.
The first giant takes a 5' step up to Atol and swings his club twice, but only manages to take large chunks out of the pillar.
The giant attempts to pound Glimmil into the ground and gets a good start as one blow catches Glimmil atop his helm.
The half-orcs attempt to swarm over Finneas and Toffitt again. They land four blows against Toffitt (79 total) and three blows against Finnneas (92 total). Which is just enough to make Finneas drop I believe.
