I couldn't figure out how to give Alset Dark Vision on the stats sheet. So, I gave him Googles of Night, which grants the wearer DV for 60 ft.

There is no surprise round because *no one* knew Odie was going to bust into the room (even though *everyone* knows that's what he would do) so everyone is on equal footing the first round of combat.

So, near as I can tell, a greatsword goes from 1d12-3d6 and a great club goes from 1d10-2d8. Did I miss something for Odie? Where did 3d8 come from?

Also, I've updated the Kills section of the Campaign tracker. You each got one kill (or "kill" in Ood's case).
Turns out YAPCG is smarter than me and auto adjust for the Enlarge Person spell. So when I bumped my gear to Large, it was rating it as Huge. Whoops.

Regarding concealment: I'm not clear on what is required. Am I rolling for my own concealment or whether or not my attack avoids the opponents concealment. I read the online D20 manual, but wasn't clear at all on what I should be doing or how to interpret my roll.
The opponents have concealment. So anything that attacks them has a 20% miss chance. You're rolling to see if your hit would actually hit or miss because of the concealment.
I see. So what is a miss 1-20? 81-100?
I do 1-20, because it's easier to remember than the other way. I'm always forgetting if the 80 is party of it or not, haha.
How should "treant" be pronounced? Does it have one syllable or two?
Does it sound like "Tree - Ant" (long e) or "Tre - ant" (short e) or "Trent" (rhymes with Brent) or "Trant" or "Treent"?
In my head its two syllables, which helps me remember how to spell it unlike Typhlothrix, which I can never remember how to spell.
I say tree ant. Which is funny because it's not ant sized.
Also I have been surprised you guys have not given her a nickname yet. I was expecting Typh (Tiff), Phlo (Flo), etc. since she showed up.

Oh, I've given her lots of nicknames, but I've tried to be kind and keep them to myself. I did use "T..." once. The one that comes to mind often is Tryptophan (amino-acid). Another is just Tiff (image file type). There! I've said it. "Tiff" or "Typh" it is.

Attacks of opportunity are melee only in all situations.

Stonewall doesn't have a round "1", because his initiative was slower than the monsters. His round 1 actions are lumped with the Block Initiative of everyone else's round 2 actions.
Sorry its taking me this long to work in my action, but I wasn't worried about it because i was so late in initiative. Weekends are hard for me. Also, for some reason, I personally rebel against nicknames, so I usually try to use whole given names unless the person has explicitly said they go by something else. That leaks over into my roll playing I guess, so I've not even thought about giving her a nickname.
Also, there is a feat for making ranged AoOs isn't there?
