Liliana Tesseran |

"Here! Let me try and bring this undead menace down!" Liliana says, moving forward, grasping her necklace as she says a few words, her hand going out towards the skeleton.

DM KLS |

As Theodric steps up, his blade comes down hard and heavy enough to crack and crush the bones of one of the skeletons. Arya moves forward to attempt the same thing, but unfortunately her blade, while striking, seems to slide right off the bone.
Skeleton Attack of Opportunity: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (2) + 0 = 2
Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 6
As Liliana steps forward, a wave of warm energy comes forth from her palm as she whispers, and then once making contact with the skeleton, watches the skeleton fall to pieces in front of her and Arya as if it were just coming apart at each hinge.

Melathiel Aeraloth |

Stepping forward, Melathiel walks into the vault. "Quite odd... Now I realize that a place like this is bound to have skeletal remains, however I do not believe that there were any other sites here that were disturbed. Which leads to question, who do these bones belong to?" Grabbing her component pouch, she pulls a few materials out and begins muttering a few words, a soft, whitish glow covering her eyes.
Casting Detect Magic.

Satinder Coric |

Watching Melathiel cast her spell, Satinder ponders for a moment. "Something about this does not feel right. A goblin raid, someone who may be working with the goblins, and now skeletons? This makes no sense."

DM KLS |

Melathiel Aeraloth |

Grimacing, Melathiel stares hard into the robe, the look on her face turning into frustration. "I must say, I am having quite the difficulty in trying to identify exactly what this is. I know that it is magical, but what specifically I do not know. I will have to spend some time to figure this out."

Theodric de Luera |

"Well take the time Mela, I would say we have the time to do so. But uh, can I point something out?" Theodric says after taking a look around the room himself. "Now I know that there were two skeletons, but something doesn't add up here. If we got two skeletons, why do we have a single smashed coffin? Now unless you guys around here like to save space, that doesn't seem quite right."

Arya Drottningu |

"Maybe the sheriff or priest will recognize it. Wouldn't hurt to ask around." Arya looks to Theodric, "You're right, that is odd. None of this seems to sit quite right with any of us it seems. Should we try to follow the footsteps outside?"

DM KLS |

"There are a few people around town that could help assist you in figuring out what that robe is Ms. Aeraloth" Hemlock says as he walks into the vault, hearing the conversation. Looking at the casket that lays ruined that was pointed out by Theodric, the look on his face turns very dour. "This is quite unfortunate. I very much appreciate your assistance in this matter, however I must ask that you keep this incident to yourselves, and out of the knowledge of the townsfolk."

Liliana Tesseran |

Realizing the coffin, a look of horrified curiosity comes across Liliana's face. "Belor, this can't be what I am seeing, is it? These bones obviously do not belong, but Ezakien's bones are missing? Why would his bones be missing?"

Satinder Coric |

Looking between Hemlock and Liliana, Satinder tries to piece together information. "Who is this Ezakien? Was he a former clergy member? If so, why would goblins be interested in just his bones?"

Theodric de Luera |

"As odd as it sounds, but could who ever is working with the goblins used the raid as a way to get the bones of this Ezakien?" Theodric questions. "I know it doesn't make any kind of sense, but could that even be possible?"

Satinder Coric |

Scratching his head, Satinder feels confused. "I would not rule that out, but it does seem very unlikely that this would actually be the case. However, if that actually is what is going on, I don't believe that attempting to follow those tracks would be a wise course of action. Who is Ezakien?"

Liliana Tesseran |

Still reeling in the sight, Liliana becomes a little confused. "Yes, he was... I'm sorry, this is just a little crazy. He was the previous leader of the cathedral when it was lost... I don't understand though..."

DM KLS |

"It is unlikely, I will agree." Hemlock responds. "However, this is not the place for this conversation. I must return to Father Zantus, and then bring this to the attention to a few members of the city. I ask of you again to please keep this information to yourselves. The last thing that this city needs is reason to panic." as he turns to allow everyone to exit the vault.

Melathiel Aeraloth |

Looking at the robe in her hands as she starts to walk away from the vault, Melathiel speaks up to the rest of the group. "Well if you give me some time, I am positive that I can identify what this robe is. I will take this back to my room at The Rusty Dragon, and spend some time examining it. Meet me in a few hours." as she turns away and heads back to the inn.
Taking 20 to identify the robe.

Liliana Tesseran |

Dusting off her gown a little, Liliana replies to Arya and Satinder's statements. "Well, considering I seem to have become a lot more involved in this than I personally would have wanted to be, I suppose I can lend a hand. Being the local resident here among the group, what would you two, or three," as she motions to Theodric in an inquisitive tone, "like to experience first here in Sandpoint?"

Theodric de Luera |

"Well if we're gonna go shopping, we should try and see what we can get from that little halberd that that one goblin had last night. Might be worth something." Theodric says. "Which armory would you suggest?"

Liliana Tesseran |

Thinking for a moment, Liliana hums in thought as she starts to walk away from the vault. "Well as far as weapons and armor goes, I really don't have much need for such things. But I do have a need for daggers on occasion, not meant for violence of course, but Savah has helped me in those items I need for certain circumstances. As for general goods, I would suggest Ven, he is pretty reasonable. He can have a hot nature sometimes, but he is fair in his business practices. Solsta makes some fairly decent pies as well. Although if you want some good pastry, Alma does pretty well in that regard. And Rynshinn is an absolute must if you need any kind of need for clothing."

DM KLS |

As the group agrees to heading towards Savah's, making the walk is a short one. Taking only about 5 minutes, the group arrives outside the armory. While there are a few burn marks on the outside from the raid the previous night, the building stands tall and sturdy, and shows the obvious signs of being a smithy. Walking inside, the sights of several weapons and sets of armor line the walls and throughout the store. While a majority of the equipment seems to be slightly better quality than just mundane, there are also several weapons and armors that seem to have been well crafted. Watching everyone come in, a dark haired Shoanti woman comes up to one of the counters, greeting everyone from across the room.
"Well hello there! If it isn't the heroes of Sandpoint themselves! And coming into my shop so soon as well? I suppose today is my lucky day, as if not having my shop burnt down wasn't lucky enough." the woman says with a smile on her face, placing her elbows down on the counter in a leaning stance. "And if it isn't Ms. Liliana herself, always a pleasure dear. Tell me, are you in need of some more ceremonial items, or looking for something a little less ceremonial?" as she finishes with a coy smile and a wink.

Liliana Tesseran |

Giving a smile back and a light chuckle, Liliana can't help but respond cheerfully. "Oh dear Savah, you certainly do like to appeal to my better nature, don't you." she says, giving the woman's hands a slight squeeze after a approaching her. "Neither of those are the case however. I would however like to introduce you to 3 out of the 4 who Ameiko gave such praise last night. Savah, please welcome Ms. Arya, Mr. Theodric, and Mr. Satinder. If I were to give some preference in my opinion," as she leans in closer to Savah and lowers her voice to just over an audible whisper, "the boys seem to enjoy their big blades while she likes to get a little more up close and personal..." finishing with a chuckle.

DM KLS |

Chuckling back, Savah smiles towards everyone. "Well I'm glad to meet you all, it certainly is a pleasure. Getting Ameiko's praise is no easy feat, I'll give you that. And I'll take her word for it, and I'll help you the best I can." Looking towards Arya, she responds fairly quickly with a blast of confidence in her response. "Well it certainly depends on what you prefer. Are you a lady with honor, enjoying the art of fencing with a risk? I don't have many, but I do have some rapiers and other light, quick hitting blades. But if you're a lady of intrigue, I do have some daggers and small light blades. I also have some various pieces of armor that I would be glad to help you fit into. Is there anything specific that you are looking for?"

Arya Drottningu |

Arya thinks for a moment. "Well, I much prefer something up close and personal. I'd like to take a look at your daggers and small light blades for sure. I don't really care for armor as it tends to be too heavy and cumbersome. If you have any light armor that allows maneuverability, I wouldn't mind taking a look at that."

Satinder Coric |

Looking around, Satinder nods towards the woman. "It certainly is a pleasure to meet you Ms. Savah. I myself am not in dire need of a new blade, but I will certainly remember to come see you should I need anything."

DM KLS |

Nodding back to the responses, Savah responds to everyone. "That's perfectly fine, so don't worry too much. Just let me know when you need something Satinder, and yes Theodric, I would be glad to patch up your armor. As for up close weaponry Arya, let me show you what I have." as she begins to take Arya over to her collection of daggers and light blades.
Most of the weapons she shows are daggers, short swords, and a few rapiers. The majority of them are mundane items, however there are a few well crafted items that masterwork weapons. Asking about costs leads Savah to state a 20% discount on the vast majority of her items.

Arya Drottningu |

Arya takes a look at all the weapons Savah showed her. "There are some very beautiful pieces here Savah. While I do appreciate you showing me your weapons, I don't think I'm going to get anything today. I'll keep you in mind if I am ever in need for anything in the future."

Satinder Coric |

Smiling at the woman, Satinder makes an agreeing motion. "As will I, thank you Ms. Savah. I do have a question however, would you be able to take a look at something for us? One of the goblins we encountered yesterday seemed to have managed a blade that appears to be more than what the typical goblin carries. Could you examine it for us please?" he asks, reaching for the halberd that the goblin wielded from the day before.

DM KLS |

"Sure, I'll take a look at it for you..." Savah says as she reaches out to look at the weapon. Spending a few minutes examining the halberd, a variety of expressions cross her face. "Well you most certainly are not wrong about this Satinder. This definitely is not a weapon carried by most goblins. While the handle is crude, it is still workable. And with a little bit of work, the blade can be cleaned up, and it would make a fine halberd for someone of smaller stature. If want to part with it, I would be willing to offer 150 gold, if you're okay with that of course."
