Casting: When casting a spell defensivly if you fail you do not automaticly lose the spell, rather you provoke an attack as you normally would for not casting defensive. If you are hit you must make a concentration check dc 10+damage taken if you fail this check you lose the spell.
Fumble: If you roll a natural 1 on your attack roll, make a dexterity check. If you get less than 10 you fumble. If you get more than 10 your attack simply misses very badly. If you roll a natural 20 you get your attack back, roll another attack roll!
Super crits: If you roll a natural 20 on a critical and when you roll another 20 to confirm this is a super crit, increase your weapons modifier by 1. (ex: X2 becomes X3)
Rolls:
Many rolls will be handled by the GM in secret.(don't worry, I don't fudge.)
Any result that can influence the character behavior will not be rolled open.
Rolls that will be handled by the GM:
Perception
Sense Motive.
if you make the check I will send you a pm or make a post and put it in a spoiler depending on the situation.
Sometimes I will roll Initiative others I will ask you to roll depending on the situation. In some situation (rarely) I will bypass init entirely and have you all go first and enemies second or have enemies go first and you all go after.
Combat rules:
I'm a fair GM, I dont roll combat in secret, I don't change results, I don't ignore bad calls from the characters.
Sometimes, character dies, but I'm not a player killer, if I think that an encounter will be easy handled, when it should be more challenging, I will make it a more challenging, if the party it's not prepared to face something, I will drop hints, if they insist... well killing one or two players never made me lack sleep...
Actions:
I'm a GM that do not punish the character for trying something new or cool, or even strange. Visual appealing actions are encouraged, the dc will of course depend on what are you trying, but you can try! If what you want to do is wicked cool, I can even bend the game mechanics to allow it! The most importat part is: You are villains. Villains are smart, resourceful and have style! Have you ever seen a memorable villain that could just swing his sword and do nothing more?
Posting Rate
If it could be done, I expect 1/day posting, if you can post more, it will really good.
During weekend, this rule does not apply. If you are able to post, great! But dont stress over this, everyone need some time to rest (In my case, I need time to play and DM :D on my tabletop games).
Level up
Aside from character creation, when you level up, if you want something not from core rulebook, you'll need to search it inside the game. basicly what you need to do is just show in game your character is searching for that knowledge. This rule is not meant to prohibit anything, I just don't like something like this: "Character always as a full caster, never picked up a sword in his entire life, and then he gain a new level and says: Master, I'll level up as a fighter now..."
The problem with roll20 is we would all need to be online at the same time which can be difficult to organize. However it would make combat go much quicker but is not necessary here because it will be a short fight.
I skipped your first shot because I thought you were holding until they got whitin 30 feet but I reread it and saw that you would fire regardless.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Magus/7 (Fort +7, Ref +3, Will +5 ; Init +1 ; Perception +0)
You don't need to be online all at once on roll20. I've been in other PBEMs that use it. You can have the table there, and people can log in as they're able and move things around. You just use it as a map/visual aid to go along with the regular posting in the forum.
Shall we assume that we've all spent 250gp to get two Wands of Cure Light Wounds? Who is carrying them? (Ideally, it should be somebody who can use them. Lucan can't; he hasn't trained UMD.)
Male Elf Conjurer 7 (Init -1 | Perc +6 | hp 23/27 | AC 13/9/13 | Saves 3/3/8)
Yes, I understand that we each spent 250 gp to get the two wands. One is held by Karla and one by Andras, both of whom I understand have the spell on their spell list and so have no trouble using their wand.
My understanding was similar to that of Lord Zohan. I figured we could have bought the wands at the Turtleback Ferry church before heading out. I'll update the profile to account for it later.
Diremerc: My solution to this is to have people clearly draw lines from the center of the square they begin traveling through the center of squares to which they move through and to, ending in the center of the square they end in. You would do this for enemies and we would do it for our PCs.
After round one where initiatives are honored on the dice, it's best to go with grouped party/enemy initiatives.
When the round is done you just clear away all of the lines and we go again.
I don't mind if it's Roll20 or other. I've seen the line thing done in Google (docs?), but I just use Photobucket and it works fine (though I'm the one moving their token.
We could screen shot I guess but I prefer treating people like adults. Sure, some people are skeezy, but by and large gamers want a challenge more than they want to "win" whi check sometimes means not trying to cheat when you're in a pickle.
Oh, I certainly don't do it for that reason :)
I do summary of actions and results at the end of the round. That's when I update. It has advantages and disadvantages.
Posting later today! Sorry for the wait, I've had a weekend with the lady friend and I'm a good distance away from a computer that isn't in a public library close to a gas station.

Re: Inspire Courage, oops! Sorry about that. In another campaign, I play a bard, and it's always sad to see people leaving off these bonuses I'm giving them.
I don't have favored enemy "Ogre" I do, in fact, have favored enemy "Giant" and I'm very sorry that I haven't posted as work has me in a vice. I will be posting very shortly after I make the 50 minute trip home, however.
Haha I hated asking amidst map conversation. Thank you. I'm just trying to figure out when I should get stabby stabby is all!
Also, sorry everyone. I've been trying to do better with using the correct alias and now we all get the unmitigated joy of witnessing me struggle with new technology. I used to travel with an ipod and laptop, now ive got an android and I am making so many typos it's ridiculous.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Magus/7 (Fort +7, Ref +3, Will +5 ; Init +1 ; Perception +0)
For android, I recommend the "TouchPal" keyboard. It's a sliding keyboard which makes typing quite a bit faster and easier, although you still live in autocorrect hell.
See that works, and I don't think anyone's near me, so if that's the case I'm just gonna five foot step and full attack, but first let me put in my character sheet.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Magus/7 (Fort +7, Ref +3, Will +5 ; Init +1 ; Perception +0)
Is anybody keeping track of loot? The stuff we found on the ogrekin near the bear -- although IC I said we should bring it back to the Black Arrows, OOC I predict that we're gonna end up keeping it :)
Is anybody keeping track? Has any of it been divided yet? Lucan can use the Belt of Giant Strength, but of course there are some others who can as well.
Hi everyone,
I'm your bag of holding. I'm not called that because someone else already took that name.
I'll keep track of things you find or recover from fallen foes (or allies, in that sad event). I have two separate lists: the unclaimed stuff and the stuff people claim. I often leave stuff behind if it seems to lack value. Send me a message if you think I should bring something along that I haven't picked up. You can check me out and send me a prompt if I miss anything. We bags of holding are only as perfect as the wizards who make us. Also let me know if you'd like other information, such as where the stuff was recovered, it's value in gooooooold, and whatnot.
Yours greedily,
the Bag of Holding

If it isn't a spellbook or labelled 'headband of you're the most intelligent creature walking Golarion', Lord Zohan is very generous. If it IS such an item, he can be remarkably petty. He is also keeping his eyes out for staves.
As for defensive items like the amulet, he's happy to take people's cast-offs; that is, when the front-liners are already decked out like Christmas trees, then he'll gladly accept one.
Male Elf Conjurer 7 (Init -1 | Perc +6 | hp 23/27 | AC 13/9/13 | Saves 3/3/8)
Karla and Serra already have a +1 natural armor bonus. Lucan is a front-liner and his AC is only 20 compared to Andras's 24. Zadderk is clearly a ranged killing machine. I'd propose we give this amulet to Lucan and Andras gets the next one (or if it's a better bonus, someone passes their +1 on to Andras). Objections?
Zadderk's not too keen on taking Ogre loot, but if they have an Ex-Black-arrows uber crossbow, or something, he'd be willing to sell it to improve upon his own.
Haha thanks. I've been trying to find the right one that pleases me every time I see it and I think I've finally found it with this one. The red one, orcus, was good, but I like this artwork and positioning best. It also has less than ten people using it which brings me great joy.
Male Human (Chelaxian) Magus/7 (Fort +7, Ref +3, Will +5 ; Init +1 ; Perception +0)
Excellent... can we get a link to the Greedy Bag's profile page in Campaign information? (PbP you know... two weeks from now I'll have forgotten the exact alias name.)
Male Human (Chelaxian) Magus/7 (Fort +7, Ref +3, Will +5 ; Init +1 ; Perception +0)
GM: I'm trying to figure out the map. Is the blue S sera? Are the three red dots the baby ogrekin? Did we come in through the top of the map and pass the baby ogrekin room? Where are the zombines?
S is Serra the one I know for sure were he is. The red dots are the adult ogrekin in the dining room.
The young ogrekin are in the top right room but I didn't put them on the map. The zombies are in the room on the other side of the door in from of Serra.
DireMerc, I think it might help move things along if you made the map editable by the players so that we could draw/move our tokens?
Anyway, I think the current layout is as follows: Andras, Lord Zohan and possibly Shalelu (if she is still with us?) are definitely in the room at the top. I don't quite know where Zadderk is but I assume he is also with us.
Lucan and Karla have moved forward and are 4-6 squares down the corridor, closer to the dining ogres than to Serra.
Maybe everyone could also roll Init or we can agree that the DM rolls for us?
Male Human (Chelaxian) Magus/7 (Fort +7, Ref +3, Will +5 ; Init +1 ; Perception +0)
Yes, I agree the GM should roll init for all of us to move things along.
I'm still confused about the map: where did we come in? When you say "in front of Serra", which way is that? (There's no facing indicator, so I'm not sure which is is in front; up on the map? Right on the map?)
