Kellek doesn't notice any magical auras beyond those created by the gear of his allies.
Kellek attempts to ID any new items on them that he hasn't seen before. Take 10 on Spellcraft for 28.
"Anyone else deeply disturbed by the size of that quivering funnel? That just... that just isn't right. Am I crazy?"
Kellek also inspects the web funnel. Takes 10. Knowledge (everything) with mods above.
"Shall I burn it now, or wait for Colvyn to come back first?"

How thick and solid are the walls of the barn?
Nodding to the man, Colvyn passes him his waterskin and then start working on the other manacles. Once in a while, he takes a peek at the web, still nervous that something will come out before he is done. "Can the spider reach you in here, or is this a safe-ish spot?"

The walls of the barn are solid wood, probably a couple of inches.
Kellek, not sure which items you're referring to.
Kellek recognizes that the massive funnel web belongs to a particular type of truly massive spider known as an ogre spider. He knows these spiders grow to the size of an elephant and have a potent poison that weakens and paralyzes their prey.
Inside the web-filled room, the older man greedily sips at the waterskin before whispering "They kept it fed and it never came this way. Not-" The older man cuts off, his one eye widening slightly as a long leg extends out of the funnel and begins feeling along the northern wall. The leg arches over to feel along the northern walkway before retreating back into the funnel. The whole web shakes and vibrates as what's inside shifts.
All three men freeze and try to remain completely silent.
If you'd like to get them out, it'll take a stealth check to do so without drawing the ire of the spider. Since you're small, you can only support one of the captives at a time as they try to make to back along to walkway.

Colvyn eyes the leg, somewhat impressed with the size of the thing. Now, how the hell am I going to them out of the here.

Once the men are released from the manacles, Colvyn moves to the far corner of the cage. Taking out a vial of acid, he tries to corrode some of the wood and metal so that he can removes the bars of the cage in the corner. If that works, he will try the same thing with a second vial on the boards and nail of the outside wall.

Colvyn makes quick work of the other two sets of manacles, though all three of the men aren't able to do much more than slowly and carefully try to move their arms and legs. The first vial of acid coats the bars of the cage, but the metal proves relatively resistant to the common acid. The rust and tarnish are swiftly removed, and the bars are weakened slightly. Colvyn gets the sense that he'd need far more acid than he has on hand to break the bars and wall this way.
Meanwhile, between the smoldering webs and the stage whisper from Kargas, the south side of the room seems to have drawn the attention of whatever is inside the funnel. The webs quiver and a leg reaches out to the walkway to probe for victims. The leg passes close to Guiness, but doesn't reach far enough to touch him.

Since you're a bit stuck, and I was on the verge of springing this anyway...
The continued flames burning away at the edges of the web on the southern side of the room finally draw more than just a probing leg. The massive web funnel flexes as a second hairy leg wriggles free, then a third, then four, then before Colvyn can exit, the whole massive spider pulls its body out to hang from the funnel's underside.
True to Kellek's description, the spider is enormous. Its dozen eyes glint in the dim light like onyx beads as its arm-long mandibles snap open and shut. It twitches as it regards the dwarf standing silhouetted in the doorway.

A few more of the tiny, regular sized spiders start scurrying out of the web and on to dark corners of the room, but no other threats present themselves.
Combat Over!
The webs in this room are slowly smoldering from where Guiness' hammer ignited them, but it'll take a while for the flames to fully spread. Long enough to get the three captives out to safety.

Does someone want to douse the flames in case there is treasure here and/or so we don’t tip off whatever enemy may be in the house?
The adrenaline of battle leaving him, Guiness just now realizes how close he came to being killed. He backs off and leans against the wall, wincing in pain, but eyeing the slowly spreading flame warily.

We dropped a wall of fire and a 13ft half orc who glows in their front yard, I'm pretty sure they know we're here! :)
Moving past Guiness, Kargas makes his way over to the cage. "Can you move?" he asks the prisoners. Fully prepared to fireman's carry anyone who needs the help!

Valid Guiness, but, as Kargas said, I don't think discretion is our strong suit ;)
Leaping over the railing and running over to Guiness, she begins healing his wounds. "Sorry Guiness, I didn't think it would be that vicious! I'll be more cautious in the future," she promises, putting a hand on his shoulder. "I shouldn't have gotten side tracked like that."

Once we've grouped enough to include the prisoners, she'll channel once then patch up with the wand! GM, we have some diamonds, but no dust... how challenging would it be to grind some of that up?

”Thank you for the healing, Lady of the River,” says Guiness as his wounds close from the repeated healing magic.
Lesser Restoration should work on the strength and dexterity damage, if you want to save the diamond dust for more dire ailments.

Kill it was then.
Kellek walks in, notes the smoldering web, and hits it with a bit of super-chill air.
Kellek casts ray of frost (as many times as needed) and then if necessary breaks off the stiff bits of webbing and either stamps them out, or lets them go out on the dirt floor. Once done he uses his magic eyes to sweep the area for anything magical which he identifies with a Spellcraft total of 28.

Flo, if you have the value in diamonds, I'm not going to hold you to making sure the diamonds are in a particular form. I also have no idea how diamonds are ground IRL :D
Guiness and Kellek search the room (and the funnel) for objects both mundane and magical, but find little more than the bones of many many humanoids within the funnel. Kellek takes some time but is able to chill and freeze enough of the webs to douse the fire.
The three prisoners are easing themselves up when Kargas arrives, all with shaky legs but bright relief in their eyes. The older man with the eyepatch nods and speaks in a gravely voice "I reckon we just might be able to, thanks to your cleric." He takes an unsteady step forward. He could clearly use some help, but he's too gruff to ask for it.
"After our breakout had failed, the three of us had resigned ourselves to being spider chow. Seeing the lot of you here hardly feels real." He reaches out and touches Kargas on the shoulder. "Well, its a nice hallucination if that's what it is. Awful grateful for your help." The other two men nod.
From the look of them, they've been kept without food and water for some time, and before that rather seriously beaten. Flo's healing has alleviated some of those injuries, but all three men are still significantly injured and furthermore exhausted from their ordeal.

________
Heal vs Prisoners: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (20) + 13 = 33 GM, just hp damage and dehydrated/starving, or is there ability damage too?
Guiness, I'll leave the choice up to you. My thinking is thus: I've one open slot at second and fourth spell levels (lesser and regular restoration respectively). Lesser gives me 1d4 vs one of your damages, regular gets rid of all of it. I'm making a note to make some scrolls of Lesser Restoration for the future so I can be less of a crap cleric ;)

Kargas grins at the rescued ranger. "What're names?" After introductions are made, Kargas gestures towards the farmhouse. "We killed an ogrekin and his pack of mutts on the trail in; killed the ones that were here in the barn as well. Any idea how many of 'em are in the main house? Who are these jokers anyway, and how did you lot get captured?"

No ability damage on the three of them, just a lot of exposure and dietary deprivation.
Once outside of the spider's chamber, the three men stop a moment to rest against the wall. The one with the eyepatch extends a hand to shake with Flo and then Kargas afterward. "Jakardros Sovark. Well met." The red haired man gives the two of you a weak salute "Kaven. Kaven Windstrike's the name." The bald man gives a stoic nod before Jakardros speaks for him "And he's Vale Temros." (Images for the three have been added to Handouts!)
Jakardros looks over the two of his allies and gives a sad smile "The three of us, I think we're the last of the Black Arrows. And what a sorry excuse for survivors we are." At the question from Flo, Jakardros explains "We were away from the Fort on a long-range patrol. Encountered some suspicious ogre activity to the east and ended up chasing them for a few days. By the time we got back to the fort..."
Kaven speaks up "Those bastards 'ad taken over the 'ole fing! Bloody ogres 'ad strung up all our brothers an' sisters an' hung em from the walls."
Jakardros continues "We struck back with our unit, but there were far more than we could have imagined. It was... It was a horrible mistake to attack the Fort the way we did. We played right into their hands. What other men were with me, other than Kaven and Vale here, fell before we could finally retreat." He hangs his head in shame. Vale places a commiserative hand on Jakardros' shoulder.
Jakardros heaves a sigh "And in running away, the ogres chased us through the forest until we stumbled into a whole group of these ogrekin. Normally, we'd have made quick work of them, but beaten down as we were, the ogrekin managed to catch all three of us." He looks to Kargas "We saw at least half a dozen of them out at the time they captured us, including the one with the dogs." Kaven shivers at the mention of the dogs. Jakardros continues "Don't know anything about the house, except that that's where they took our gear before throwing us into that cell with the spider."

Flo frowns as the Black Arrows tell their story. But what motivated those Ogres to attack the fort in the first place? "I know this is uncomfortable, but how exactly did you strike at the fort the first time? And what did they hit you with? Just some arrows and javelins, or are we talking magic?" No need to repeat their folly...
"Half a dozen? I bet we got them all then, but until we clear the other house, we should still be careful," she advises. With Guiness motioning for the door, she will give the trio some directions back to Turtleback and follow the Dwarf.

Jakardros shakes his head, wincing at Flo's question "They'd left the gate open and there weren't too many in sight. We just charged in, not really thinking through how many must have been in the band - hells, the whole Kreeg tribe must have been there. They knew we were coming, closed the trap on us moments later." His one good eye is misty, distant "Arrows aye, javelins as well. Mostly up close and personal with clubs and hooks. That's the way they prefer to fight in any case."
The three Black Arrows nod in turn to Guiness' suggestion. "We might be sitting ducks in a fight right now, but that doesn't mean I don't know how to make some good camouflage. We'll hide out to the south." Jakardros nods "You mean to hit the main house then? If you can get our gear back, it'd be an incredible relief. And clearing out these ogrekin is a right good deed as well." He beckons the other two to come with him and then says "We can talk more after. I'm curious what brings such capable fighters up this way. Curious what stories you bring."
Alright, I'll give a moment here for you to ask any other questions. Also, let me know what side you're approaching the house from, and how.

Kellek is surely packing some explosives and I'll keep us all up! "We've been following some disturbing leads for a little while now and this is our most recent stop," is all she reveals for now.

He turns to look at the three humans then back at Kargas. "Fine, but remember that as an archer, I won't be all that effective in close quarters like that." Remembering what he saw during his scouting trip, Colvyn uses his kukri to draw in the ground. "There is two doors to the building. Here and here. I only looked in the window here. It is a fifteen by twenty five feet room. One fire place and a table. The place was totally gross, so you might want to cover your nose if you have a weak stomach. Two doors leads further in, but they were closed, so I couldn't see more. There are multiple windows, but they are barred up. No matter where we go in, the door and room size will limit how many people can get in at a time." He looks at the sword that Kargas carries. "Maybe you could make us a bigger door?"

Jakardros relays descriptions of a bow, axes, daggers, various suits of leather armor, and a few other items. From the description, its clear that the three Black Arrows were very well equipped in comparison to a typical guard. The talk from Kargas about the Kreegs being a fight lights a spark of hope in Jakardros' eyes. "Aye. And if you're willing to fight it, I'm in to do the same. Maybe we level heads it'll be possible a second time. With you capable adventurers with us."
The three Black Arrows head to the south end of the clearing, disappearing into the swampy reeds.
