When we hit a good break (chronicle perhaps?) Point I would like to rework Ulric into a more tanky class, maybe a paladin or fighter. We have enough magic, and the rage song isn't that great with this group.

there is a chronicle but you haven't reached it yet, there is a spot coming up that will allow you to do so, though pm an idea for RP wise he would change in that way

I'll do some plotting. Though we may be rolling a whole new party momentarily...

I hope that chronicle or at least a in game level up is coming up soon... I hate being stuck once I've used up all my good spells as a low level caster.

Ya i think im gonna make Orladan more sword and board than two handed. I think we will benefit more from that as she is a fighter.

This is a heads-up that I am starting a new job on Monday. I've been avoiding the "I don't have to be faster than the zombies, just faster than you" joke so far.

I believe the GM to resolve Nox getting pasted is the next step.

Nice thing is we can rejigger our party to be a bit more balanced, some real frontliners and a healer perhaps.

Honestly, I'm kinda not feeling this game. I was hoping to stick it out at least until the first chronicle sheet, but if we're not gonna get even that due to TPK and have to start all over I may bow out.

This game has been running pretty slow of late. We've been in this recent combat (4 rounds) for a month now.

This time of year, especially, is slow.

I hope your new job slows down and works our for you! I went through a few years where it seemed like I was starting a new job or position every month (Hazards of moving across the country and rapid promotions) and it sure can be a handful!

Being a stay at home dad for a toddler gives me lots of time to post but many days I miss a nice, relaxing, 60 hour work week.

If this ends up a TPK (seems all but unavoidable at this point...), how many are interested in rolling up new PCs and giving it another try? (I am) @GM, what are your thoughts on the likelihood of TPK, and are you interested in taking another run at this?

I'm at a small impasse for a martial, I had thought Paladin but Orladan has got that covered and I'm currently running a cav, bloodrager, and paladin. Not really wanting to go ranger/swash/stalkee/brawler.

I might just go plain old fighter.

Indeed, I have considered it. I mostly have had a habit of playing 3/4 BAB hybrid classes (primarily bards and magus) so I had been focused on full BAB classes to try.

My Cav and Paladin are still lvl 1 PFS and my Bloodrager has Oracle levels as well.

Yes, I'm planning on keeping Ylosani. I'm looking forward to playing the guilt he feels over losing his first party.

It seems the most logical story at this point is that the new party are the adventurers that heeded Ylosani's call at the tavern, and that we're returning to the Lodge together to clear it out, and find out why a necromancer has set up shop there in this sudden winter.

(I have a mercenary warpriest of Gorum, who swings a mean Lucerne hammer, queued up and ready to rock. Since we never made it to a chronicle I assume we can just recycle our PFS ID again?)
