You spend the afternoon in the Jade buying diamonds while Zalen prepares the body. Upon your return he casts raise dead and restoration.

I have been happy being one with god in Valhalla but I do believe having been watching over these guys these past days that I am needed and that I have much more work to do before going home to rest in the green pastures, besides, if I am not there I just have to being constantly coming down to save Ivar.

I am certain I wont remember any of this later, so I will write it down in the book of life and Akashic Records so I can recall it the next time I commune with god about what I should be doing here, problem with being reborn into the world, cant remember nothing. When you die you gain all the knowledge you have before and after, but the small minds of our bodies just cant store it or make sense of it all.

I feel much better, thank you for bringing me back, did we get those vampires what they deserve, a short walk and a drop on a rope or guillotine. Anyway, seem to have a dream while I was dead, if that's possible, where I came to your aide and stopped a monster from slaying Ivar and Oro Tu. There isn't anyway that really happened is there.

Oro-Tu raises an eyebrow. "You dream while in spirit form? But it was no dream."

He claps Aurora on the back as a form of welcome and promptly busies himself with his gear, not wanting to dwell on the concept of what Zalen has done.

Ivar nods seeing Aurora back, "Oro-Tu speaks true, t'was no dream. Later when we are situated we will need to speak of this Falkenjagger, it would seem that I am in his debt.." Turning to the rest of the party he asks. "We made the trip with the Captain and gave her half as we agreed. Now we know where it is may we return with our own ship and not give up half the booty?"

Uraisa hugged Aurora, happy that she decided to return to the group. "Let's avoid that awful island," she said with a grin.

Leialoha scowls and adds, "Welcome back Aurora. These two definitely need you to keep an eye on them." When Ivar announces a thought to return to the island, Leialoha doesn't seem so sure, "I agree with Uraisa. I have no need of further wealth. The Tulita need help and the Razor is still in peril. I am giving what remains after my donation to the temple to the Tulita of Port Shaw. We should return to hunting the shark."

Oro-Tu grunts. "Maybe. But that island has much history with the shark. I suspect the shark god has claim there. I do not like to leave it in the hands of evil. Some day we will have to return to finish what we began.."

"But if we can break this new insurgence by the Black Shark, then we can spend time clearing out the pockets of his older times. The lighthouse feels like a more pressing issue now."

@Leialoha, when you bring your donation to the Tulita Milliauka has a favor to ask you. The most recent Beacon Island lighthouse keeper (a newcomer) took the position, but then never sent for his Tulita wife and their children. She’s terrified something happened to him and begged Milliauka for help. Milliauka in turn asks the PCs to investigate.

We should have demanded that the resurrection costs come out of the LOOT before the split with mercy, but I forgot. Is it too late to ask for that, since it was incurred expenses of the joint venture?

"Are we sure this lighthouse keeper isn't just sewing some wild oats on the island? Maybe deep in his cups, and forgot about his family for a time..."

The problem is every time they send a new keeper to the lighthouse he disappears and it continues to be dark and it is a hazard to shipping.

"With everything else going on around the Coast and Port Shaw. No, I suspect there is something darker than infidelity going on."

Oro-Tu nods, "Uraisia. The black shark has been stirring. Then, before you joined us, we witnessed a ritual to summon it. We killed the shark it summoned, but it is riled up. I am sure it is related."

I'm all for heading to the lighthouse next. I'll keep same spells prepared as I have been recently.

Oro-Tu suggests they go, though if needed is willing to wait for morning. "What do you know of lighthouse and island, Milliauka?"

"For the first time in a long time, I heard Whale’s call. Whale speaks to me of blood in the water beneath Beacon Island. In a dream the Three came to me and all spoke. The waters below Beacon Island reek with the blasphemous taint of Dajobas, and they called on me to purify them." Milliauka asks the party to investigate and clear the waters of Dajobas’ corruption.

Oro-Tu nods, "This we do."

He turns to Uraisia and Silas, "Maybe you can find any recent information on island before we leave?"

Ivar listens carefully, not wanting to interrupt things that he's not sure he understands. When Oro-Tu commits with his "this we do" Ivar nods his head in agreement and asks "While Uraisia and Silas are gathering information do we need to acquire any gear or do anything to get the ship ready?"

"I can also see what the word on the streets is. The Tulita other than Milliauka may have information."

A small island, Beacon Island served as an outpost for Port Shaw decades ago. A lighthouse was constructed here to guide merchant ships safely through the network of hazardous shoals surrounding Kai Bay. Five years ago, the last lighthouse keeper and his family disappeared; and since then, this accursed lighthouse stands unmanned. Passing ships report spotting a clutch of wyverns circling the top of the lighthouse.

Uraisa will also memorize her normal complement of spells.

"Hazardous? Will we be able to get there with boat?"

Just not going to be easy.

So to answer, yes we can dream while in spiritual body. Our minds process the experience as a dream like state to make sense of it.

why yes, I think that appropriate, but you should pray also to your own god, who it that again, they also deserve your gratitude, but if you should choose to give your fealty to him, he will gladly accept you.

also, in regards to the cost of my resurrection, you can take half out of my share if it would help, or did my share go completely to bringing me back, I would like to have some funds left to do maintenance on my weapons and armor, either way is OK. I do need some rest to recover and get acclimated to the world again, I was gone quite awhile and just don't feel connected except to you all, it all seems so distant for now, the concerns of this world and those outside my family here. Cant quite bring myself to care for the larger picture at the moment, give me time, it will come back to me in time, I will find my rage, too much piece in my soul at the moment, need something to get pissed off at.

Just remember Aurora that you have one negative level for at least a week until another restoration can be cast.

Oro-Tu gathers up the party and leaves for the island. We waiting on something?

Do we have our own ship which is functional and able to deal with a fight? Are we making sure that everyone can breathe underwater, especially after the temple?

I dunno about the ship, cap'n ;). I think Uraisia and Aurora both have water breathing prepped.

The ship should be ready to go especially for that short of a trip.

Onward! I will buy a couple potions of CMW for emergencies.

Assuming I donated all of my gold last time from the last adventure, I still have 270 gp to donate to the cause.

i can give 700 to getting a wand of cure moderate, cure light is a waste at this point, how much is a staff of healing.

Our shares aren't enough to buy much separately if we want to try pooling for the staff. Actually the staff is 29k and probably not worth it with only cure serious and lesser restore/remove blindness etc. Would be better to just get a cure serious (11.2k) wand or cure critical (21k). A wand or two of CLW is still a necessity. It's the cheapest healing per gold piece, so its good for healing out of combat. Csw or cure critical is good for in combat healing. But 4 charges of CLW is cheaper than one charge of cure critical wounds...

I would suggest 1-2 wands of CLW each for Aurora and Uraisia (750gp each) plus one wand of CSW (3d8) at 11.25k for uraisia to hold onto for battles. That would be 12.75k for 2 CLW and one CSW versus 29k for staff or 21k for one cure critical.

that makes sense to me, the original amount was 14,912gp 5 sp. if we subtract the 12,750 from it that makes the split 2,162 5 gp or about 308 gp 9 sp 3 cp each or 270 gp 3 sp 1 cp if we include the boat.

sounds good to me. I will add a new CLW wand to my sheet, as well as a new wand of CMW.

Just to check, is Silas and Leialoha and Aurora also agreeing with that? If so let's do it and go.
