I believe I can now 5 foot step to flank with Grungsdi. If I'm wrong I'll make a new post. Also I forgot, but the creature took 2 points of strength damage last round from sneak attack.
Desmond steps behind the creature and unleashes his full tornado of steel!
Attack: 1d20 + 24 ⇒ (3) + 24 = 27
Damage: 1d6 + 11 + 6d6 ⇒ (1) + 11 + (6, 5, 3, 4, 4, 1) = 35
Cold Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Attack: 1d20 + 25 ⇒ (16) + 25 = 41
Damage: 1d6 + 12 + 6d6 ⇒ (1) + 12 + (3, 5, 3, 6, 6, 6) = 42
Attack: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (16) + 19 = 35
Damage: 1d6 + 11 + 6d6 ⇒ (6) + 11 + (5, 5, 6, 4, 4, 6) = 47
Cold Damage: 1d6 ⇒ 2
Attack: 1d20 + 20 ⇒ (11) + 20 = 31
Damage: 1d6 + 12 + 6d6 ⇒ (4) + 12 + (2, 1, 2, 2, 4, 5) = 32
If he gets hit by at least one attack, then he is taking a -2 to hit (which is a -6 vs Desmond) and Desmond's AC increases to 35 until the start of my next turn.
For every hit that lands, the creature takes 2 strength damage.
Menacing: All allies who are flanking gain an additional +2 to hit.

scorch: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (5) + 12 = 17damage: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 1, 1, 3) = 10

I moved 10 feet so I got sneak attack regardless.
I want to make sure we are clear. Last round you made an acro check to move through a threatened square to try to flank with Grung. You would not have had a clear path to charge. The foe caught you during your tumble and you stopped and you loose your MA.
You must move before your attack, not after. You must move at least 10 feet (2 squares) and may move up to double your speed directly toward the designated opponent. If you move a distance equal to your speed or less, you can also draw a weapon during a charge attack if your base attack bonus is at least +1.
You must have a clear path toward the opponent, and nothing can hinder your movement (such as difficult terrain or obstacles). You must move to the closest space from which you can attack the opponent. If this space is occupied or otherwise blocked, you can't charge. If any line from your starting space to the ending space passes through a square that blocks movement, slows movement, or contains a creature (even an ally), you can't charge. Helpless creatures don't stop a charge.
If you don't have line of sight to the opponent at the start of your turn, you can't charge that opponent.
You can't take a 5-foot step in the same round as a charge.
If you are able to take only a standard action on your turn, you can still charge, but you are only allowed to move up to your speed (instead of up to double your speed) and you cannot draw a weapon unless you possess the Quick Draw feat. You can't use this option unless you are restricted to taking only a standard action on your turn.

Ah but it's more than 10 feet, so I didn't get it.

Karnog Kegmeister |

GM: Is that woman still there?

Karnog Kegmeister |

Karnog tends to the woman, examining her first for physical damage and then disease or toxins.
1d20 + 10 ⇒ (8) + 10 = 18 Heal
"Peace, woman. We mean you no harm. What befell you here? Did that creature touch you, or affect you with its magics?"
"How is everyone holding up? Did the undead drain you of life essence, or cause any other damage?

Commoner |

With a healing touch Karnog eventually coaxes the lady out of her trance. She sits frightened at first but then her eyes scan the cave frantically. She searches for the creature. The sight of the adventurers confuses her until it dawns on her that she is being rescued or being transferred to a new captor. "W..wh...where is it?"

Karnog Kegmeister |

"If ye mean the big undead creature with the scary face in its belly, don't worry. We killed it fer real this time."
Karnog offers the shocked woman water and food, earing ans drinking of some to show it's purity if she balks.
"What's yer name? And do yen have any other injuries? Any pain or sickness?"
"I'm Karnog, and ye're safe fer now. Well, safer than ye were a few minutes ago, at least."

Commoner |

"It's g..g...gone? Really." A tear runs down her cheek. She glances at the dust where the body lays destroyed. "It attacked our caravan and killed everyone. The wizard...fighters...the holy man." She stumbles over her words holding back the tears. "I'm Jennira, a servant. We were heading to a trading post."

Karnog Kegmeister |

1d20 + 12 ⇒ (13) + 12 = 25 Sense motive
"Aye, the creature has been destroyed for good. Where was your caravan heading? And from where? As a human, it's very odd to find your kind down here below."

Commoner |

"I've been a servant since I could remember. I head where he goes, serve him in any capacity." She shrugs. "My Master travels the tunnels buying and selling with many tribes, merchants and dwellers. Mostly dark elf, druegar, orc, and goblins." You can see she is very pale in color, so you know she has not see daylight for a long period of time. "We were coming from a druegar post trading ores and heading to see the traveling dead." You understand that to be the lich you recently saw.

Desmond Aeros |

Born a slave. What a tragedy. "Let's get you set up with a nice job, maybe serving drinks or doing dishes. It's kind of like being a slave, but the people in charge aren't as mean and you get paid."

Karnog Kegmeister |

"I agree with you, Kalim. This woman has seen many trials and much pain. Miss, what is your name? How would you like to be called?"
Karnog offers her some rations and water, even some beer if she seems up to it.
"Perhaps you would like to travel with us, at least for the time being? It is extremely dangerous where we go, but I fear even more so to be here by yourself. I, for one, would not command you anything, but offer you passage with me for as long as you require."

Karnog Kegmeister |

"Kalim, one of the undead? Hardly." Karnog grins and gestures towards the sorcerer broadly.
"He's a bit weird for a human, and he's quite the fighter against evil. He's a good companion and friend." Taking his everfull mug back from the newly named Alley, Karnog finishes off the beer remaining.
"We are traveling deeper into this place, and looking to drive the evil away. It will be dangerous, but I think you'd be in even greater risk here alone."

Grungsdi |

We will get you some place safe lass. Just got to go somewhere darker first.

Kalim Gudlavaletti |

Kalim breaks a rare smile. "I assure you I am fully hu-hm--I am fully alive. This..." he indicates his tumor, which pulses and separates, flying a few circles around Allain. "...is Bhagavāna Kī Ulti. You can call her Bhagy. Bhagy, this is Allain."diplomacy: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (9) + 8 = 17

Commoner |

She visibly relaxes and winks at Desmond. "We were heading to the caravan (lich) and then to the dark elves for trading." She looks around but sees not usable gear to pick up. "I c..c..can carry a pack...I often served as the mule when needed." She tries to smooth out what little clothing she has on.

Desmond Aeros |

"Well I don't know about that whole mule business, but a pretty girl like you should be able to defend herself against unwanted suitors." Desmond takes out a dagger and hands it hilt first to her.

Grungsdi |

Grung guffaws at that
At least offer the lady a drink!

Desmond Aeros |

"Well that's your mistake, isn't it?" He smiles and takes out his everfull mug. "Although you do look like you may need something to drink."
