That's 2-3 tumbles per combat! And it sych's with your class abilities so well it's crazy good.
As a rogue YOU need to sort your positioning for flanks, I'll 5ft step when needed but asking an ally to chew an AOO to maintain a flank is alot.
I will look at teamwork feats like tandem trip or there is one that allows a 5ft step when an ally hits.
Your call but those boots are awesome for the cost.

I'm swapping out for a belt that gives me +4 instead of +5, no bonus to hit, but there's no limit to its' use. I don't want to worry about running out of uses halfway through the dungeon

I was under the impression you did not have to have a magical bonus to hit to have a magical ability. I was treating them simply as +1 weapons at 2000 gold. No bonus to hit, just more damage if I do hit.

No, A +1 bonus is to attack and damage, and it is 2000 GP, plain and simple.

I think we're getting a bit confused. I do not have a +1 weapon. I have a weapon with an enchantment on it that is valued as a +1 weapon. Does that make sense? Have I been doing this wrong for years?

Ok, so it needs to be MW, already have a +1, THEN you can add abilities. Understood, sorry for the confusion.
I dropped my amulet of natural armor and my ring of protection as well as the iron rope. I believe that puts me slightly under 10500. Am I doing my math correctly?

Ok, if we decide that it needs to have a +1 and also be masterwork and the cost comes out at 4310, this is what I think we're looking at.
Flaming shortsword-4310
Frost shortsword-4310
Cloak of Resistance-1000
Belt of Tumbling-800
4310+4310=8630
8630+1000+800=10430

Yes it would be 8000...
for around 4000 a piece you might try asking for +1 swords that do an additional 1pt each of fire and cold damage.

I don't really look at character equipment much and don't nickle and dime on the wealth but the dual special ability weapons threw me.

I did reduce the potential length of paralysis written from 2d6 to 2d4. Karnog's lasso could be useful here.

LOL...I've actually permitted many more potential saves (the save dice seems have cursed this group right now) and I haven't had the harpies take any offense - yet. I also make two of the four weaker (DC 13 vs DC 16 Will saves).
Lets just say, you all bypassed one entire level of dungeon already. I tried to provide a couple hints suggesting that the terrain was going deeper (which in my DM speak generally means harder).
Big Hollowscream party for my daughter and her friends this evening...so, I'm out of service till late night.

It is pretty easy to make the wrong turn and stumble into trouble in RA. Usually I'll describe terrain features such as steep slope down or slight incline to provide indication that the group is changing levels. The change of level generally, but not always, corresponds to hazard or difficulty level.
You all had very little option with the harpies since half the party fell under their captivating song charm, but remember the warnings, there is no shame in fleeing if presented the opportunity. Nobody enjoys turning tail but sometimes that may be the only real solution for survival.
