Durzub is fully healed and the rest of the night passes uneventfully.

Elathras Narcinal |

Waking up the next morning, Elathras replaces his armor and getting out a new torch prepares to go back into the "mouth." Once down the steps he points to the door to the north and says "we went in that door." and then pointing to the door to the south east he says "and we came out that door." Then walking over to the door in the northeast corner he asks. "what do you think is in here?" He quietly listens at the door and searches for traps. assuming it's clear He then attempts to open the door.

Sorry, only one to a customer on the pool Virgil. You become immune to the magic after the first sip. Where are you going?

Kaztor Strongforge |

How about the door to the south? I'm sure nothing bad will happen the further in we go, lol.

brvheart |

There is a pentacle carved in the stone over the top of this alcove. You opening it Katzor?

Elathras Narcinal |

as Elathras checks the door in the alcove to the northeast he finds that the door is trapped, carefully avoiding it he turns and ask Virgil "Hey Virgil, would you get rid of this trap please?"

Elathras Narcinal |

While Virgil works on the NE door, Elthras goes and inspects the southern door that Katzor asked about.

brvheart |

Elathras find a trap at the NE door, but nothing at the south door. It looks clear to him and not locked.

Elathras Narcinal |

Elathras looks at Kaztor and asks "Do you want to look in here while Virgil unlocks the other door, It's always smart to split the group up, kill two birds with one stone so to speak."
editgetting a little bored, Elathras, torch in one hand, pole arm in the other, opens the door and looks inside.

Elathras Narcinal |

hearing the noise in the entry chamber, Elathras runs back into the room to check on his friend Virgil, looking down into the hole he calls "Are you OK Virgil, did you hit your head?"

Elathras Narcinal |

he rolled a 19 perception earlier if it matters any
Elathras, seeing Virgil being helped out of the pit returns to the door in the southern hallway and opens it up.

brvheart |

The ceiling of this room is hung with abnormally large cobwebs, but they crumble at the touch, being extremely old.

Elathras Narcinal |

Elathras, not trusting the age of the cobwebs, looks around very carefully before declaring the room safe

Elathras Narcinal |

Elathras finds a secret door at the end of a short hallway going east.

At the end of the hallway Elathras finds a hidden door, "Look Virgil, I found an door" looking at the hidden door carefully for traps, assuming he finds none he opens the door, looking inside.

Kaztor Strongforge |

Kaz again swaps out a spell, losing his Comprehend Languages spell, to muster a CLw spell for Virgil. "You need to start finding the traps, instead of just setting them off," the dwarf jokes as he heals the trap springer.
CLW 1d8 + 2 ⇒ (4) + 2 = 6

brvheart |

You see no traps on the secret door. It opens into a short hallway between two rooms.

Elathras Narcinal |

Elathras turns to Virgil and says "Shall we go north?" holding the torch out in front Elathras goes into the north room and inspects it for anything unusual
perception: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13

brvheart |

This room is featureless and empty, yielding no clues about its original purpose.

Elathras Narcinal |

Elathras goes to the north east corner and goes down the narrow passage way there, being careful looking for pit traps.
traps: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (10) + 11 = 21

brvheart |

You proceed down the hall without finding any traps to a Y and a door. There is a pair of boots and a metal gauntlet lying in front of the door to this room.

Elathras Narcinal |

Elathras puts the boots and gauntlet in his pack, he listens carefully at the door and looks for traps, [ooc]assuming he doesn't find any he opens the door and looks around.

The floor directly in front of the door, the door and its handle, and the floor and walls of the room itself are all coated with an extremely adhesive alchemical glue. Anything touching the glue sticks to it with an essentially unbreakable bond. Elathras can see the glue and can avoid it on his perception check, but he was able to pick up the boots and the gauntlet.

Kaztor Strongforge |

"Dont touch anything! If we all get glued down, this would be the perfect spot for a Troy to loose something awful in all of us!"

Elathras Narcinal |

pointing to the glue on the floor and door Elathras explains, "Very sticky!" wondering for a moment he backs away from the door and wonders why did the glove and shoes not stick pulling the gauntlet and boots back out to look at them the asks holding them up. "do you think they are magical?"
might be we could put the boots and the glove on to open the door and step out of them, depending if there is glue on the inside or once the door was open lay a shield on the ground to step on.
brvheart, how large is the glue area?

Kaztor Strongforge |

Kaz looks at the items, checking for magic. "Very good theory, Ela. That might just be the solution we need."
