When Alim mentions that he needs to wait till he is better, Zo! says Well, I think I know someone who can help! She is a HUGE star back on Eox! When her show is not on, she casts spells for cash. I am good friends with her, so I think I can get you a discount! How about, I offer to pay half of the total price ;before including discount, and you pay the other half! I can give her a call if that means we aren't leaving those folks stranded over there for longer than needed! For all we know they could be dead already, but if there is a chance that they are alive, we should act quickly.

You options for treating the disease are, using Zo!'s friend which after discounts will cost 500 credits a person (half the price it should be), or wait till they are better. Can I get votes on this as well as votes on what to do with the box? Lastly can you work on leveling your character and let me know when you are done? I able to work with anyone who needs help in that process.

If your character is bold, it means there is something that needs to be done in regards to that category.

Hux is generally distrustful and nosey so he will definitely vote to open the box preferably on camera in case it's something really bad they have documented it and can use it to stop it from being covered up.
Hux is ok with continuing with the disease still on him it does him little harm and that's a bug chunk of the party's loot to throw at a small problem.

Katara is in favor of opening the box to make sure that its contents are not something illegal or dangerous to bring on our ship. Katara is willing to go forward without going back to the station, should we decide to get healing he prefers to use the party funds to pay for whoever wishes to be healed.

After seeing what has happen on the ship to the other crew. Tool kind of wants to check the box out. Tool doesn't want to bring anything on there ship that may have had anything to do with these things. Tool agrees with Hux and we should open the box on camera. they can cut the feed if they want but bring something on board we know nothing about after what we have seen already just isn't safe for us. Tool also feels the healing Alim and Hux need should come from the group loot because if it wasn't for them the group wouldn't have any loot to dived up. We should take everything from the ship we want and get them both healed up and get to the rock to kick some ass as fast as we can.

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

You don't really have the ability to cut the feed without destroying the camera. It is live steaming back down to the station to where Zo! is.

Either you guys break into the box with force or use engineering disable the lock opening up the box.

Inside you find inside a smaller transparent polycarbon plate capsule that looks much like a coffin—an impression only heightened by the capsule’s occupant, a skeletal humanoid figure with an elongated cranium wearing a military uniform. Even more surprising, the skeleton suddenly opens the capsule and stands up!

The "skeleton" looks extremely confused as she looks around until she realizes that she is on the Station but rather on a space ship. In a dark raspy voice, she asks, What is going on here? I was not scheduled to be opened until I was at the embassy.

There is a picture of her in her coffin on the map slide show now.

DC 20 Culture Check:

You recognize her uniform as that of a commander of the Corpse Fleet; the exiled remnants of Eox’s officially disbanded navy that opposed Eox’s membership in the Pact and is considered a terrorist military threat in the Pact Worlds.

is it the law for people entering the station to present themselves (like customs)? Or are they allowed to arrive frozen?

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

Generally speaking, for a private citizen, you would need to go through customs or something similar (probably more likely a random in depth search of spacecrafts, unless your logs show you traveled out of the Pact World system, then you would definitely get searched). For an ambassador, it is likely he is able to get around most of those loops. But working with the corpse fleet is illegal everywhere in the Pact Worlds. Did I answer your question?

When he finds a quite bit of time back in the relative safety of the ship Hux sets to work once again quietly fiddling with Jib’s inner workings. As he does this he seems to slip into an almost meditative state thinking cathartically on the mission and back on the last few weeks with his new companions.

leveling:

Hux thinks back on all the times he has fired his pistol in the last week alone. It's been more than the rest of his life combined he thinks. Sure i've drawn it many times, but using it, and with the intent to actually kill is an entirely different experience. Hux has always been relient on his intelligence to avoid dangerous situations and jib’s intimidation to deter threats. Hux can tell he is becoming more use to firing the weapon. He thinks back to the nightclub when he fired a shot to set his target on fire and the moment he took his first life. It's a solemn moment. Hux is no stranger to violence in his life and has witnessed, and perhaps been an accomplice to many killings but this was the first in which he had been the killer himself. It's a moment he will never forget. He feels no regret for killing the man. He was only defending himself as the man he killed would have been glad to do the same to Hux but still it's not something to be taken lightly. Thinking this hux mumbles to himself I hope that he made peace with whatever god he believed in and that he lived without regrets. Even fighting the akata has a certain weight to it hix still finds unsettling. Coming face to face with one definitely put hux’s life in perspective. A single bite infected him with a crippling disease and the damage was nothing to be ignored. Hux is still no front line fighter and hopes to avoid future encounters whenever possible.

Shaking himself free of such deep thoughts hux continues his tinkering remembering how much he has improved in his gunmenship. It's not all just threats and fast talk anymore He is still relient on jib for a great many things but he feels somewhat liberated in the knowledge he is learning to defend himself in a more direct way. He has always lived somewhat in the shadow of jib. He never resented this, it was jibs purpose, but it was like having a big brother he admitted but had always wished to be more like. It felt good to be one of the fighters instead of just Jib’s operator. Finally Hux was becoming his own man.

+1 BAB (Hux)

Even through the disease he can tell he is getting tougher. combat sure shows you what you're made of though he is still nowhere as robust as some of his new friends he feels somewhat less insignificant in their presence.this thought sparks a memory from his early spacefaring days with his “friends” on the scavenger ship “revenge” he recalls “every starship needs a few rats”. Those words rang out like a battle cry anytime one of the Ysoki had proven themselves useful to the group. Hux had never heard those words of acceptance spoken to him but quickly learned to resent the acceptance of his shipmates. Hux crinkles his nose at the thought, still displeased by the stereotypes of his race, and how often in his past they've proven painfully accurate. He had always resented being called a rat. He fancied himself a respectable fox.

He was never proud of his Ysoki heritage. He knew it was for more than their looks that Ysoki were given this nickname. They acted like rats. Though they were cunning they had no loyalty but to themselves. They valued technology so much but never respected Hux for his technological prowess. Every one of them treated him as if he was just lucky when he created jib and that was the only thing he had ever done right in the eyes of his old friends. For all they cared he may as well have died the next day and left them with one fewer mouth to feed, and the only thing of value his life would produce. Hux still burned hot with his scorn for them. Though as far as he knew his entire crew had been killed or forced into slavery on other ships he felt no pity for them. Even in his days as a slave he never missed that life. Crime was in his blood, but violence and malice was not passed down. At least on the Shirrens ship he was seen as something of value even if it was as property.

Hux moves as he normally does through jib’s chest opening working his way outward. Thinking of his newfound battle experience he is careful to take note of the places he believes to be most vulnerable and how they could easily be repaired if needed. Jib has gotten off easy thus far but in the future hux would no doubt have to make repairs on the fly and he realizes just how limited his abilities were to do so. Hux then decides he should practice more with repairing jib and decides to make repairs as quickly as he can seeking to perfect his ability to heal jib after combat. He knows getting his greatest weapon back up and running after a rough fight will be essential in future encounters. After countless repetitions and what would seem like hours of wasted time to the untrained observer Hux feels he has sufficiently perfected his new rapid repair protocol and technique.

[ooc] acquired mechanic’s trick: Quick repair
When you spend 10 minutes to repair your drone, you repair 25% of its maximum Hit Points instead of 10%. You must have a drone to learn this trick. (Hux)

Hux knows jib is not nearly durable enough to stand up to the harsh conditions of front line fighting. The laser blast that brought down the mighty Alim would have laid jib down twice over. Hux decides on a complete overhaul to jibs defensive systems. He increases the durability of the circuitry by stripping all of the wires and braiding two wires together before recoating them to make stronger, higher capacity connections throughout jib’s systems. He alse redoubles the solder used at each connection point and seals them with a protective rubber coating to ensure sufficient protections at each connection point. These upgrades effectively double the amount of punishment jib is capable of taking before being shut down. Next Hux switches his attention to damage prevention, reinforcing the protective plating covering the most critical components , and most common target areas recorded in jib’s on board combat logs. this should be enough of a boost to stand up to those devastating blasts. That should about do it for his defense. Let's have a butcher at what his A.I has been up to.

+10 hit points, +3 Armor class +1 fortitude save (Jib)

Looking over jib’s A.I. data bank Hux is amazed to see how much the combats have improved jib’s systems. Jib’s sensors detect the movements of all combatants he is aware of and keeps detailed records of their movements for technical analysis. He is getting better at predicting his opponents movements to enable him to land effective strikes. The system makes notes of stances and postures of each race and combat roll to aid in Jib’s future fights against foes with potentially similar strategies. Hux is overwhelmed with pride in his creation. He is surprised to see how much the more frequent input of combat data has improved jibs fighting style and ability.

Jib has collected extensive data on each of the party members noting the intense skill and finesse of katara and Alim, the apparent reckless indifference and reliance on forces far beyond jib’s mechanical understanding of the world of Dahlia, and the frail gunmanship of his own creator. Hux is disappointed though not totally surprised that the least amount of data has been collected on Tool. Though his strikes are effective and cunning they rely often on stealth and surprise making it difficult if not impossible for jib’s weak sensors to locate and observe. Well old friend, it seems you've learned as much as I have in the same short time. If only we could go up against a real pike grandmaster we could get some great data.

+1 BAB, +1 reflex save, +1 acrobatics (Jib)

As Hux works over the computers and processors he is forced to recall all of the times he and tool have made effective use of their computer and engineering skills. Hux has grown accustomed to being the only computer literate life form on his ship traveling with Shirrens. It was nice to have someone to talk to about these things. It was nothing like traveling with the other Ysoki from his home world. Tool was reasonable, and helpful. Tool more than any of his new friends could relate to hux’s particular hardships. Hux felt closer to tool than any of the others for these shared experiences and interests.

+1 rank to each skill Hux took at level 1 (Hux)

After hours of intense work while seemingly oblivious to his surroundings, Hux seems to return to reality and find he has been at it much longer than he realized. Quickly he moves to go to rejoin his new friends. He is content with his work and excited to see his progress in action. He looks optimistically forward to the next chapter of his adventure and to learning more about his new friends.

Alim feels relief when Dahlia agrees to leave the box closed, but as the votes roll in, and Hux, Tool, and Katara all vote to open it, Alim is completely beside himself. How can they directly disobey an order that was given to us by our superior? What audacity they have...!

Alim struggles to reason with them, but he is both exhausted, and overruled. Alim has to physically remove himself from the room as the three of them work to open the box, feeling ill at a direct order being disobeyed.

At the sound of an unfamiliar voice, Alim's head sharply turns around, and is surprised to see an Eoxian emerge from the coffin-like structure. With clear confusion in her voice, Alim goes to step towards her, but stops as Tool's random knowledge flows from his mouth. This causes Alim to pause, with clear concern crossing his eyes.

Well... Now what? We have directly disobeyed an order from an Ambassador... But now we have this known Eoxian who is clearly identified as part of a terrorist-like group from Eox... And an enemy of the Pact Worlds... Where is the balance here...?

Too weak to sit, Alim brings his lower hands into a prayer pose by his chest. He lowers his head, as his upper hands some together to form an open heart shape. He pauses there for a few moments, silently considering his options, and draws on the Universe for guidance.

Slowly, Alim lowers his hands back to a more natural place, and raises his head, eyes open. He walks slowly towards the Eoxian, not taking much note of his comrades around him. "I do not know your intention here, Eoxian, but I do know that you are our responsibility now... Please, tell me your name, and what you can about your needs to get to the Station to be united with Ambassador Noir... Because you must know, that uniform you wear places us in a position to be concerned about bringing you to the Station at all... " Alim reaches out his least manged hand, and offers it to her. "My name is Alim."

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

She looks to Alim and says, My name is Hebiza Eskolar. I am in no position to discuss my urgent needs to meet with Nor, but I need you to know that the longer we wait, the more danger you put me and yourself in. So please, seal me away and deliver me. It is of the upmost importance. It is nice to meet you Alim, but I truly hope fate does not make our paths cross again.

To correct myself from my last post, I did some digging in local laws of the station, and you can recall no specific laws prohibiting the shipping of willing sentient species as cargo. As far as you can likely tell, there may well be nothing illegal about delivering Hebiza Eskolar to Nor—just as the ambassador claimed. This is clearly a grey area in the laws eyes, because while shipping her as cargo is completely legal and nothing wrong with it, helping the Corpse Fleet is illegal. So if law is important to you, and you do not believe that helping Hebiza Eskolar is helping the corpse fleet, you shouldn't think you are breaking laws. If you believe that helping her get to where she wants is helping the Corpse Fleet, than you may think you are on the wrong side of the law.

"People are not illegal. Whatever your connection to that organization, it is not for us to judge or jury. If you will return to the capsule, we will continue our task."

Once she is back in the box, we can have a proper discussion about this development.

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

Hebiza Eskolar listens to what Dahlia has to say. Thank you. Please do not risk opening my capsule again. There is a lot of danger in that and I need to be in the safety of the embassy as soon as possible.

She closes the capsule back up.

Alim watches as Dahlia reseals the box from which Hebiza came from. As Dahlia turns back around, Alim's eyes look back into hers."Thank you for resealing her... It did not seem as though there was much more information she could've given us..." Alim pauses and shoots a dirty look towards Tool, Hux, and Katara. As he speaks, there is clear annoyance in his voice. "You just had to know what was in the box, didn't you? You couldn't just leave well enough alone...? Now what are we to do? There are all sorts of wrong with what we have done, and no clear answer what we should do. Haven't any of you read a history book?! This is what happens when you disobey a direct order. Things get muddled and decisions that shouldn't have needed deciding are now placed on shoulders of individuals who have no idea what they're doing!"

Alim turns and walks a short distance, taking a moment to do some deep breathing.

When he returns to the group, he is clearly calmer, his eyes slowly looking from one comrade to the next. "Alright. This is on us now. I am willing to hear everyone's stance on this, because I really don't know if there is a good answer here. But I would like to hear what everyone has to say before we move forward with any decisions. I think making a rash dash at a majority rule here is in no one's best interest... Our decision here may have drastic effects on everything going forward, and I want to be sure we are hearing each other out. However, I ask that each of you strive to find a balance here. We have already over-involved ourselves here..."

With that, Alim falls silent, waiting to hear what everyone brings to the table.

Female Human mystic 4(healer) HP:28/28 SP:24/24 EAC:15 KAC:15 Fort:2 Ref:2 Will:8 Resolve:6/6 percept:+14

"We have several options, as I see it. We can turn the box and its occupant over to station security, or we can deliver the box as promised and use our knowledge of its contents to demand a few answers from Nor." Dahlia says, either not remembering the presence of the cameras or not caring.

"I vote for the second. We gave our word to deliver the package, and it doesn't appear to violate any law as yet. If we are going to make a name for ourselves as far as being a hirable crew, we need to complete our missions." she concludes.

"And if she is a defector, we may be slowing an important mission."

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

To speed things a long a little bit, Tool mentioned wanting to do a "google" search of the Corpse Fleet before making a decision, I will post what the result of that search are.

You learn a whole lot about the Corpse Fleet. First I will give some history. Back when Eox joined the Pact Worlds, many Eoxians were not happy about it. Generally speaking, the Eoxians believe they are inherently superior to all other"living" races and as such, they took it as an insult to join an alliance with those races when they should be ruling. When the alliance was formed, a large part of the Eoxian military defected with the goal of taking out the Pact World government. That group is now known as the Corpse Fleet.

Bring us back to now a days, they seem to be like the bogeyman on the internet. When something bad happens, and there is not a easy explanation, it is blamed on the Corpse Fleet. In reality, there has been limited events that have had links to the actual fleet but that doesn't stop the rumors from flying everywhere. They are accepted as a terrorist organization by the Pact Worlds and all members of the Pact Worlds have openly taken a stance against the Corpse Fleet.

The last piece of information that you find about the fleet there are wild rumors of the Eoxian government secretly supporting the Corpse Fleet. This bit of information has had absolutely no evidence to back it up and the Eoxian government has done everything they can to fight this rumor, but it is still a common believe among the people. I would say it is similar to the people who believe 9/11 was an inside job. Most people do not believe it, but you would not be hard pressed to find someone who does.

When it comes down to it, there is not too much information on there operations or current leadership or anything like that. You also do not find any mention of Hebiza Eskolar on the Absalom Station infosphere.

That is most of the general information I can think of to give you. If you have any specific questions, I can let you know if there is any info you can find on it.

Katara can understand Alim's stance on the issue as he once thought this way as well but has since left it behind. I can understand where you are coming from Alim but like Tool said they are not our superiors, just our employers. I think we should Return her to nor as promised but I think we should do so as openly as possible. It is possible she is a defector or a prisoner and the threat of the corpse fleet coming after her is the reason her location and delivery are being kept secret. Also, the plan to return her to nor publicly does not remove all danger for either Nor nor Hebiza Eskolar. If she is a terrorist, you will be helping the station, but if she is not, you are guaranteeing that the public will be against Nor as well as putting a target on Nor by anti Eox people and the Corpse Fleet.

To recap, so far we do not have a plan that more than half the group agrees on. We have Alim who hasn't taken a stance yet, Dahlia who voted for following through with the mission, Tool has not taken a stance. Katara wants to deliver the package (has not specified if it should be done discreetly or not) and Hux who wants to give her to Nor but make it as public as possible.

Alim stands quietly, listening to the frustration and honesty flow from his comrades, and he is deeply moved. He hears Dahlia's simple, no-nonsense plan, Tool vocalize his frustration with Alim and from it speaking with his heart, Katara's reasoning, and Hux's dual-edged plan.

Taking in all that has been said and understanding the tension he may have caused, Alim speaks softly to the group after a bit of pondering. "I understand that not all of you see the world as I... And I am striving to appreciate that... I apologize if I falter from time to time... " Alim looks directly at the box, not moving them as he speaks. "I think both Dahlia and Katara have a sound plan. I would like to return her to the Ambassador as soon as we can..."

Alim looks back at the floor, silent for a moment. He turns slowly from the group. "I will excuse myself for now... I am afraid I am in need of much rest..."

As Alim retreats to some solitude, Dahlia encourages her companions to their posts.
"We are ill, injured and toting too many captives for comfort. Let us be back to the station soon."

The return flight back to the station is uneventful. Traffic control waves you into the embassy docking bay. You are met by both Zo! and Ambassador Nor. Zo! speaks up first, Well guys, that was a great show! You guys are some impressive adventures. We will get your sick all fixed up and then you can finish this adventure up!

Ambassador Nor nods, We also need to talk a little bit before you go back up.

What are you going to do with the captives?

----------------------------------------------------------------------
When you get the chance to be alone with Ambassador Nor.

You weren't supposed to open my package... Thank you for delivering it regardless. I would appreciate your discretion on the contents. The package is very important. Despite you opening it, I will pay you the full amount for returning it to me. He hands you a cred stick with 500 credits on it.

Tool wants to check and see if there are any worents or anything for the Android being a assassin it may be wanted for other jobs from it's past. The goblens we offer them jobs and use them as meat sheilds. Put cammras on them put them on the rock and wait see what it is that kills them or they find the crew for us.

There is a warrant for the assassin's arrest, but there is no posted bounty for her or reward.

You can try your plan with the goblins, but in this society, goblins are seen as having basic rights of all sentient life. Unless there is a reason for believing they are doing something wrong, their life is supposed to be respected, at least according to accepted rules of morality.

Fine I say turn them all in let them do what they want with them all. Or turn 1.5 of them in and let 1.5 go free so Alim can have his balance he so badly want in the universe.

Hux thinks to himself but that would require three times as many goblins as we already have. Where would we possibly find more space goblins at this hour? but remains silent not wanting to draw attention.

Upon arriving at the embassy, Alim slowly walks out after everyone has exited the ship, helping to drag the box that contains the Eoxian within it.

Alim hears Tool working swiftly to figure out a plan to handle the hostages taken from the adventure, and sees Hux's head tilt to the side, clearly trying to clarify something that seemed amiss.

Dropping the box, Alim looks to Zo!. "Thank you... The healing is much needed..."

Shifting himself to seem as tough as possible, Alim situates himself between the box and the Ambassador. "Ambassador... I do not know if we can take your money just yet... My comrades and I need to better understand what is happening here with this Eoxian... Because you know what we have seen... Her attire is that of the Corpse Fleet, which are seen as a terrorist group to the Pact Worlds... And being a part of the Starfinder Society, we are typically only hired to do exploratory missions... This one, however, took us beyond that by bringing your 'box' to you... "

Alim pauses, struggling to keep his composure and stance with the Ambassador, and waits to hear if he or his comrades will add anything to the conversation.

Recovering lost packages is well within a normal service of a Starfinder. But what is also normal is not snooping through their employers stuff then even when that transgression is forgiven, demanding answers the employer. Look, there is some delicate stuff at play and even talking about this out loud is putting myself and many others in danger. Once the situation is calmed down and I am able to settle things, I will inform you of what is happening, but for right now, the situation is too... dangerous to discuss. Please try to refrain from talking about any group affiliations out loud. Please just take the credits, and accept that I will fill you in when it becomes safe.

Female Human mystic 4(healer) HP:28/28 SP:24/24 EAC:15 KAC:15 Fort:2 Ref:2 Will:8 Resolve:6/6 percept:+14

Dahlia has no interest in talking with Nor. He is abrasive and aloof and she has nothing kind to say.

As to the captives, she defers to her companions. With no reward, the warrant on the assassin is meaningless, and the goblins are too dumb to be a threat. Let them all go, or kill them all. It matters not which one we choose, they have earned death, but mercy is fine too.

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

Spoken like a true priestess of mercy and redemption. That being said, I am still not sure what the goblins did to deserve death. The group can do as they please with any or all of the captives. So far we have 1 abstained vote and one vote to cut one of the captives in half, and turn 1 and half in to station security and let the other 1 and half go free (or find lots more captives). Anyone else have a vote? And we have 2 people who are ready to advance away from Nor, anyone else ready or have something to say. Also don't forget to do any shopping you want to do while on the station.

If nor has nothing to say in his defense his has no more to say to him. Hux would profer to let the goblins go. do we still have access to the cameras?

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

The cameras, yes. The footage, no. The recording was life streamed straight from the cameras to the station and are not designed to hold their own memory.

Female Human mystic 4(healer) HP:28/28 SP:24/24 EAC:15 KAC:15 Fort:2 Ref:2 Will:8 Resolve:6/6 percept:+14

Here I thought I was doing good not arguing with him. Guess I failed again.....

We can ask Zo! for a copy of the footage, as a condition of doing more shows.

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

I was joking about how you were a priest who warships the god of redemption and mercy. It wasn't meant to be offensive, and had nothing to do with what you said (or didn't say) to Nor, it was about believing all the goblins and assassin deserved death. But it was intended as a joke. Sorry if it didn't come off that way. And that is definitely an option.

Female Human mystic 4(healer) HP:28/28 SP:24/24 EAC:15 KAC:15 Fort:2 Ref:2 Will:8 Resolve:6/6 percept:+14

that's ok. I was misremembering the goblins as having attacked us for some reason. Just thought I was making the right calls not arguing

Maps ... Starship combat ... Party Loot Tracker

You definatly get the sense that he cares more about the safety of his package than he does about not wanting to upset you. So you are probably right that arguing will just get people's blood to boil. It is unlikely that anything will make him waver from not telling you what his needs for the package are. But, he did seem sincere in him expressing his plan to disclose everything once he believes it is safe (but he is a career politician so lying may just be a talent of his). The goblins had a readied action to attack anyone who opened the door since to their knowledge they were on the ship alone with monsters. As soon as you identified yourselves as not monsters they stopped attacking. So I guess technically they attacked first but it was clearly an accident to attack you (they are not good enough to pull that bluff off) because they expected you to be a monster. But right after their readied actions, they dropped their weapons and apologized annoyingly so.

On a side note, I think tonight, I will type up a summary of everything that happened so far just because it has been so long and being refreshed the highlights might help.

Alim, hearing what the Ambassador has to say and noting that none of his comrades seemed too interested in speaking, slowly nods his head. "Alright. We shall take payment and not speak anything more of this or of the Eoxian. It would be much appreciated if you would keep your word, and get in contact with us when it becomes safe to speak with us." Alim reaches out his hand, hopeful that the Ambassador will offer his in good faith.

Alim then turns to Zo!, with exhaustion in his eyes. "I believe I am ready to go to your healer... If you wouldn't mind..."

Following Zo!, the group passes by the ship, and Alim recalls the over-crowded spaceship. He speaks softly to his comrades. "I am okay with letting the space goblins go... They were scared of those Atakas, and rightfully so... While their guns stung, they stayed alive... And for that I commend them..." Thinking a moment, he speaks again. "As for the assassin, I am okay turning her into the authorities... Unless others believe she is worthy of being set free... I would be okay with either choice..." With that, Alim falls silent again, and follows behind Zo!.

Thank you for this. I promise, I will inform you promptly. I do not go back on my word. If all goes correctly, and knowing this station, it won't, I should be able to give you an explanation in a few days. The ambassador shakes Alim's hand. His hand has a surprisingly strong grip for being mostly bone. Heck, I am feeling generous, if everything works out the way it should, I may even give you a bonus for being so cooperative in a sticky situation. With that, he tries to give you a smile... and you learn he was not elected for his charming smile.

Zo! gladly leads you to the healer he had planned for you. Well, a word of warning, she may be a bit... eccentric. Good luck. I have already paid my half so she should be able to heal any of you up for 500 credits each. You guys are doing a rocking job out there. I can't wait to find out what is going on! Feel free to add anything you want to talk to Zo! about.

You are lead into a room that is dark and lit only by candle light. There is a strong scent of incense in the room. Sitting at a table is your typical "fortune teller" woman, with purple robes and a bandanna on her head. The main difference between her and the modern stereotype is that she is also undead. In a low raspy voice, Welcome! I am told by the spirits that one... she pauses for a moment and acts as if she is listening to something, no two of you are in need of healing services. Luckily, I have the power to pull the bad voodoo from you and fight it. I can leave you cleansed and feeling fresh. This is a draining process so it costs a pretty penny but the results are guaranteed. So what do ya say? She smiles while making direct eye contact with Alim.

I am placing all of this in spoilers but everyone can open them. I am just using spoilers to save a wall of text.

Review of Part 1:

You arrived at the station to become a member of the Starfinder Society. When you arrived, you were in the middle of a gang fight that took the life of the guy who is supposed to introduce you to the society (Kreel). You were tasked to investigate the gangs to find out information about the death of Kreel. Investigating the two gangs, you learn that they are fighting because they were hired by different companies who are fighting over the rights to the drift rock. You learn that Astral Extractions specifically wanted to have Kreel killed because that would make it unlikely that the Starfinder Society would get involved. This had the opposite effect as that as been the focus of the adventure thus far.

The fight between the companies comes from a grew area in the contract. Astral Extraction believes that this is their rock because they hired the crew from the Hardscrabble Collective to mine an asteroid in Diaspora and they returned with this huge rock meaning that they found the rock while chartered by the Astral Extractions. The Hardscrabble Collective claims that the crew was hired to mine and anything they do outside of the mining is property of the Hardscrabble. This will likely lead to a long process of court battles.

In the end, you managed to take down the gang hired by Astral Extraction and send the leader to prison. This earned you full time membership into the Starfinder Society.

Review of Part 2:

You got contacted by the Eox (the planet of the dead) embassy to attend a meeting. You arrived and met with Ambassador Nor and Zo! who wanted you to go to the Acreon and drift rock to find out what happened there and report back. Zo! wanted to record this for his new show. Nor also asked you to discreetly deliver a large package to him that was on the Acreon. Both the Hardscrabble Collective and the Astral Extraction asked to meet with you before you left but you declined both.

You then went to the Acreon to investigate and found the ship overtaken with Akata who left Alim and Hux diseased. You managed to clear out the ship but were not able to find the crew. You listened to the crew logs and learned that the crew fled the ship when the Akata attacked and went to the drift rock. There was also a brief mention of "something else" but there was no elaboration on what they meant.

You returned the package to Nor as requested. You are still asked to investigate the drift rock to complete the mission but so far, even with the "low pay" of the job, you have more than made up for it from the loot on the ship.

Feel free to add anything you think is important that I missed.
