Nar's shot takes down the goblin commando!
The 2 remaining goblins flee south out of sight.
Combat over.
With them unaffected by the difficult terrain I don't believe you have any way of catching them.
Taking a look around the new room you see a small table with four rickety chairs. There is a pile of plates and cups, a few goblin dice and a sleeping goblin, her head face down in a bowl with breadrolls stuffed in her ears, apparently too masterful a piece of goblin culinary art to disturb.
There is another door to the east, and a passageway to the south that is flanked by a pair of doorways. From deeper in that passageway you hear the skittering of goblins, while through the door to the east you think you hear an argument in goblin.

We should burst through the eastern door and surprise those in there whilst we have the chance...

Sorry, I should have been more clear, I meant either tie up or talk to, or a combination of the two. No reason to kill unnecessarily. Thank you for clarifying Sabi

Tico's clothes are covered by his fresh blood, he have open wounds that squirts blood to everywhere, he don't need to say a word to demonstrate that he had been sent close to death, while he anchors his fallen body in his longspear.

I don't know how GM wants the "tie up" check, but here's a Dex roll for after the goblin is pinned. Gag first, then tie.
CMB: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (18) + 3 = 21

Pirate GM |

Goblin is currently sleeping and helpless, no roll needed to tie it up.
There's already a particularly large and dry roll in the goblin's mouth, you suspect it would last as a gag for at least some time, especially if you took the snotty bandanna off her head and tied it around her mouth/roll.
Along the northern curved call are some crude goblin artwork on canvas, behind one of them is a secret passageway.
Medium sized creatures need to squeeze.
Waking up the captive goblin is easy, however even after you remove the bread from her ears she is incapable of understanding common.
There are several directions to go and you have a computationally challenged goblin prisoner. Intimidate checks might get very basic grunts and points, assuming the concept is simple enough.
What next?

Masao hauls the little goblin to her feet and looks her straight in the eye. "So, how many of you are there, you cretinous little beast? One? Two? Five? Ten?" Sabi holds up his fingers for emphasis.
"You'll want to tell us, or the big guys," (he points to the Val and Nar), "will have to do something unpleasant." He pounds his fist into his hand and mimes stabbing her for emphasis.

"But maybe if you behave, there is food for you." He shows her some dried meat from his rations.

The goblin shakes, terrified that you'll shove more food into her ears, or perhaps this time her eyes or nose!
She holds up 1 finger on one hand and 3 on the other as she tries in vain to either eat or spit out the rock like roll in her mouth. You're not quite sure what she means.

Thank you, Nar. You are a good man, indeed. Ra bless you.
@Nar: I healed 2 of damage before with channel energy, including you. Valya was damaged after this, but you were healed, so, I believe you don't need to spend this charge of the wand on you, as long as you are full HP. ;)

It seems we've reached an impasse in discussions, maybe something we can remedy in the future. Let's leave this one behind for the moment and look for some treasures while we're here. That way we can get some ioun torches and maybe some scrolls of comprehend languages, that may make our day a bit easier.
Also, thank you Tico, in that case I'll not bother spending that third charge, as it will leave me one hp down

Sabi bites off a piece of jerky in a slightly nasty and exaggeratedly pointed manner. "Works for me, Nar. It looks like we'll have to check another room, though, if we want treasure."
"Shall we try the hallway?" (south) "Maybe the little room on the right, first? Why don't one of you outsiders peek through the keyholes and see what's up." That is, the west room, which would be on the right as we head south.

I put us into the next room, if that's not appropriate feel free to change it as needed.

Pirate GM |

From the room you were in, listening at the eastern door Valya thinks she hears a couple heated goblin voices, but it's hard to tell through the door.
In the hallway, the door to the west has a goblin quality lock built into it. Peeking through the keyhole reveals what appears to be some sort of storage room.
The door to the east in the hallway is unlocked.

Nodding at Nar's suggestion to move to the next room, Valya gets everyone's attention, holds up two fingers to indicate the enemies behind the door then counts down 3 2 1... Before bursting through the doors with her sword raised...

Pirate GM |

I'm not 100% you realized this was the door you with the noise, but rather than spend time sorting it out I figure you'd get to it eventually one way or the other.
For those of you who can see...
Two tables with benches lie scattered around this mess hall. Decaying food of an indescribable nature sits on the tables. At the southern end of the chamber, doors exit to the east and the west.
Inbetween the 2 tables are a pair of goblins each tugging on a coyote hide, and arguing loudly, seemingly oblivious to your invasion.

It is an Emerald Automaton Has construct traits.
Like other constructs, an emerald automaton is a mindless, unliving machine that exists only to follow the orders of its creator. It is a capable soldier and can wield almost any weapon its creator chooses to provide it, fighting until it or its target is destroyed.
This one appears to be heavily damaged and has been partially reconstructed by a goblin, you think it is only capable of a slam attack at the moment.
There is some sort of goblin spell casting coming from deeper out of sight, behind the metal monstrosity. One word stands out despite the language barrier.
