Sharton double moves back to UR-E-1, drawing his persistent metamagic rod along the way. At this point he is not invisible, he dropped it two rounds ago after flying back away from the image of Karzoug. His primary focus will be looking for threats coming from the right. He also holds up his hand to high five the raven as he flies by granting resistance to electricity.

I might be misinterpreting your intention as well. When the giant's readied actions went off, their initiative shifted and split from the remaining one at the back of the chamber to be much earlier in the turn order. You stated you wanted to act before them; are you referring to their previous initiative position (which was near the end of the round) or current position (earlier in the round, but still after your regular initiative in the turn)?

Part of the confusion is maybe that I assumed Ezren knew more than ne could have. If he knows about the electricity threat he will cast the communal spell to resist it. If not, then he would not of course. Easiest at the moment to have him wait until he knows and the cast it as soon as he knows, if that is ok. The raven may be back with Sharton if he has not moved up yet.

At your current position at UL-A-1, there is a 5-foot gap over the acid pit between you and her. Are you using your lance as a reach weapon to disarm her? Otherwise you might need to double move to be within melee range to do so.

Jebediah's sharp dinosaur teeth snap at the cloud giant as he moves forward, but they are unable to make a dent in the creature's full plate. The giant returns the favor as he shifts his grip to two-hand his morningstar and wails away at the dinosaur, but is unable to pierce Jebediah's thick natural armor. Shump moves up to try to engage the armored woman and disarm her weapon. However, he is not only unable to do so, but also slips on the sloping edge of the pit and tumbles down into the hole and the acid waiting below.

Jebediah, Grognar, and Shump will see the giant at the back of the throne chamber move swiftly away from a nearby doorway towards a hallway on the opposite side. Moments later a gargantuan sized giant, with ebony black skin etched with glowing red runes and wielding an enormous longsword, emerges from that same doorway and starts to move menacingly towards the combat. Another one of these creatures, this one with a huge spear in its hand, rounds the eastern end of the hallway. It orients on Sharton, and hurls the weapon down the length of the corridor at him. The weapon misses, but hurtles past the wizard and crashes into the wall between Ezren and Griff; the humongous spear quivering as it embeds itself in the stone with a deafening sound.

I would be OK with you double moving around, which wouldn't have provoked from the cloud giant as of that point because he had just finished throwing a rock on his turn; there would also have been no point stopping there since you couldn't reach her. I'll put you at UL-C*1, which is the nearest space to her and doesn't involve sliding into acid pits either; also saving your re-roll for something else later as well as Ezren needing to use feather fall.

Even with his flurry of claws, Jebediah only lands a single bite on the cloud giant as it roars out with equal annoyance. The two electric giants re-arrange themselves to fit better in the hallway, as well as to get within reach of the intruders attacking their mistress. They let off a roar as the strike at Shump with huge greatswords. Only one is able to make its way past Shump's rather exceptional defense, dealing a staggering blow with its weapon.

How high is the ceiling in the hall? I would like to totally block off the eastern passage.
Ceiling in the hallway is 50 feet. Ceiling in the ramp chamber (possibly other rooms as well) is about 100 feet.
Grognar returns the favor to the armored woman with his own array of attacks, but notices that her form blurs slightly as she moves; making it slightly difficult to hit her. One of his strikes, aimed for a vital area, misses due to this blurring effect while the other strikes score a mark.
Has an item that gives 20% miss chance vs. melee attacks, low is a miss.

Well, I cannot draw a line on the map. :(
Ezren will cast Wall of Force Creating a wall 30' wide all the way to the ceiling between squares L and M. He hopes that the giant will not see it and run into it. Note that would take 15 10 squares. He has 17 total so perhaps it can be 5 or even 10' to the west?
Baal, on Ezren's shoulder' pulls an uses a wand of wand of ray of exhaustion on the purple cloud giant he can see, taking -4 for firing into melee.
Range Touch: 1d20 + 20 - 4 ⇒ (13) + 20 - 4 = 29 DC 17 Fort or become exhausted. Likely if you do not roll a 1 you will make it but the giant is still fatigued even if he makes the save.
For the first time Baal is revealed not as a raven but as an Imp. Not sure who all can see the Imp though.

He can put up 16 ten foot squares, but this should only required 15 (30' long x 50' tall). Ezren causes an invisible barrier to block off the eastern part of the hallway, while out of nowhere a tiny winged creature pops into sight on his shoulder as it fires off a ray of coruscating purple energy at the cloud giant. It, of course, strikes him right in the chest and appears to weaken a bit from the effect.
"Sharton...that's fine! Block any enemies you can while we kill these giants!" then turning to the giant next to him. He yells "Here take this!" He swings.
Shump, there are two giants equidistant from you; all requiring a 5-foot step to reach. I am assuming you are attacking the cloud giant, since Sharton informed you he will probably be putting a barrier between you and the electric one. Regardless, none of your attacks will hit; the critical threat does not hit, so it also still misses.
Shump steps up to the cloud giant, who is clearly having a bad day at the moment, and unleashes a flurry of attacks on the creature. The only thing going well for this giant is the fact that he is exceptionally well-armored, and Shump is unable to land a damaging blow on it. Meanwhile, Sharton adds his own barrier to block the western end of the hallway; blocking off the electric giants from the combat.

Meanwhile, the running electric giant in the chamber continues tromping to the hallway on the opposite side and is lost from sight. The black giant in the throne chamber advances up to the door way. It rumbles something in its guttural language as its red eyes flare slightly.
On the eastern end of the hallway, the black giant does not act immediately, also rumbling something in its language that a much more human sounding voice replies to in kind.
"Do I have to do everything around here? Just wait and let my spells take care of it. Attack the nearest one that looks like a spellcaster," a male humanoid voice grumps back at the creature.

With the sound of shattering glass, the wall of force is instantly destroyed by the beam. Immediately afterwards, the devil and the giant are enveloped in rapidly coruscating light and appear to move quicker. The devil moves first, darting swiftly through the air and fires a coruscating ray of green energy at Sharton; the ray missing incredibly as the devil is struggling with its current derpiness. Hmm...difficult situation it is, yes. For this first occurrence, I will let the dice decide for this time only which crit you would have forced a re-roll on since it is after the fact. Going forward, I will need a "If/Then" chart in your character profile indicating when your character would normally trigger Misfortune so I can account for that in the future; you can indicate prior to me making any rolls if you wish to temporarily alter such chart (e.g. for this combat I will only misfortune my ally's saving throws, etc).

So, Attack #3 misses (so you take 28 less damage) but the confirmed Crit still stands. Since you would have needed 1 less Will Save due to an attack missing, you can either randomly use one of your die rolls from the Will saves for your Fort (e.g. rolling 1d4 to pick which one) or you can roll a fresh Fort Save.

Here are the general rules of misfortune use. Have a look and if anything needs to be made clearer I will change it.
Aid saving throws against debilitating effects (paralysis, dominate, blind, possession and save or suck that will take anyone out of the fight. Condition: roll below 5 if the PC has a particularly weak save roll below 8. OR when requested by a pc at my discretion.
Enemy saving throws when requested by another PC. Usually when a weak save has been identified and targeted. Condition: 15 or higher is rolled. If the enemy seems to be a leader/ general/ or particularly powerful reroll 10 or higher.
Attacks, critical threats when casters are ~50% or less and melee PCs are ~30% or less. Condition: Assume that crit means natural 20 until there is a demonstration or identification of keen, high crit weapon or improved crit then adjust accordingly.
Something completely unforeseen. Beg to let me use the ability, and then the Gm agrees.
*For HP percentages I’m giving approximations. If a pc starts at 51% the first attack is a crit and there are 5 more attack coming that meets spirit of the threshold.

Grognar strikes the woman twice, the first piercing her armor to deal a critical blow; the second strike cleanly cleaving her head from her neck. Her body topples lifelessly to the ground and rolls down the sloped edge of the pit to tumble slowly like a feather into the acid below. With a burst of energy, the half-orc dashes northwards to the injured cloud giant (who promptly misses an opportunity attack); missing on his first attack but also cleaving the creature's head from its neck as it too falls to the ground lifeless. Apparently Grognar should have a vorpal weapon or something...

The devil appears to be stunned by Sharton's shout and is unable to act. However, the voice from around the eastern bend of the hallway makes itself known as a human dressed in purple robes glides through the air into view. The man's eyes quickly scan his enemies, alighting particularly on Sharton's injuries (despite his invisibility) as he speaks in an ancient tongue.
The man makes a sharp, arcane gesture, and effortlessly unweaves Ezren's magical chains binding the Rune Giant. He then swiftly snaps his fingers and unleashes an unerring blast of five glowing orbs of energy; which dart around everyone and slam into Sharton! Sharton takes 25 points of damage, immunity to magic missile negates. By my reckoning, you might be unconscious.
The Rune Giant in the hallway, now free from the magical chains that bound him, lunges with his sword to strike at Ezren. **Per botting instructions, this triggers Ezren's EFS condition.** The huge blade hurtling towards the conjurer, Ezren makes a swift arcane gesture to become shielded by a bubble of force energy; causing the Rune Giant's blow to strike the sphere. (Sphere takes 28 damage factoring hardness) Grunting with annoyance, the giant continues the remainder of his attacks upon the nearby Azatas; swiftly bisecting one of them and dealing a mighty blow to the next. Azatas are now color-coded. Giant kills Purple, and deals 52 damage to Green.
