Still waiting for the scenario to arrive on my downloads page. I'll try to put some preliminary stuff up on Saturday morning but we won't begin the game in earnest until Monday, April 7th.

As a quick reminder I have both played/GMed The Confirmation several times.

Quick question for the GM; I'll be running a PFS game on Sunday and would like to add the GM credit to Aramil. Since you're saying the game won't start until Monday, would it be possible for me to add the credit before we get started or would you prefer that I wait until after we complete this game?

As long as you have your stat block updated before we start rolling dice I'm cool with that.

….and away we go! A few bookkeeping items as we get started:

1. Please make sure your PFS # is somewhere in your profile. If you'd prefer not to display it publicly you can PM it to me.

2. Please put the following information in the class/level section of your profile: Class Level (archetype) - HP - AC: /T: /FF: - Perception - F: / R: /W: - CMB - CMD - Speed - Init.

3. Faction Missions are no longer given out and a secondary success condition must be met in order to earn that second prestige point.

4. My expectation is that everyone will post at least once every 24 hours during the weekdays. I plan to update the game each morning between 6am and 8am US Eastern Time. If you haven't posted by then I reserve the right to act on behalf of your character.

5. I will be using Google Drive (formerly Google Docs) for all maps. Everyone will have the appropriate permissions to move their own tokens; but if you're posting from a tablet or a phone and are unable to do so just describe as best as you can where you want to move and either I or one of the other players will move your token for you.

6. My assumption is that everyone "Takes 10" on passive rolls like Perception when exploring areas and searching for loot.

7. When combat begins I will roll initiative for the group and post an initiative order.

GM Beman, just letting you know that today's PFS scenario has been logged and Aramil is updated and ready to go.

I'll park here for a little bit to give Elothar a chance to check in. Also Aramil...can I get a few more stats on your character? Check out the stat blocks that others have posted.

Wow. That was fast. My other group is still busy bashing in skeleton heads!

In order to report the event to PbP HQ I'll need people's real names. If you'd rather not post your real name publicly you can PM it to me. In the absence of real names I'll just turn in whatever name you use for your main Paizo ID.

Once we're done I'll roll for boons in this thread; and I'll do so alphabetically by your character's first name. If your roll comes up 20 you get the boon of your choice, if it comes up 1 you get a random boon. My assumption is that boons will be delivered at the close of the entire game day.

Speaking of which...we've got a long time between now and July 5th. I'm up for running another game if you're all on board. We can continue to level our characters in easy mode and go with First Steps Pt. 1...or we can do something a little more saucy.

I'd be up for another game. First Steps would work since you can replay it.

Something more saucy....would depend a lot on which scenario.

Unfortunately, Castien has already played First Steps. Of course, if the rest of the group wanted to do that, I'd be fine playing a premade and applying the credit to another character...at least, I think I can do that, right?

Since First Step, part 1 is one of the few scenario's that can be replayed infinitly when applying the credit to a lvl 1 character you can play the lvl 1 pregen or one of your own lvl 1 characters (as long as that character has not played first steps already).

I'm up for another game, but Aramil will be lvl. 2 at the end of this. I have another lvl. 1, though, so I'm up for anything. Also, of we're looking for free replayables, what about Masters of the Fallen Fortress?

I forgot, Castien will also be level 2, and that will restrict his playable scenarios as well (a little).

We should try to find something Tier 1-2 then...I've got access to a lot of Season 0-4 stuff and a few Season 5 scenarios as well.

What about "The Devil we Know" series from season 1? I only ask because I've GM'd them and would like to get the PC credit for them as well. If not, I'm up for just about anything.

Other than re-playable stuff there's literally no scenarios I can currently play. Don't worry about me though.

Oh, wow. Let's just play First Steps or Master of the Fallen Fortress then. That way, everybody gets something for their time.

So when I first tried pbps, I didn't particularly like them. I had trouble following what was going on and the pacing was weird. So i thought I'd try running myself, see if I could do a better job.

After running a few I started getting PMs occasionally inviting me to games full of awesome people. (Currently Dragon's Demand and Mummy's Mask)
