Download the Token Tool from RPTools. It's basically a tool that lets you take a screeshot "stamp" and turn it into a token for Map Tools.

This is a test run
I am trying to show the hall way, and the doors. It is important to learn that all the stone doors occupy a five foot square (there are in the middle of the square) and a player can only occupy the square if they are holding the door open. Once they move away from the door, the door closes. You can squeeze into the square a door occupies, but all the rules for squeezing apply. There is a room beyond the doors (Rownig can see through the crack, and he can smell hot tar).

It works for me.
You may want to increase the width of the walls to make the contrast between grooved stone and hexes/grid stand out more. You can also toy with other colors for the hex/grid colors to make them stand out more. Good job.

That's probably good enough, most traps wouldn't reach that far.

The problem is I don't know where I can move to. I don't know if I have a Charge path clear, or if I'll be firing into melee if I throw an axe.
The map is good, but without the ability for us to move ourselves it means it's harder for me to have a good idea of the tactical situation.

Okay, I've really screwed this up.
New map learning curve, sorry!
Windel moved to E, 11, so the goblin could not have moved to that square.
And now I need to ask everyone to let me redirect the goblins flaming spear attack at him instead of Mazrim, please.
And since this Goblin didn’t move, and only dipped and lighted his spear I really don’t think he would have provoked an attacked from Mazrim.
Is this okay with everyone?
Also, Atharessa did not take an action in round 1, so she moves up to hold openb the door across from Moralane

Yeah don't worry too much do what you need to do. On a side note, I can't help but laugh at the thought of what a goblin would look like carrying around a reach weapon. Lol the spears have to be almost three times their size.

Windels fine with the redirected attack.
If I can make a suggestion on the maps. When you are going through the actions to see if they hit or not have the maptools open in another screen. Move the character as you track the action, this will easy your work load and you will find posting mid-round updates is incredibly easy to do. The move you use the program and update the easier it gets to use and becomes second nature.

One other suggestion:
I know putting the current map in the header was suggested and you are doing that but it actually easier for everyone if you just put the updated map in the game thread. When a new map, or revise map, appears in the game thread it keys everyone in to click on it; otherwise, we may miss it, we have to scroll to the top of the screen to click on it and be told there is new map up top. Just a suggestion.

I'm heading out of town for a couple days, DMPC me. He will continue to scout, mark the walls, and look for traps.
If battle Rownig will try to flank and he doesn't fear getting in the middle of things.
Windel will begin by casting bless for a morale +1 Attack bonus and +1 saves against fear. he will mix it up with his heavy mace adding a little punch to it with Divine Favor if it looks like tough fight. He will add battle rage for +1 melee damage if it looks like a tough battle, he can do this 6 times a day.

Windel has his heavy mace in hand and his buckler is strapped to one arm.
He wields the heavy mace with one hand as his default. This permit him to make use of the buckler without penalty. If he does wield the heavy mace two handed for the 1 1/2 str bonus he will announce it.

Just close off the last "]" on the attack and damage code.
Battle Rage (Sp): You can touch a creature as a standard action to give it a bonus on melee damage rolls equal to 1/2 your cleric level for 1 round (minimum +1).
He will heal as needed.

Rownig will do what he can to flank and two weapon fight with his tow hand axes. If need be he will acro to avoid an AOO.
