I am still deciding on Boo. But my 13th character was once again born on Phantom Phenomena... So I was considering doing up a Spiritualist with a helpful phantom.

Even if you decide not to join us on this one, I think you'd enjoy a Spiritualist. Heck, the first (and currently only) chronicle mine has is for Phantom Phenomena! :)

Yeah. I'm representing the phantom "Boo" with the PFS character on the forums. I may also discuss with Erica at Anime Detour about putting one of my unclaimed tables of House of Harmonious Wisdom on this one.

I am starting to think that poor Rataji will never be played again, so I am considering revamping the avatar, but it may be easier to take Cadence here and make her over, since that game is definitely closed, while Rataji's game is on hiatus indefinitely.

This character looks like a mostly human ifrit, don't you think? I am thinking of being an ifrit spiritualist so I can take the ifrit trait that makes you harder to intimidate. I could also haul out an aasimar boon for this one, but hey... an ifrit could be a lot of fun and would take this character in a different direction than her previous avatar incarnation.

I was going to go Silver Crusade, but maybe I'll go Liberty's Edge with this too. I've been toying with the idea of a naughty Lust phantom, and having someone go with being freeing might be an entertaining idea.

This is Gerald. Ash might be doing the Silverhex quests. If so, I'll bring Bukkah instead.

The idea of the Spiritualist with a Lust phantom should be highly entertaining to watch with a group like what this one seems to be shaping up to be :3

Also, I like the idea of reusing an inactive 'regular' alias as part of your Spiritualist character. I might have to do that when/if I ever decide on what sort of vigilante I want to make - the vigilante identity can be the actual PFS character and social identity can be one of my inactive aliases! Recycling for the win :D

I might play Elena White. Not sure. Tinkles Tiddle Piddle is incomplete. I'm still developing her.

Hovering as far away from Gitano as is seemly, Sancho palms a small silver flask that his new employer retrieved from the dubious establishment where he had been forced to pawn it. The engraved sigil of his minor noble house, twin windmills, was still visible through the tarnish and grime. When his rheumy eyes were clear enough to focus, he could just barely make out the etched words, "To my darling son Sancho Panza de Hidalgo, be a good boy and don't spend all your inheritance on wine, women, and dice."

With a damp palm, Sancho wipes a tear from his ruddy cheek and then blows his nose, wiping his hand on his soiled pants. He flops down onto a rickety chair and hugs his master's sack of burdensome belongings.

I miss you, Mom. Sniffle.

Sancho is Gitano's porter, a vanity he expended all his remaining prestige to acquire. He helps Gitano by carrying up to 100 lbs without encumbrance. He will make only the occasional appearance, usually for comic relief.

Nice, I like that idea. I love vanities in general and anything else that adds flavor, like choosing the worst possible animal companion for my druid (a toad) just because I felt like it fit. I trust you're experiencing the same thing with your slug, Mort?

Ya I get a bit jealous when I compare that slug to the mantis for sure... I haven't even looked at the actual animal companion choices. I just wish they gave slugs a climb speed.. I mean.. come on. Mantis can fly and climb! I could totally be a flying, climbing mantis riding gnome! Or human at level 7!

How can a slug not climb...

It'll force me to use magic to make it climb I guess. Nothing wrong with that. It does have a ranged attack which is probably why they nerfed most of the other stats.

When we buy things between adventures, what price do we go by? The generic prices in the Pathfinder Ultimate Gear/Weapon Guides?

Short answer: Yes.
If it's something unusual, check the PFS Roleplaying Guild Guide, research Additional Resources to make sure it's allowed, and let the GM know what you want to purchase.
In any case, you should annotate the items on your latest Chronicle sheet, and if the item cost 25gp or more, also enter it on your Inventory Tracking Sheet.

Yup, what Larry said, and unless it's on the Always Available item list (this is in the guild guide), you can only purchase it if it's below your faction purchase limit or shows up on one of your chronicle sheets.

I track nearly everything on Item Tracking Sheets but I don't usually write them on my chronicles. I'm not sure what's common in face-to-face play but this way of doing it in PbP has been fine with most GMs.

Okay, I think that's all correct. For the total gold if you mean just the gold earned from the last chronicle then 489 is correct. If you mean total total gold overall, then it's 1,104 gp, 5 sp, 8 cp.

Still need to actually get Corona leveled to 2nd so I'll try and get that done today. I've spent most of yesterday and part of today dealing with some sort of stomach virus though so it might take me a bit to get it all done.

Ok, this is my first game at level 2 so lots of final purchases made. Spending 2PP for my wand of cure light wounds and then spent all but 210g on my current gear. Nothing magical except a couple cure light potions and the PP on the cure light wand.

Can you guys wait until Thursday or Friday? I have some deadlines I am slogging through.

Regarding PbP housekeeping, how do I place Gitano (and his valet, Sancho) under the players/characters tabs? Can't figure it out.

Yup, no rush for me either.
Larry, if I'm not mistaken, I think posting to Gameplay (dotting) automatically gets your character added to those pages.

Mort is done. I kept him mostly the same other than some tweaks to give him more hp. Considering the general craze of lots of support PCs I've been noticing I've decided to make/keep Mort as one of those guys other PCs will love to support. A shock and awe heavy hitter that can always use a bit of help in other areas like saves and AC. He's going down the intimidating path, as well as some power attack fun and going to try out vital strike eventually. Big single hits mostly. A fighter but with pretty good skills. I may or may not pick up heavy armor proficiency.

I'm fine with waiting on Hmm. She's the coolest!

@Mort - Sounds good to me. I tend towards support PCs because they're usually easier for me to play (and build) than ones built to wreck the bad guys but it's all for naught if there's no one to support!

Corona didn't gain much at 2nd besides some HPs, skill points, and her first mystery spell (Ill Omen) but every little bit helps, right? :)

Ya its crazy how many support builds I see in PFS. I mean, I guess its a good place to be able to play someone that isn't damage focused like most home games I've played in. I usually don't go with damage PCs so this guy is a nice change of pace. I may even need to get him in some heavy armor to offset that 12 Dex... aka Dwarven Dex.

Gitano Frallino llloooovvveess support from his team. Corona and Mort will recall his near-death experience at the end of our last mission. His ankles are still bruised from Mort's grip as he dragged his bloodied, unconscious fleshsack back from the precipice.

Well that kind of support anyone can provide! I'm thinking more of people to keep Mindy swinging or connecting with boosts and heals and buffs :)

@Gitano - It's funny, I made a character for a non-PFS PbP game that ended up basically being Don Quixote. I mean, I didn't intentionally sit down and say, 'Hmmm, how can I make Don Quixote for Pathfinder?' but that's what it ended up being. She was a USummoner riding a quadruped elemental eidolon mount and convinced she was a knight of Sarenrae.

I might have to recreate her for PFS...*looks thoughtful*

@Corona - We've all tilted at a few windmills in our lives, and sometimes we come up short. Humor masks the pain.
I love Gitano and his reluctant one-man entourage, Sancho.

@Mort - Support takes many forms, the buffs and healing of Corona, the debuffs of Lyn, and just as often, the encounter-ending kinetic assist delivered by Mort's greatsword.

Ashwell and Gitano might take a level or two to come into their own, but I know I'm enjoying the hell out of the ride so far.

Yes not all level 1 characters are created equal for sure. Us fighter types really shine at low levels then fade into obscurity as others gain levels.

And then there are just some builds that need a few feats or abilities to come into their own. Its about the ride not the destination.

I peeked over at Elena's game... That encounter looks pretty difficult, or it may be that you guys aren't rolling so well. I hope you all manage to survive!

Yeah, this fight is a tough one. We are down in a pit and once we climb up, the creature can attack and knock us back into the pit.
