Please be sure to read the handout for your character, as it should give you an idea of what you should be doing for your secondary success condition.

GM GreySector |
Frequent planar travelers such as the PCs are aware of the properties of the Plane of Air.
Once per round as a free action, an individual can attempt a DC 16 Wisdom check to pick a new direction for gravity. If she succeeds, she begins falling in that direction, moving 150 feet in a straight line on the first round and 300 feet on each succeeding round. If she fails, she can attempt the Wisdom check again the following round. The DC decreases to 12 until she succeeds. Once an individual starts falling in a direction, stopping requires a successful DC 16 Wisdom check to set gravity in the exact opposite direction. If she succeeds, she continues falling 150 feet in her original direction for 1 round, then stops.
Because an individual in free fall cannot stop quickly, performing actions during the fall is difficult. However, the PCs may ready actions and perform them during the free fall, such as readying an action to grab an object or to attack a creature while soaring past it. Moving past an opponent in this manner provokes at attack of opportunity. A PC under the effects of a feather fall spell falls at only 60 feet per round and gains a +2 circumstance bonus on the Wisdom checks to change direction.

GM Query: If Zephyr wildshapes into an Air Elemental, can he communicate with party? He doesn't have Auran as a language, if that's a factor. He has Natural Spell, so casting isn't an issue, but being able to speak with the party might prove useful at times...or not, depending upon what he has to say.

GM GreySector |
Air elementals can speak, so you can communicate in any language you know.

Did I say Zephyr doesn't speak Auran? I meant effectively only speaks Auran. LOL. Unless someone else in the group speaks Druidic...or the language of Zephyr's extinct homeworld (Ethranian).
I'm suddenly wondering if everyone in the group can even communicate with each other.
Does everyone speak Auran? Any other druids? Anyone a translator for this motley crew that can speak Ignan, Aquan and Terran as well as Auran? Perhaps our Dragon Bard? Please tell me you have message cantrip, so you can be our switchboard operator/translator...suddenly getting a very weird image of the most interesting call center in golarion...

I was a little confused when you said that, TBH. Ember has message, but only knows Auran, Draconic, and Ignan.
If we can shop with the cash we have left over, one thing I was considering picking up was a scroll of comprehend languages, which at least would mean I could understand anyone, if not respond.

GM GreySector |
I checked, and all of your characters should be able to speak and understand Auran.

Did we lose our GM?

![]() |

We might have. He's actually my local Venture Captain, so I sent him a personal email, and haven't heard back. He's still showing up on Warhorn signups for local store PFS games, but I rarely can get to those. Maybe technical problems keeping him offline?? I'll email him again...

We've not heard back either, so we'll find a replacement for you guys and make sure you get a chance to wrap up the scenario. (We'll add some time, if need be)

IH, I can take over if that's kosher. I have the scenario and have run it at GenCon. I haven't done any Gameday games this round, but I'm happy to help if that works?

Could thread powers be given to OMB Jesse?

Our Mysterious Benefactor has to contact Customer Service directly for that:
If you are the GM for a play-by-post campaign but didn't start the thread, please email community@paizo.com.
We need:
Just copy and paste these links from the address bar in your browser, please.
- A link to your profile page (click on your name at the top where it says "Welcome, your name!"
