"What is it with kobolds that they are so eager to kill the rest of us. I would think such a noble race would be more amenable to discussing trade agreements that could be mutually beneficial. Tell us, are you open to such a discussion? And where is the one we should be talking to?"
Beating him up probably isn't helping with diplomacy, and since we figure someone higher on the food chain is around, let's just try some good ol' intimidation.
Intimidate: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (2) + 1 = 3
Well, that is less than intimidating.
Deyno
|
"Listen you pathetic worm. We were sent here on a mission of diplomacy, and actually looking for somewhat of a truce. So how about you drop the attitude, and take us to him? That way we can have some what of an intelligent conversation with some one who is actually in charge."
Deyno
|
"If i remember correctly, your tribe ambushed us multiple times. You decided to throw your little bombs before even letting us speak. So who attacked who? Hopefully your father has more brains than you.
At this point Deyno is going to lift up the kobold and lead him to the door and kick lead him through it.
Jhon Doe

I'm starting to regret now. Such foolhardiness and nonsense. We've been sent to negotiate with people who can't even reason. It's going to be a mess.
When Deyno starts to lift the kobold Jhon moves toward him, to help the bloodrager. Then he remembers it's not the way a hero will behave and he stops letting Deyno go on without his help.
'Ronin'

With the Kobold dropping to the ground from a well placed bolt, Ronin looks at his Katana in awe, surprised by the lack of blood on the blade. Tricky creature, I must be more careful when I next face its kind the Ex-Samurai thinks unhappily as they watch the Bloodrager's odd display of false bravado.
"Negotiations will not proceed well if we must slaughter the Kobold tribe, Deyno you help not at all with sch foolishness. Jhon, maybe you should lead our group in negotiations?"

Jhon's voice changes a little, trying to sound like a woman's one. Then he moves toward Brunhilde swinging his hips and uses his scarf to caress her arm.
Darling, I know I can be more feminine than you, but don't be upset for this. You too can learn how a proper girl behaves, if you wish.
Perform act: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10

Fuzzfoot finds no traps on the door, and you enter a cavernous space. It’s clear that at one point this was a grand theater. The gold railings still gleam despite years of sitting unpolished, and plush red velvet covers the walls and cushioned furniture. The cushions are mostly brown now, covered with mold and dirt. The damp, pervasive scent of moldy fabric and rot fills the air. There are two large balconies on each side of the theater about twenty feet above the orchestra level. Kobolds occupy nearly every seat on the balconies. The floor slopes down slightly, ending at a theater pit at the base of the stage. The stage itself sports a comfortable-looking chair in the center, illuminated with an ingenious system of magical lighting and mirrors. In the chair, lounges an elderly kobold, and beside it, a blue scaled dragon slowly extends it's wings.
The elderly kobold cackles for a moment before addressing you.
"Where is my tribute!?"

Brunhilde steps into the king Kobold's chamber and looks like she's trouble, hoping intently that these negotiations will fail as have those before them.
