This is caps. I'm not sure which PFS character I'll be using for The Wounded Wisp. It may depend on when some other scenarios finish up.

And we're also good to go for The Segang Expedition, a nice romp through the Jalmeray jungle.
I've got these people signed up:
caps
Krux Crushtooth (Vasari)
Merck
Zahir
mbauers (bloodrager 3)
Cirri Merryweather

Kludde, caps here. I also am playing through your Wounded Wisp scenario. I believe you asked each player to sign up for only one at a time. I would like to play Segang Expedition bit should I step down to let someone else play instead?

Sorry, I'm still in the middle of another PbP with Zuriel, so I'll have to regrettably bow out. :-(

I stand ready to "play up" with any of my Lv 1s not engaged... My thanks for any opportunity!

I would also be down for running a group of scenarios that are all part of the same plot. So far, all of my games have been just random scenarios with no ties, and all different seasons.
Having a steady storyline would be awesome.
Heh ... this was in reply to my post I deleted about wanting to play through a "plot-line" of season 7 with a character.
I only play PFS face-to-face at PaizoCon, so rarely have a good feel for the season. My php is all over the board season wise. And historically I had been avoiding the current season so my son and I could play anything available at PaizoCon. I plan on starting to play current season via pbp though ...

It's fun to play through a campaign with the same group. I'm doing it with a group for season 4. I wouldn't mind being in a similar group for season 5 or 6.

So that's like four people right there who are down with it? Might be a good idea for someone to pick us up and run a season then. How many scenarios are in a season? I'm on my phone and it takes way too much work to look it up.
Quite a few. It would take several years. It would be quite a commitment for a GM to make.

Yeah. It basically adds all the hassle and complexity of running a AP PbP to the complexity of running PFS PbP.
You're going to have people drop out, permanently or for random periods. If you want to do it, I'd suggest taking advantage of the features of PFS: Get a group together and rotate GMs, instead of putting the whole burden on one person. And accept that you're going to have people coming in and out.
Personally I like to play PFS in PbP because I know that I won't be able to commit to a long term campaign, but I can start up a scenario when I know I'll be able to commit to a month or two at most.

Yeah, for sure. A set of scenarios like that taking that long would be a hell of a commitment for everyone involved. Rotating Gm's would be the best bet. It's not like you would miss out on anything chronicle wise by gm'ing since you'd get credit. I have, however, had several gm's in non society pbp games who have done the same ap with the same group for two years and still going. On the other hand, I've had twice as many fall apart.
I like pbp pfs because of the short scenario set up, like you mentioned, but the trade off is that it's hard to find a set of games in the same plot line.
Why can't we have our cake and eat it too?!
All that being said, if a group did want to attempt this and rotate gm's, I would be willing to give it a shot.

Heh ... I just said one storyline within the up and coming season!
I could certainly commit to playing through the whole season as I've been active as a player non stop for a couple years now with multiple scenarios going. But I just want a single sub plots worth.
I want to save some for face to face at PaizoCon and any othe Con I can do. I also hope to start doing some home games, and really should start gming here.

Steven EvilIf we get one more, we would have enough for a full set of six people plus one GM.
Sign me up as the sixth.
I've got a sylph boon that I want to make a rogue monk with.
As in a monk gone rogue.
Or rather a rogue gone monk (starting as rogue).
A monk with rogue levels.
You get what I mean. ;)

Alright, that's enough people right there to have a steady six players and a GM, as long as no one drops. Now, we decide on a season to run and a GM order. Also, we may want to go ahead and make a new thread for this. As generous as Kludde is, I'm sure he would rather us take our shenanigans elsewhere. ;).
I'm on my phone at the moment, so if someone else would like to start the new thread so we can discuss this and hammer out the details, have at it.

Everyone but Crash Wheeler has checked in.
Yeah, we are going to rotate the GM every scenario on a set list determined at the very beginning so we all know what to purchase/prep.
The good thing about doing like we are is that if you are new at GM'ing, you have a lot of support from everyone and a good platform to learn on. Groups like this tend to reel in people with a lot of experience to play alongside.
