Big, dead, pig has two gourds around neck.

Mog just blinks and two pigs become fried bacon before he had any say.
At least we can eat them feeling a bit useless with that encounter mog walks over to the now deep fried pigs.

With big pig dead, it much easier toppers. There is exit to boat on other side.

Chuffy took off the gourds off the pig.

"What this? Pig sause? Poog! You know stuff! What's this suff?" He pokes Poog with one of the gourds

Mog squeezes his head out the hole. Just to look if nothing was in there he will go out and wait for any others to follow.

Reta hear clucking in hen house, but then also barking! It big dog come running out. Time to slice some dog!

Poog throw ball of fire, and make big flaming mess of henhouse! Much clucking can be heard! Big panic!

Dog get burnt too, but manages to hide behind henhouse to avoid most of blast. Reta slice dog with much hate, but too little aim.

Mog had a bomb in his hands and reacted before any teanate when the dog came out. He excludes Reta and Chuffy from the bomb.

There is large open area under house of munchmeat. It filled with straw, branches, and uprooted underbrush - looks like big next. There is trapdoor to house above.

As Mogmurch step in, there is throaty and eager roar of “MNARRRRRR!”. It an Owl! It as Bear! It both! It have beak and claws!

I'm going to go full out defensive. +4 to armor class. If I can 5 foot step to also give a flank while curling in a ball then I will.

You can five ft step while on total defense, no problem

Poog scorch feather of owlbear with fire bolt. Owlbear just say MNAAARH. Mog just wait until danger is away.

Bear looks bit less strongnow. It still attack Mog with big MNAAAARHH!

It bite and claw at Mog, but Mog just dance away each time!

Poog out of firebolts; grab loud stick and aim that into space of owlbear ... assuming no goblins inside wit him.

Mog still evading owlbear as Reta shoot normal - which is not as hurty as other arrows - and Poog make big, big sound of MNAaaaAAaaaAARHHH at owlbear. It hurt owlbear, but it not stop owlbear.

Mog very careful evading everything owlbear does. Chuffy less careful, but nobody manages to hit owlbear.

Mog will try once more to ignite. He's also a bit red faced but is only angered.

I technically hit the bear before chuffy jumped out. His grapple denies him of his dex bonus to ac.

Goblins finally get act together, and slice and dice and ignite bear owl. Chuffy get free, only to turn back and see owlbear dead on the floor
