There are two black onyxes (each worth 50 gp) on top of a cabinet, but on searching the room there isn't much else.

Amelie strolls up to the now exploded zombie and kicks it with her foot a bit. "So maybe nobody is stealing corpses at all. Could they be turning into these creepy things and walking out of here on there own? That would not be a good thing!"

Kayde coughs and waves away any threatening gases. ”You guys are damn a damn useful lot,” he says through his coughs.

At Amelie’s thoughts, Kayde shrugs. ”Could be, but what makes a body turn all zombified? Is there somethin’ down here doin’ it? Or someone, maybe?” A thought strikes him, a rare and painful experienced if his face is any indicator, ”Say, maybe some evil sorcerer snuck in through the tengu’s entrance!”

He skirts the bodies on his way out the door and on to the next room.

Kayde's comment makes Amelie shudder at the thought, "You have to be dead to be a zombie right? That can't happen to us I hope. I still have too much living ahead of me!"

When the others are finished searching the rooms she heads down the hall to the next door.

"I'll drink to that Amelie!" say Lyteonira and takes another swig of her wineskin. She then uses her wand to charge another three stones and loads the last from her first batch into her sling. "Come on lets see if we can find this party pooper who is trying to bind and create evil thing down here" before marching off to the next door

"Nothing to see here next room!"

You open the secret door to reveal.. a very small chamber, but you see what is very clearly the other side of a secret door. Very easy to see on this side.

Do you want to proceed through this secret door first or check out the last chamber on the right of that hallway you were in? The last door in the hallway seemed to have a really high quality lock on it.

Amelie gets visibly excited and perks up"I've always wanted to go down a secret passage! That sounds like fun!"

You open the secret door, and see what looks to be some kind of crypt. There are decayed bodies scattered in the alcoves. You hear the sound of blanking bones moving inside.

You see a tall skeleton wearing ancient half-plate armor engraved with runes and wielding an elaborate ceremonial ranseur. A longsword and dagger also sits sheathed on its side. You see it smile and grip its weapon as it sees you open the door.

"Since we found this one way secret door thingy, I suspect that other thing is as well."

Opening the secret door.
Trying to open the door proves to be a difficult task. You find that something behind the door is blocking it. With a few good shoves, you're able to move the object out of the way enough to create an opening you can walk through. Upon entering the room, you see that it was a statue blocking the door.

The ceiling of this cavernous chamber vaults to a height of sixty feet, forming an architectural wonder unsupported by any visible columns or buttresses. Forty feet overhead, a wide stone bridge with an elaborately carved railing arches over the chamber from north to south, joining two sets of massive bronze doors at either end. The central portion of the chamber contains an inlaid spiral symbol and is recessed into the floor, with eight staircases leading up to a wide ledge that encircles the room ten feet above. On this ledge stand bronze doors to the east and west. Eight larger-than-life statues stand upon the ledge as well, evenly spaced around the room’s circumference—seven carved from white stone, and the eighth carved from black stone.

The raised portion is just a bridge, so you can walk under it.

For the sake of simplicity, there's a lot of history checks, but Malakiah can make them all on a take 10. I will just list the information here.

Malakiah informs the party that seven of the statues each depict a Runelord, each one corresponding to one of the seven deadly sins.

I'm using the same labeling as I used on the map.
1. Karzoug, Runelord of Greed
2. Alaznist, Runelord of Wrath
3. Sorshen, Runelord of Lust
4. Krune, Runelord of Sloth
5. Zutha, Runelord of Gluttony
6. Xanderghul, Runelord of Pride
7. Belimarius, Runelord of Envy
I also marked this information on the map

Knowledge (Religion) DC 20:
The eighth statue is an older despiction of Pharasma, with each face representing an aspect of her faith: "Birth," "Death," and "Fate." The large symbol on the ground in the central portion of the chamber is a very grandiose version of her holy symbol, although it's an older design and seems to focus more on the "death" aspect of Pharasma rather than the "birth" or "fate" aspects.

Kayde wanders wonderingly around the huge room, not really sure what to help with. ”I guess there’s a chance they don’t know it’s here.” His tone is skeptical, though.

”So we got secret doors at 2 of the statues so far, huh?” he says, scratching his chin. ”Let’s make damn sure that’s all of them.”

He begins helping the team search the statues and behidin them.

Someone (cough, Thessa), take 20 at every statue. Kayde will take 10 to Aid another on every attempt.
That should get us a result of 32 at each one (33 for traps).

Gonna move on and assume that happens.

Thessaly & crew notice that there is, in fact, a secret door behind Every. Single. Statue.; including the one made of black stone. All 7 remaining doors are blocked by their respective statue, so you would have to move it out of the way to get to the secret door.

Also of note, every single statue except the one made of black stone has a magical trap on it. (All 1-7 are trapped, 8 is not)

Gah! completely missed that Lyteonira did a Detect Magic.

All 8 statues are magical. The 7 made of white stone have evocation, and the one made of black stone has enchantment. Doesn't seem like the one on the black stone is a trap, however.

@Kayde: FYI, there is no taking 10 to aid another, but it doesn't matter in this instance. :)
