Everyone can now see a large stone channel bisects this dank chamber. Thick masonry pipes clutter the room, feeding into the channel or flowing across the ceiling. A stone walkway without a railing crosses the channel, but crude barbed caltrops litter the length of this bridge. The entire chamber is damp and moldy, and the faint sound of dripping water resonates softly through the area.

Ekkie approaches the side of the water and throws one of the spheres on the necklace she was wearing at the rear goblin to deal Fireball: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 4) = 5. Ekkie then widens her eyes and goes "Ooo, pretty."

Shaking his head, Ka'zaak makes his way slowly across the bridge, picking up the caltrops along the way. Once he reaches the goblin he pierced with his javelin, the placed one boot on the body. Placing both hands on the haft,he wrenches it out of the goblins body and begins to clean it on the goblin's ragged clothes.
What am I doing here? How is this bringing other to the cause. This is not my calling. I should be seeking those I cannot find. Not skewering thieving goblins.
"Ekkie, again I no we, owe you our thanks. Come all, let us finish this foul business."
Ka'zaak puts the javelin away before drawing his nodachi and continuing on.

Continuing on through the tunnels, they come to an intersection. The right has an abandoned guardpost. To the left there are two doors and then another intersection. Continuing straight leads back into the main sewer and to the right stays in the complex and then turns right. Opening the doors reveals a snarling duskhound and a young goblin dog in cages, one in each room. "Aw, cute puppies!" Ekkie squeals.
Kill the dogs or continue along?

Ka'zaak waits patiently as the group searches around, looking for clues and trying to remain hidden.

Julian closes the doors again. "Agreed, let's just continue onward. There are more pressing matters than dogs in cages."

Turning a couple corners down the hallway reveals a long hall with two rows of pillars supporting the arched roof. At one end stands a makeshift throne constructed from the broken remains of a smashed statue and other cracked blocks of masonry. In front of the "throne" stands a bugbear who roars "Attack them young goblin, or you die with them!" Intimidate: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27
Go ahead and make Diplomacy checks vs the Intimidate check to find out which side Ekkie will fight on. The fight will begin once all the checks have been made.

In a scene similar to Padme's storming of the Royal Palace in Theed, at the end of Phantom Menace, Natula rushes forward to find cover behind a pillar and blasts the bugbear.

Right before Ka'zaak reaches Inoklar, the tiles beneath him explode and try to wrap around his feet. Make a Reflex Save DC 15 or you are entangled as if hit with a tanglefoot bag. Succeed and your attack goes through. Inoklar gets hit by the ice beam and says "What was that? Was that you trying to cool me off?" One goblin attacks Sagart Horsechopper: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 2 = 9 while the other approaches Ka'zaak and Evan Evan1 or Ka'zaak2: 1d2 ⇒ 1 and attacks Evan Dogslicer: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 2 = 3. Ekkie approaches, grabs the last orb from her necklace, and throws it behind Inoklar and hits the wall somewhere behind her, hitting Inoklar and the goblin fighting Sagart, but missing everyone else. Fireball orb: 2d6 ⇒ (1, 2) = 3 Reflex Save: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19 Reflex Save: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (10) + 4 = 14 Both are able to dodge a majority of the fire.

You said tanglefoot bag so that is a DC 17 strength or 15 points slashing damage, no attack roll needed. It should also become brittle and crack after 2d4 rounds
