I'll delete elemental closest to the party, it's dead.
The Elemental seizes the opportunity to strike at the Paladin now standing in the water.
slam 1: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (9) + 13 = 22
damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (1) + 6 = 7 You're now also drenched, any gunpowder or tender that is not magical in nature you have on you is extinguished or ruined. (a wink, wink at the gunslinger to not get too close)
slam 2: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (11) + 13 = 24
damage: 1d6 + 6 ⇒ (4) + 6 = 10
Everyone else can go. Still waiting on Ezren's first move. If he somehow locks down the Elemental before it attacks Adamus or debuffs it's attacks by 3 or more, both shots will miss, if he debuffs its attacks by 2 or less the first attack will miss.

Sense Markus can take 10 and get them all, we will consider all stones removed.
As you remove the stones the immediate fog clears and the mist seems to lighten, but does not disappear.
While your in the water, you notice a rusted Iron chest that you attach a rope to and pull out from the safety of the shore. Inside you find.
335 gp, 812 sp, a +1 handaxe, a masterwork longsword, a potion of cat’s grace, a potion of levitate, and a wand of cure moderate wounds (29 charges).
Take a few moments to divvy up the treasure, before we start the next act :D

As your prepare to leave, dozens of small figures rise from the shrubs lining the rim of the ravine. With a shout, each one quadruples in size and raises a wooden dart, poised to throw. “Well done!” the familiar voice of Tenzekil Braybittle calls out, “but the wardstones will do you no good! The first army of Queen Rhoswen has already arrived. She will claim this forest, and you can do nothing about that. Now put the stones back, lay down your weapons, and perhaps we’ll let you live!” The hum of thousands of bees punctuates his warning as a rising swarm fills the sky.
You may sense motive if you like and you can also give me a perception checks.

Lirianne of Alkenstar

"Look! cries Lirianne, pointing out the unicorns and centaurs to her companions. Then to Tenzikil, she says "I think it's you time's running out for, gnome." Then she plunges down the ravine.
