Galenus is a dwarf and prone, so he's not taking up as much room vertically as a standard non-hostile creature.

You can freely move through an Ally's square, you just can't end there, nor can you pause there (such as moving to attack and then moving out). Moving through an enemy square requires 1) them to be two sizes smaller or larger than you, and 2) it's difficult terrain. The exception to this is the halfling special ability and an optional rule in the DMG that allows an acrobatics check to move through an enemy square.

Non-lethal damage is only accounted for on the last attack that matters. So it would be a flat 2 damage. :)

If Galenus wakes up, then he'll stand up and take a look around.

Gah, what was that? he says, clearing the haziness from his head.

He looks around for anything else of value, such as gems, coin, a proper weapon like a hammer or axe, or - if he's really lucky - his spellbook.

Dungeon racing rules and FAQ

From the PHB: "You can move through a nonhostile creature’s space.
In contrast, you can move through a hostile creature's
space only if the creature is at least two sizes larger or
smaller than you. Remember that another creature’s
space is difficult terrain for you.
Whether a creature is a friend or an enemy, you can’t
willingly end your move in its space." By my reading, a friendly creature's space is difficult terrain as is a hostile creature's space.

Dungeon racing rules and FAQ

No you can leap over him without a check. Your standing long jump distance is a number of feet = str score/2 which is 6.5 ft for you.

I'll re-resolve Galinndan's attacks as if he didn't have disadvantage.

Attack 1: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (19) + 5 = 24
Attack 2: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (16) + 5 = 21
Dam 1: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
Dam 2: 1d6 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8

The distractions of Cyrus allow Galinndan to slash his swords across the Drow warriors chest, sending him crumpling to the ground.

Not sure whether or not Tiberius is joining in here. I'll assume not for now.

The remaining drow warrior presses forward to avenge his fallen comrade as do Shoor and the priestess.

Shoor snarls and fires a crossbow bolt at the Drow prisoner, Kanzen.

Attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (12) + 7 = 19
Attack adv: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (19) + 7 = 26
Dam: 1d6 + 4 ⇒ (2) + 4 = 6
Kanzen feels a venom from the bolt seeping through his blood but his body manages to fight off the poison.
Kanzen con: 1d20 + 3 ⇒ (16) + 3 = 19

The Drow guard attacks Galinndan.

Shortsword: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (6) + 4 = 10
Shortsword adv: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (16) + 4 = 20
Dam: 1d6 + 2 ⇒ (5) + 2 = 7

And the priestess holds up some sort of unholy symbol and calls upon the forces of her dark goddess, evoking swirls of fiendish shapes that circle around her in a 15 foot radius. Her allies seem unaffected but Eddrikk, Galinndan, Kanzen, and Galenus most certainly are.

Wis Eddrikk: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (13) + 1 = 14
Wis Galinndan: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (2) + 2 = 4
Wis Kanzen: 1d20 + 0 ⇒ (17) + 0 = 17
Wis Galenus: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (20) + 1 = 21

Dark tendrils seep into your flesh, tearing at your ability to stand.

Necrotic damage: 3d8 ⇒ (1, 5, 8) = 14

DC 13 half damage on a made save. Speed cut in half while in the area whether you save or not.

Kanzen and Galinndan are down. Galenus has been woken up by the damage. All party members are up. Kanzen and Galinndan, make death saving throws.

Galinndan grins as he cuts down the drow, but barely has time to savour his success as the fiendish tendrils drain consciousness from him.

Awesome!

Galenus wakes up and sees the dire situation they're in.

Sending the telepathic thoughts out to his companions, he says, Push them onto the bridge and cut the ropes! One big surge and we can all get out of here alive!

With that, he'll get up and cast his Jump spell. He pushes hard into the ground for a forward/lateral leap, hoping to use his strength combined with the magic to push the drow back onto the bridge.

What checks would you think are needed here? Strength check? I'm basically trying to bowl them all back onto the bridge and hope one of my companions cuts the rope, dropping us all into the webs/waters below.

Dungeon racing rules and FAQ

That would be an athletics check to shove, which technically you can only do against one target at a time. But the idea of a magically-enhanced jumping dwarf bowling into Drow is too good to pass up. I'll let you target Shoor and the other warrior. The priestess is already on the bridge.

Shoor Acrobatics: 1d20 + 4 ⇒ (11) + 4 = 15
Drow guard acro: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (17) + 2 = 19

Both of the two Drow in the front are startled to see the unconscious Dwarf lying on the ground suddenly spring towards them, a veritable stinky, bearded cannonball pushing them back onto the rope bridge.

Galenus:

Looking down, you see that this bridge is mostly over the cave floor, not the water. You might succeed in leaping to fall into the water as the bridge is cut (DC 14 athletics with advantage thanks to jump).

Kanzen is not dead. Three failed death saving throws result in death.

Yes. Make an attack roll as with a dagger against AC 11 with disadvantage. The rope has 2 hp. Seems weird but that's how it's represented in the rules. Perhaps this is a tougher rope but not as far as I'm concerned right now.

Dungeon racing rules and FAQ

No window. Would also be harder to shove someone through a window than just shove someone so probably would have disadvantage, for future reference.

The Drow spits arrogantly on Cyrus and forces him to drag Kanzen first, then the others back into the slave pen. Most of the other slaves have been compliantly herded back into the pen but a bleeding Ront is tossed to the floor, unconscious, by a quaggoth. The Drow strip the prisoners naked, remove every item they have, then force them to get back into their shifts. Jimjar, in particular, looks bitterly at the Drow as they do this, earning him a harsh cuff for his defiant expression.

One more round of death saves by all those who need to make them then those in the pen will have time to attempt medicine checks. Cyrus, if you wish to make such a check, go ahead and do so, applying it to one of your companions. All items taken by the Drow. Sorry guys but that's definitely how this would go down. 150 xp split by those who participated in the fight for killing three Drow guards.

Cyrus may be able to tell that Kanzen is looking a little better (one fail, one success vs one fail) than Irdril. I'll draw up the order in which this is happening.

DC 12 Medicine for Cyrus to triage: 1d20 + 2 ⇒ (12) + 2 = 14

Cyrus notes that Irdril seems the worst off and helps stabilize her with some of his rags. Before things can go too badly, Tiberius and Cyrus stabilize the bleeding elves as well.

Thanks to Tiberius' magical healing, all are conscious as well now and at 1 hp.

The majority of the Drow rush back to try to fend off the crazed monsters while Shoor stands outside the gate and stares with hard, cold eyes at the prisoners who have embarrassed him so greatly today. None of the other prisoners seem to have escaped successfully either.

Galenus wakes up.

Ugh. What happened?

As his mind clears, he looks around to see himself bound and shackled again. And naked. Why am I naked?

He looks up to see Shoor staring back in.

He projects his thoughts out, Hey, can you guys hear me? Someone big come sit next to me, and someone else make a racket. I'm going to try and grab a key right now. Or maybe piss this guy off enough to get in here and we can all bum rush him. No time like now to make a second attempt.

Once that happens, he'll cast Mage Hand and try to grab the keys off Shoor while he's distracted from the other prisoner making a scene.

Thanks for saving her butt!

Irdril's eyes blink open after the healing. She doesn't speak, but instead she mutters a quick incantation and her wounds heal a bit more.

Healing Word: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (2) + 3 = 5

She speaks with her thoughts to the rest of the group.

"I could try and lower his defenses, but I doubt he will take the bait again. I suppose it's worth the try."

Irdril rises and moves to speak with Shoor, hoping to give Galenus the time he needs.

Shoor insight at Tiberius: 1d20 + 1 ⇒ (15) + 1 = 16

Tie means no change. Shoor did not previously think Tiberius had broken his manacles or obtained weapons.

Kanzen looks around woozily in the slave pen. Ront lies unconscious, covered in wounds. His companions are likewise beat up while the rest of the slaves seem to have surrendered with less damage to themselves.

As his allies return across the bridge to aid in the defense of the outpost, Shoor frowns at Irdril's words.

Undercommon:

Of course... that is how they escaped so easily and had so many weapons! Jorlan...

Shoor storms off in a fury, leaving the slave pen unattended.

Just fyi, you can attempt to pick the lock with makeshift thieves tools (definitely disadvantage since you don't have anything very close to that anymore) or can attempt to break the lock with brute force.

Galenus casts Mold Earth to weaken the rock the gate is set into, them tries to slam into it, pushing the gate right off the wall.

Let's use inspiration; I'm not sure if we're ever going to get a better chance to escape.

He looks down to stool. Wanna come?

Is climbing an athletics check? I don't trust the dice enough to go for an acrobatics with a flat d20 roll.
