I wasn't aware of that, but it looks to me like that only constitutes 20 feet of movement even so - I could still have attacked. I was on the stairs before I moved, just to the left of where Kenji is now.

If you were already on the stairs below Keera, it wouldn't matter. Just if you came from east of her and have to descend the stairs, then it would take more to get there, and your armor weighing you down and all, is all.

It can't see through solid rock, it rolls the d100 because of it. Thus far it has attacked based upon last known location, and its target not moving from last position. If for example the target moves, it will have to make perception to notice where to.

I know, but since I wasn't able to make the full attack I'd initially thought I could make this round, I'm asking if the attack/damage roll I made for the first attack of the full attack that never happened could instead be used as the roll for the readied attack I'll be making instead this round - after all, if I knew at the time that all I could do was ready an attack, that's the roll that would have gone on record.

If you can double-move up to it like that, you could charge it - you'd just be one square below where you've moved (which would also be convenient for me).
YOU have to move in a straight line when charging, but that doesn't mean your target has to be in that same straight line, just reachable.
Don't forget your additional +2 morale bonus to attack rolls when charging!

Sele was only 30 ft away (6 squares) so he has heaps of movement, if he moves just on the top line, as that is where he was he should be able to reach the beast and not even have to do a strength check. Remember I wasn't sure of the rules so i may have moved him 1 square down assuming he needed to move directly in front.

Seeing how the creature can be reach again, Keera makes new instructions to Sobrino Go for it, my friend! Fly up and kill it from above! Then She turns toward spenser and heals him. You'll need this to resist if that creature decides to attack you again. finally she tries to move a little away of Vassago shoting line, but the strengh of the wind is too much for her.

If searching, Kenji finds the rune to likely be connected to the winds in the room, but it seems partially magical in nature.
