Brother Edward, I should have specified, but the stimpak gauntlet is how you'll be able to use your Lay on Hands. It's considered a returning Stimpak so you'll always have them.
I should have also specified this, but I didn't. Shame on me...
To keep it in the Pathfinder spirit somewhat, Magic items and enhancements and so forth will be utilized, but we won't be using "magic" as the explanation. Instead, it'll be small devices, sharpened blades, even pre-war items if you wish to have a magic ability on a weapon.
For example, a +1 Keen Shishkabob will be a sharpened lawnmower blade with a balance on the blade's handle to let the wielder use it better.
Some abilities, such as Transformative, will not be used simply because they make no sense. However, if you can come up with a way for it to work, run it by me and we'll see what we can do.
BTW, any magically enhanced weapons will allow a number of damage dice equal to the enhancement to bypass DR, but only if the enhancement is a +1, +2, or so on. A Keen Shishkabob will only bypass 1d8 fire damage, but a +1 Shishkabob will bypass DR for both dice. Elemental damage will automatically bypass DR, like the Shishkabob's 1d8 of fire damage. Plasma and laser damage is not considered elemental.
I hope this isn't too much for you guys. If this doesn't make sense, let me know.

I've got to do more research before posting...
Alchemists, after looking over the Discoveries, I will allow you to take any Discovery that is marked as a Goblin Discovery.
These are:
Fire Brand
Rag Doll Mutagen
Scrap Bomb
Rocket Bomb (6th lvl)
Enjoy your new lvl guys

I'm glad you brought that up Tenro. Here's how heath will work:
I will give you the option of actually rolling for health here in the Discussion thread, or taking 1/2+1 HD.
1/2+1 HD is confirmed health.
Rolling yourself has a chance of getting lots of health, or very little.
Choose for yourself. If you choose to roll, post it here. If not, don't bother. After everyone's good an lvled up, we'll continue the game. Hope you guys don't mind looking for some pre-war items.

In Fallout New Vegas, some have the ability to reduce DR while others negate it all together. In our version, they will negate the DR on the piece of armor worn over the body part you are targeting in a Called Shot. If you use them in a regular attack, it will negate 5 DR per damage dice of your weapon.
To use an armor piercing round, it takes a reload action to prepare using AP rounds, and another reload round to change back. If you have a full clip of AP rounds and must reload, you have the choice of reloading AP or regular rounds.
There are other kinds of rounds, such as Hollow Point and Surplus. Hollow Point will do an extra dice of damage when fired at an unprotected body part, and Surplus come in bulk of 10 round per cap, but do one dice of damage less.
The prices on that site you gave are very, very off, so we won't use those prices. We'll be using the ones on the Fallout Wiki. I'm trying to keep this as close to Fallout video game standards as I can. Since there is no AP 10mil round in Fallout 3, use the price for Fallout and Fallout 2: 100 caps a round. Those things are expensive, but worth it for a sneaky rogue. Hollow point rounds are also 100 caps.
Hope that helps.

Quite nice, quite nice, thank you. Bit too expensive for now but I will keep them in mind.
If we're going by the prices from the Fallout wiki, then apparently its 2 caps per 10mm round (assuming a 100% markup). Is this correct?

Marcel the Wise |

Huh; sorry, could you explain it to me further? I think I am getting confused.
I assumed that we sold at half price, bought at twice. Thus, at the 1-cap-per-round base price stipulated in the link, we would sell at 1-cap-per-2-rounds and buy at 2-caps-per-round.
Where does my understanding go wrong?

I was wandering around in my F:NV and there were these Powdergangers waiting for me to cross some border. Of course, since the angle I came in wasn't the appropriate angle, he wasn't looking directly at me. He was kind of looking off directly to the left and talking directly to me. Crowning moment of awesome for the cannon fodder because he was shot soon after. Good times...

This story will fit in perfectly with you guys.
I was playing Fallout 3. I was in Rivet City for the first time when I saw a Nuka Cola vending machine. It wasn't owned, so I took the two bottles and 4 caps in it.
Shrapnel and the guy from the diner both walked up to me, looking pissed. "Um, hi?" I attempt to talk to one of them, then the entire city went hostile. I ran and hid outside the city, hoping I didn't kill any essential characters.
I later learned that the vending machine was one of a few containers that were bugged and didn't have the right color to say it was owned.
Ah, those were the good old days. Now I can sneak anywhere with a 100 sneak and the Chinese Stealth Armor from Operation Anchorage.

I once met a wise man who said "Be polite. Be efficient. Be prepared to kill everyone you meet."
It's surprising how fitting that is in EVERY GAME done by Bethesda.
