Ok. I've created a loot sheet. The link is here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1mdN6-89Su04i4mvC0wnHKtfjT7xNonoxF1v fMXyiieU/edit?usp=sharing
You all should be able to edit it. Please add items to the "Items" section and Gold/Gems/Art to the "Gold and Gems" section. On the far right there is a summary of the current value.
For each item in the "Items" list you can pick an owner or say "To Sell". The "To Sell" items are calculated in the "Total Sold Value". It assumes that we sell at 50%.
Let me know if you encounter any problems.

If you have any trouble using the loot sheet I posted, let me know. My intention was that you (or someone you designate) would add the items in columns A-E, F is calculated, then we, the players, would use G to claim items or put them up for sale.
Once we all agree then it should be easy for you to tell us what actual value we get for selling things.
At least that's the theory...

Ai'sha |

While I'm generally in favor of having a shared party treasury rather than dividing the gold, I think the game will move faster if everyone just gets a share of the loot and can spend it however they wish rather than waiting a week for everyone to build consensus on what to buy.
So, assuming equipments are sold at 50% and relics/gems/gold/art are sold at 100%, and that we sell the crossbow but not the kohl, we're at roughly 3000 gp. Thats 600 gp and one kohl of uncanny discernment per person, plus Aliva's scale mail.

Irakelesh |

Ok. I updated the loot sheet with values (whatever I could find in Herolab and online). Assuming that Ai'sha keeps the kohl and Aliva keeps the scale mail and I keep the ring of protection and we sell all the gear at 50% and the gold and gems at 100%, then I believe that we each get 1017 gp, 1 sp, and 8 cp.
Is this correct?
I'm ready to buy more stuff and move on!

Fitliss Phitzinger |

Everything looks good to me. Unless someone feels the need to keep the cursed headband? I remember it giving at least some benefits, although I don't remember specifics.

GM Pendrak |

Yeah, you get paid full price for all the historical items, art objects, and stuff that you give over to the Pharasmins, and as always the gems and precious metals sell at full value. We don't need to necessarily roleplay all that out, and I sorta covered it in my last post. If you guys are all set on purchases I'll put an update to gameplay up soon, and we'll start the final part of this book.

GM Pendrak |

Yeah, I'm assuming you rest the night at the Tooth and Hookah, as you aren't expected to explore the next site until the next day.
Everyone will get 3 HP back, or 6 HP if someone makes a DC 15 Heal check on them, and all of their spells, ability uses, etc.

Irakelesh |

I don't have any healing skill.
I'll keep the ring and buy a cold iron morningstar.
I can craft alchemical items at half the price it costs to buy them but I'm not sure how long it takes. GM, how many alchemist fires and acid flasks can I make before we start again in the morning? Assuming I actually sleep my full time too.

Ai'sha |

I don`t think anyone is in serious need of healing, but Ai'will try nonetheless.
Heal(+2 from Aid Another): 1d20 + 6 + 2 ⇒ (1) + 6 + 2 = 9

Fitliss Phitzinger |

Yeah, the sentiment is appreciated.
Think we necro that one we made last time, or create an entirely new one?

GM Dak |

Hope y'all don't mind, but saw your post about looking for a GM. I've slowly started reading through things and sent Fitliss a PM with the below, but then just thought I would post it here for discussion.
So I've briefly glimpsed over things but had a few questions before I went too in-depth.
1) What were the character creation guidelines you used? Was it the stuff mentioned in the currently linked recruitment thread or anything additional or any changes along the way?
2) Aside from the loss of GM's how frequent is the posting from the rest of the group when the game is running properly? Again as a quick glimpse, it looks like it has been 2 years and you are only just starting to reach the end of the first book. Is that because of the GM losses or anything else?
3) While I haven't looked in depth at how previous GMs ran things, how does the group feel about any adjustments I might feel the need to make. One thing I noticed right of the bat was you were previously using Google for maps where as I prefer to use Roll20. Feel free to check out my profile for details on how I generally run things.
4) Would you all be willing to give me a summary of events? This would help to serve two purposes (First, I like to track what happened when and keep a record of it. Second, it helps make sure I don't miss anything important when I am reading through things. (30 pages of PbP is a bit to read through :D)
5) Who are the currently active characters and their rolls both in and out of combat? How many players have you lost/recruited along the way?
6) Any details on the previous departures of your GMs?
Think those are the main things that would help in making a decision. If you all have any questions for me let me know. There is also some details about my self in my GM profile and as you can see I'm currently running 5 games here on the boards and playing in 3 so I am pretty active. My most recent longest running game has been going for about 7 months now. I had GMed several games a few years back that fizzled or I had to leave due to RL, but life has been rather stable and no big changes on the horizon so don't foresee any issues with a longstanding commitment.

Aliva Kulthane |

1. The Character creation guidelines are in the Discussion of this thread not the new GM recruitment one.
2. Most of us post Daily, Nothing has been posted from Ai'Sah or G'nock lately I am going to presume that we have lost them.
3. I have access to Roll20, I might not be able to at work but from my home PCs I can no issue.
4. Right now we are in the middle of a combat outside of our final local. We are presently 3rd level, we have a pretty Melee heavy group with a bard (Ai'sha), Warpriest (Myself), Oracle (Fitliss), Investigator ( Irakelesh), a Fighter Archer (G'Nock)
5. See number 2, did you mean roles? or How we are rolling things?
6. GM Pendrak was the first GM, he was doing well then disappeared, we did a recruitment and got a replacement who did well then disappeared. Pendrak came back for the final bit of the second local but then disappeared again. All the disappearing has been without word to anyone as far as I know.

Ai'sha |

I'm still here, sorry. Just wrapped up the year at work so I should be able to post very often from now on.
Aliva gave a pretty good summary, but here are a few more points.
2. The delay was mostly due to losing GMs and the GMs having a couple of setbacks in real life. This is not to say that some of us players didn't have a few moments of inactivity but both of our previous GMs were pretty good at botting players and keeping the game moving when needed. We also had some RP heavy moments that probably made the game a bit slower, and some of the early combats against swarms and enemies with DR also turned into really long encounters that can account for how long it took for us to still be at book 1.
5. We lost two or three players during the start of the game and recruited G'nock fairly early along the way, the roster has been the same ever since.

Irakelesh |

2. I try to post at least daily during the week and then at least once on the weekend. That's what I shoot for for a minimum. But often I post more than that. Same with almost everyone else. In real life I work with G'nock (in fact, he sits about 12 feet away from me) so it's easy for me to poke him with a stick when he's slow in posting.
3. I'm with Aliva on Roll20. It might be hard for me to access from work. For the most part they block any URL that even smells like a game site. It's all for our own security, I'm sure. That being said, I've got some ways around it but it's an extra step.
I think that Aliva and Ai'sha answered the other questions.
We are all excited to have someone step in and keep us moving so I hope it works out for you.

GM Dak |

Thanks for the prompt replies. Well, I am definitely intrigued. I'm only about a third of the way through the gameplay but I like what I see. Plus, I have to commend you all on sticking it out through all this time and the hardships. As such, if you all will have me, I would like to take up the reins of GM.
I'll need a bit of time to finish reading through everything, making notes, and prepping, but assuming you're good with me taking over, I would like to set a tentative resume date of the 19th. Of course, if I get finished up earlier we can start sooner if that sounds good to you all.

Fitliss Phitzinger |

Sounds good to me! Anyone have a problem with me declaring the GM recruitment ended at this point?
Another thing to add about our pacing would be that if the GM slows down, we tend to as well as a group, think people kinda lose the habit of checking daily after a while. I know that's what would happen with me, but I wasn't the only one who was slowing down like that.
About roles, I should add that Ai'sha is the archetype that replaces bardic music with a self-buff, and Fitliss is an oradin, aka more of a health battery than a caster. He's the only full caster, and I was about to multiclass him into paladin. Oh, and Irakelesh is useless with a bow, as I recall ;p
Finally, on the topic of roll20, I don't mind, but 90% of my posts are on my phone, so I will end up posting off of the description a decent amount. I can access a computer, so I should be able to check, but not during the time I usually post.
