Dropping the Rage, so I'm fatigued.
I'm not sure if this can work or even if he'll get another save against it, but the Aid Another Combat rules imply it can help with saves, "when he is affected by a spell", so it seemed worth trying.
If not, we're in trouble. None of us are likely to hit him, especially non-lethal.
I'm also not sure what I'd be rolling, technically it should be the same roll, but Diplomacy might make more sense. Either way, I'd make an Aid check.

No PvP kind of gets iffy when it comes to Dominated/Charmed PC's and occasions lie this where the Player temporarily looses some or all control of the character. My understanding is that (unofficially) it's okay as long as we do not kill or really injure him, and try everything we reasonably can before resorting to violence.

OK - I'm going to ask a ques here, not to meta but just because I don't know all the details of specific rules. What if I try to grapple here - what do I need to get vs his abilities to pull it off, since he doesn't have the AOO now may be the best time. If he's grappled it may make it easier to subdue him, tie him up or knock him out ... thoughts?

Normally he would get an AoO, and you would both take the damage, and also the damage you took would be an additional penalty to your original roll to Grapple. The Roll is your CMB (+ any bonuses specifically to Grapple) vs his CMD. <looks like 1d20+3 vs 16, so it kind of looks like we are all in the same boat, we just are very unlikely to do anything to affect him.

You'd need to roll a 13 (based on your CMB) to grapple Toren. I kind of wish I hadn't now, but his whole build was centered around the idea of this veteran phalanx warrior, hard to hit and hard to grapple/trip.

aiding someone in combat does stack. The person with the highest CMB can get +4 or more. I had a similar thought, but as GM dinnae want to interfere but as I am sure everyone would rather get onto the next encounter...
