All, over the next 2 weeks I will be very limited in my ability to post due to the fact that I will be attending a family reunion in Disney over the next week followed by a business trip to TX. On top of all that I have just started school again and have my class workload to keep up with. I will do my best to contribute but if you are waiting on me please have Kilarra take actions that you feel is in keeping with her character. I will not hold any grudges if anything bad happens to her as a result. Thank you for your understanding and assistance in keeping her active in the story.

I have updated the loot list with the items from the vault of fire. I am guessing all the scrolls are being held to add to Alexander's spell book. As I understand it, the short sword is going to be used by Erizi. As to the rest of it I do not know anyone who has claimed it. I am interested in one or more of the combat oriented wands but I am still too low level to reliably use them with UMD (40% chance to succeed) so unless we plan to sell them, I think those should also go to Alexander.
I am also interested in one of the potions of elemental body. As to the powdered fire and the ring, I have no idea who should get those except to say it should probably not be me due to the fact that when I make a ref save, is successful my evasion will make it where I never get any charges on it.

There's nbothing in the current loot that's useful to me, so you can do as you want. However, I think we should sell some (not all) of the wands (after all, Alexander still has 1 action per round) to get some cash. If some artisans are on their way, as Lady Almah said, we might have a possibility of improving our weapons or other useful things.
Heck, I can craft wondrous items. I could probably get us some useful stuff, given enough time, money and means. Scrolls, too. ;)
When I try to view the loot sheet, I just get a blank page. :-/

I think we need to revisit one of the expectations for the game. It was my expectation that, during the week, players would be able to post at least once per day. I understand if your character is not actually doing anything at the moment, a day or two might get skipped (though I would prefer that you make some kind of post to keep your character involved: a comment to an ally, a glimpse into your thoughts or feelings, etc.). Sometimes life gets in the way and a day or two might get skipped; it happens to me too.
But we seem to have gotten down to one or two posts per week in some cases. Lets do a little better, folks, myself included.

Just so everyone knows it, Rukn believes everything's a con: Alexander can't be serious about having anything romantic with a harpy (though, having noticed he despises gnolls, understands he's playing to his advantage), Kilarra is not jealous, etc.

She is actually surprisingly clean and well-kept, with not even a hint of carrion-stink. Even her chosen building is not filthy. The unpleasant odors are all coming from the bubbling cauldrons, but the area around them is cleanly kept.
No suggestions, just observations. I still recommend a toothbrush. She might clean up alright, but you never know who she's been eating lately.

Maybe I could even find a length of cleaned goat intestine and tie off one of the ends for you. Never hurts to have protection after all.

Oh, I know...some strange magic effect accelerates the growth of your child and you can play it. He would be emotionally conflicted and damaged because his mom ate his dad (that would mess anyone up)!! You join the party because it is the only connection you have to who your father was!! Simultaneously, you cannot bring yourself to fully condemn your mother for her actions because it is simply in her nature, not her fault, she cannot help herself.
OH OH...and in a bit of sweet justice the son and Kilarra fall in love therefor, in the end, Kilarra wins because while Alexander chose someone else, his SON chose her!!!
(this is like a sick but somehow similar story to the Twilight series)

Funny, I actually have a character in another AP with almost exactly this background. The mother is a human witch instead. The character isn't very emotionally conflicted because her mother is straight up a total monster. She doesn't like to talk about her family much though.

I am putting together a map for the Peryton encounter since none is provided in the map pack. I will move the story forward shortly.
Okay, I think my spell selection can be pretty useful for the next battle. I have colour spray to stun the beast, magic missile to take it down no matter where it flies, and summon monster II to conjure up air elementals for air support and to stop the peryton from escaping the mill.
Stopping it from escaping is going to be a major point. We don't want it carrying tales, now do we?
I also have some spells that will be useful.
Shadow Trap will keep it on the ground for a few rounds if it has a shadow.
Glitterdust of course, and Command should work on it I think.
I also have Magic Weapon for someone to bypass DR.
I have Divine Favor four times!

I'm not sure how much damage my arrows might make, though I am sure someone should block the exits.
Magic Weapon would be appreciated for Erizi's Earthbreaker.
