"Right, the healing. Who needs it?"
[ooc]I am moving today, so will be slow to act. Bria should get hel plz first...are you close enough to get wand tapped, Bria?"[/b]
"Liz, open the door and let the elemental in to attack all who would oppose us. I will heal and follow."

Everybody takes their position by the door, with the water elemental sloshing its way along the walkway. The silver key easily slides into the lock. With a click, the door begins to slowly open . . .
And with that we will start the next round after Christmas. I'm be traveling quite a bit until the 26th. Hopefully we can begin the conclusion to the Masks of the Living God! Happy Holidays!

Round 43
This 20' by 25' room has many doors, three on each side and a pair of double doors opposite the entrance. In the center of the chamber, a two-step dais serves as a base for a sculpture made up of dozens of masks, carefully forged into a humanoid shape. Quite suddenly, a voice booms out from the chamber asking, “Who are the true gods?” Just as suddenly as the voice came, all is silent.

"Just go in there and attack anything you see," says Garuneh to the water elemental.
He prepares Create Water and delays casting until he sees a combatant.
2 more rounds of our watery pal. :( So fun!

At first glance, Liz doesn't notice anything more.
Bria waits in quiet temperament.
Garuneh calls the elemental forth. It double moves into the room.
Aldous walks across the threshold to stand next to Garuneh to get a better view of the room.
After the elemental crosses the door way, the sculpture lurches forward at the elemental. This creature is made of hundreds of metal masks, welded together to form a roughly humanoid body. The masks are mostly iron, but some—such as the hands, knees, and feet—are made of silver lined with gold. The mask that makes up its head is made of porcelain with gold trim and has a large sapphire set into its brow. As the creature moves, the masks seem to shift and stare.
Growing up an Ardoc, golems are like brother and sister to you. There maybe are a few that you like over your siblings back home. But you've never seen such a golem ever crafted in the Ardoc Golemwerks. By its design, however, you figure bludgeoning weapons would work best against it.
When the golem moves off of the pestle, you notice it stepped off of a pressure plate.
The statue swings at the elemental with both of its masked arms.
Slam 1 vs WE AC: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (19) + 8 = 271d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
Slam 2 vs WE AC: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (16) + 8 = 241d8 + 4 ⇒ (7) + 4 = 11
In response, Garuneh casts his spell soaking the ground with water before the dais.

I'm assuming you want the Elemental to attack
WE Slam 1 vs MG: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (14) + 12 = 261d8 + 5 ⇒ (8) + 5 = 13
WE Slam 2 vs MG: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (1) + 12 = 131d8 + 5 ⇒ (6) + 5 = 11
Garuneh slides in beside Bria, wand at the ready.
The elemental unloads two crashing waves of water, but only one appeared to crack some of the golem's masks. Soon after, the elemental disappears.
The mask golem turns and surveys his opponents. 1d2 ⇒ 2
It then flexes out one of its arms in Bria's direction. The ivory mask where a hand should be fires off towards Bria's face.
CMB vs Bria's CMD: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (15) + 8 = 23
The mask latches onto the dwarf's face with a pulsating glow.
Other then a minor annoyance, it does not appear to affect you in anyway.

Garuneh sighs. "This will probably hurt," he says, and casts Shillelagh on his recovered club. He 5' steps into the fray and swings at the golem.
