"I'm just heading back to class" Alex replies, to the janitor. "I'll see you guys later on." she says as she turns and hurries off to class.
Mindy digs through her little first aid kit for some burn cream and bandages. There’s a few burns I can’t reach. Can you help?
She lowers her shirt off one shoulder.
"Look, Kelly. I get that she spooked you out. I believe you, but we should get on to class. Mr. Lemon has a job to do, and staying isn't helping anyone." Yuji takes Kelly's hand and tries to lead her away.
Kelly pulls her hand out of Yuji's, "I get it. Supposed to get to the Dean's at some point anyway."
"Of course. You have such smooth skin. Gotta take care of it." she'll take the tube and rub it in. Mindy might notice that Carrie's skin seems unusually smooth. With her reputation, she should probably have more scars. Especially on her left hand - it doesn't even have the calluses of normal everyday use.

He sits quietly for a moment, and then says I think two weeks Saturday detention, along with two weeks suspension from the soccer team, is sufficient for a first offense. But, if this pattern continues, expect harsher treatment.

Mindy attends dinner, but just for show. She sits with Marie, her roommate/thrall. She's expecting trouble from Kelly, and keeps her head on a swivel.
"Linda Mann told Megan Bishop that she overheard a couple teachers talking about the triplets, and she said they're victims of human trafficking. No personal belongings, special treatment--not to mention how they all seem to be nymphomaniacs--I mean, I'm just saying, it makes sense."

Yungfeng slides into the seat at Kelly's right, greeting her with an incline of his chin. Peering around the room, he makes a note of where Allison is sitting.
Alex looks around, sighs and then heads over to grab a seat with Kelly, but as far from Taryn and her crew as possible.
Kelly was more than a little surprised that Yungfeng and Alex came to sit with her. Of course, she was still planning on helping Alex with her creepy magic shit, and she'd been nice and put Yungfeng's arm back in its socket, so maybe it wasn't that strange.
But her attention was really with Mindy and Taryn, making sure Mindy was staying the f$%@ away, and hoping Taryn wouldn't humiliate her in front of everyone. She knew that two weeks off the field meant that some sort of punishment was coming; she just hoped it wouldn't be too bad.
At least Mindy seemed concerned, maybe even a little scared. Good.
As Alex pulled up a chair and sat down, placing her tray on the table and looking down at it mournfully. "God I hate the food in this place." she said to nobody in particular. "Just because its vegetarian doesn't mean it has to look like cat vomit. Still, it doesn't look much worse than what you guys have."
Poking at her food, and taking the occasional nibble she idly looked around at the other diners, making sure not to make eye contact with Taryn. Taking the opportunity afforded by Taryn loudly boasting about her performance on the soccer pitch, she leaned over and quietly whispered to Kelly. "So. You still up for tonight or what?"
Kelly's eyes flick up to Alex as if she'd entirely forgotten she was there. She takes a quick breath to re-center and replies "Yeah. I could use a reason to get some air."
Her food was cooling, mostly untouched on her plate, but once she realized how ravenous she was, she began to devour her way through the meatloaf surprise. Hopefully it would keep her wolf in check. She still had no idea what to make of Mindy.
And Carrie was nowhere to be seen yet.

At Andrea's words she frowns, glancing around at where Rowyn is sitting. "Just ignore her Yungfeng. She's just pissed that you don't want to sit next to her. Say, have you seen your sister around? I haven't seen her in ages."

Oh, hey! Social memes! I get these. They're insinuating I've had sex with the librarian. Sex with 'mature' folks gets some mixed attention, and is humorous under most contexts. It's clearly too outlandish to be true, especially being illegal, so they must be being sarcastic. Follow through with an equally false insinuation about her mother!

Yungfeng winks and clicks his tongue. Guy humor is easy. Banter is fun. Maybe i'm just a banter-bot. The banter boy cranes his neck to check out Rowyn. "Looks like Rowyn's already sitting." He actually speaks over Alex. "Now, I'd understand if this were the table of sapphic sisterhood. I mean, I wouldn't want to be where I'm not wanted. If you all want to plant that flag, I'll go find somewhere else to wet my whistle." He's never sat up from a causal slouch in his chair.
Kelly flinched at Taryn's relatively tame remark, sure that more was coming soon enough, "Sorry... I even tried to take extra punishments instead, but he wasn't having it. Don't worry, I won't slack off or anything, I'll slot right back in, no problems. I promise."
