Hmmm... Yera is still with your tribe, right? Should he walk in right now? :D

Let's see... For the Pathways, I'm thinking of changing the 'Elemental Water' Macguffin to the more general 'Elemental Power'. Thus opening things up to find channelers of the other elements. Also opens up the possibility of an epic Fire Vs. Water fight or something.

I've just started reading Through the Gate in the Sea, by Howard Andrew Jones, but already it has a fair amount of lizard-man lore in it, and it looks to have a lot more. In particular, about highly advanced and magically adept ancient lizardfolk kingdoms. Serrask would love all that stuff.

I've been eyeing that one, too, as well as the prequel, Beyond the Pool of Stars. I understand the prequel did a good job at discussing some present-day lizardfolk lore. I just haven't had a lot of time for additional reading of late.

I went ahead and bought and read Beyond the Pool of Stars. It was a pretty fun read, and there was a neat lizardfolk ruin in it I might pull some inspiration from.
One thing I've been debating on--since lizardfolk aren't as populous as humans, it seems like you should have to deal with personnel issues more than in the base kingdom building rules. I was thinking about having population requirements for structures and such, requiring you to explicitly recruit more people into your nation to expand. Would that be interesting to you, or too much extra work?

I haven't forgotten about this--I've started drafting some of my Kingdom Building rules changes in the Campaign Info tab.

Do we want to get this going again now that you've got a bit more free time, rknop?
