Prazil, sure, that seems reasonable; Orin, we'll go with a lower DC for a combat-trained animal (since they can still spook), so you'll have made the check. Kereek, I had you cast defensively, since I figure you wouldn't want to take an attack of opportunity. Orin, you can't take a full attack action in the surprise round, so I had that be your move action to control your mount and then let you take the full attack using your rolls in Round 1; hope that's OK.

Kereek casts carefully at the giant dragon hovering above him; it gives a quick squawk as the spell hits, but then seems to clear its throat and gives a growl of annoyance.
"זה היה בן דוד חכם, קטן. כפרס, אני אתן לך לחיות אם אתה מתחייב נאמנות אליי!"
That was clever, little cousin. As a reward, I shall let you live if you pledge fealty to me!
As Jon struggles to get the animals under control, the wagon bolts off away from the group. The wyvern gives a satisfied-sounding growl as it lashes out at Jon, hitting the paladin with its stinger 7 hp, though its jaws and one wing buffet can't penetrate the baron's armor.
Orin unleashes a couple of arrows at the fleeing dragon, the first of which hits home, but the second bounces off its tough scales.
Prazil rushes forward on Spike, helping Jon settle down the terrified horses pulling the wagon, which comes to a slow halt.
As Treshiell's horse bolts, with the young witch still mounted, Agnar slides off his bolting steed.

Round 2 actions, please. Jon and Kereek are in melee range with the wyvern, while Prazil is 10 feet away, at the front of the wagon. Orin and Agnar are 30 feet away while Treshiell is galloping 60 feet away.

Kereek! |

Kereek shakes his head. "Kereek יותר של קבלן עצמאי. מה דעתך עליך להפסיק לתקוף ואנחנו מדברים עליך להיות לורד בממלכה החדשה של Hartsland? אנחנו נותנים לך אדמה, אתה מתחייב נאמנות למלך ג'ון ג'ון! כולם זוכים!"

Agnar Hrolfson |

Agnar watches the wagon roll away with Jon, Kereek, and the wyvern with a look of chagrin on his face. His fingers brush his holy symbol as he murmurs a prayer, followed by "Thank you Old Deadeye, we'll need it," before heading off in pursuit of the wagon.
Casting bless and then moving 30 feet.

Round 2 cont.
Orin's arrow slams into the wyvern's chest and it lets out a cry of rage and pain. Moments later, the cries are repeated as Spike rears up on the wagon -- which creeks even more alarmingly under the dinosaur's weight -- and gores the wyvern.
The noise cease seconds after as Prazil's lance delivers a killing blow and the wyvern collapses on top of the wagon.
I repeat: Wow.

Orin Ro |

With the immediate threat over, Orin spurs Windswift into a gallop and goes after Treshiell and her horse. Seeing her come back toward the clearing he breathes a sigh of relief as he reaches out to take her reins and escort them back to the group. Once there he says out loud to himself "That's it, we need to get everyone's mount trained as soon as possible."
Once settled, Orin will remove his tools from his saddlebag and begin skinning and dressing the wyvern carcass.

Treshiell |

Orin finds Treshiell and her horse not far from the clearing, calmly making their way back to the group. "Hi", she greets the ranger cheerinly. "So you killed the beast?"
When they return to the site of the attack she surveys the group, noticing few injuries and a dead wyrven. "I told you so", she says and runs her hand through the mane of her horse.
"Did you speak with it?", she asks Kereek while Orin starts working to skin the flying reptile.

Treshiell |

"Kereek talk to it. It no smart, no take Kereek offer of peace. It dead now." Kereek sighs, resigned to the fact that all draconic creatures he has met has sorely disappointed him.
Treshiell tilts her head and looks at the kobold quietly with a expression that seems to read I told you so.
"Agnar, Kereek, what do we know of these wyverns, should we expect a nest of them somewhere? Jon asks, displaying an obvious worry that common men wouldn't have faired as well against such a creature.
"We know that they cannot be reasoned with", Treshiell purrs softly. "Or perhaps the diplomat wasn't up to the task."

Orin butchers his effort to skin the wyvern, making sure anything he makes of it will be covered in scars and stitching to close inadvertent slashes.
Wyverns are nasty, brutish, and violent reptilian beasts akin to more powerful dragons. They are always aggressive and impatient, and are quick to resort to force in order to accomplish their goals.
Wyverns are territorial creatures, generally found in hills. Though they occasionally hunt in small groups for large prey, they are generally solitary creatures, hunting in areas ranging in size from 100 to 200 square miles. Wyverns have been known to fight to the death among themselves for the right to hunt a territory rich with prey, so it's likely if this wyvern wasn't mated that it's along in the area -- though this area could also certainly be home to other wyverns, as well.
Moving on, though feel free to continue to RP earlier events too...
As you continue to explore the area, you come to a small swamp on the southeast bank of the Tuskwater.
An exploration of the fens reveal a dilapidated mud-brick hut squatting atop a small hummock in the middle of the fetid marsh, a thin tendril of
bluish smoke trickling through a gaping hole in its moss-covered thatched roof. A waist-high wooden fence surrounding the perimeter of the mound, festooned with crude fetishes crafted out of sticks, feathers and animal bones. A lone crow caws noisily from the top of a nearby cypress tree, perhaps kept out of the fenced-in area around the hut by a pumpkin-headed scarecrow.
The 80-foot diameter area around the hut appears to be solid ground, thick with bog grass and dotted with small cattail-clogged pools. A single gate in the fence hangs askew, next to a fist-sized rusted iron bell hanging from a hairy length of rope tied to a crooked post.

Prazil |

Back at the wyvern
Prazil watches Orin with fascination as the ranger goes about skinning the wyvern. "Ooooo! Prazil am not think that was done like that, use knife like axe and rusty saw. Ahhh. Prazil see! Tell Prazil, am wyverns good for making bacon? Prazil not think wyvern bacon be very good, though." He makes a sour face, shaking his head in disgust the more he thinks about it.
"Eww! No listen to Prazil, wyvern bacon am BAD idea! Am Orin hoping to make itty bitty jacket coat from wyvern skin?"
At the swamp-hut
"Ooooo! Prazil am not find this place creepy at all! Heh heh. Heh heh. Heh." The little kobold hesitates for a second before continuing, "OK! That am lie. Prazil think this house am for being VERY creepy! Kereek no worry though, pumpkin head there am fake, but Prazil protect you anyway just in case him am horrible undead creature from darkest blackest nightmares." He looks endearingly at Kereek and whispers, albeit far too loudly, "Prazil remember nightmares you have when little. Prazil keep fake pumpkin head monster from scaring you into peeing bed again."

Orin Ro |

Orin approaches the gate muttering "Interesting yard art" to no one in particular. Stopping just outside the fence he shouts in a booming voice "Hello, the house. You have visitors"

Treshiell |

At the wyrven
"We know that they cannot be reasoned with", Treshiell purrs softly. "Or perhaps the diplomat wasn't up to the task."
Take 10 on Knowledge (Arcana) and Knowledge (Nature) for a total of 10+11 to see what Treshiell knows about wyrvens)
"If it is any consolation wyverns rarely respond well to diplomacy", Treshiell continues. "They are territorial and aggressive. As you experienced. They're mostly alone, so there shouldn't be any more close by. Although there can always be another one outside this ones territory. That one might move here now."
At the hut
"I like this house", Treshiell breathes. "Who do you think lives here?" she asks Agnar.

Agnar Hrolfson |

At the hut
"I like this house", Treshiell breathes. "Who do you think lives here?" she asks Agnar.
As the crone sticks her head out the window and addresses the party, Agnar looks sidelong at Treshiell with a grin and points a thumb at the old woman.
"Her, most likely."

Kereek! |

Kereek smiles widely at the old green woman. "We is looking for treasures and new places! We found a wyvern, but him very stupid. Now him dead. And gnomeses. And we am introducing Baronjon to his subjects! Him is Baronjon. Is you witch who lives in hut? Kereek am not witch, but Kereek have mighty mighty power! Kereek am magic kobold, make many spells!"
