He bows at the compliment and lets his coufer explain. As he moved the goats around and tied them to posts already staked in the ground he explains with a sophisticated air, "Ah yes first we, Ash and I, burnt the foliage away. Then I used move earth scrolls, to level the ground around the rocks in place. Anything that was too big or out of place was move by Larina and Ash. It did take most of the night. Luckily Lorina had no engagements for the day and got her sleep once we returned. It was also an experiment for our future tree housing ideas."


With the goats in place and the group in the center of them you begin to prepare. Ash growls a bit and the goats are already bleating and pulling at their chains.

Kev is going to be in the middle starting off with a net to throw but he will be in his Piercing Rays stance along with his point-blank master martial stance so he can start off firing burning arrows at close range after he throws a net. Before that, he will ask for Erastil's Divine Favor. If there is more time to divine powers, he will cast more. He will throw a net on a Will O Wisps if he gets a chance.

Cleonora waited next to Sulvanii shifting in place a bit. There wasn't much she could do till they got here. "Think this is gonna work?" She quietly asked Sulvanii. While she figured it would work, she wanted his opinion now that the plan was going into action.

Sadly there really isn't much Cleonora could do. She can't ready a spell, and most of her buffs wouldn't last more than a minute. Well her invisibly could but with the chance to throw glitterdust it would void it and she could get caught in someone's net by accident. So for now, wait!

Quince keeps his eyes open and an arrow notched.


You see a few lights slowly heading your way over the water. Likely interested in the increase of fear on the island. Then they slow down... not even entering the island. But the call of the fear must be too much and they wander closer and closer. Some of them wink out, likely going invisible. Soon you see one near one of the goats.

He raises his hand and states, "Wait... wait until we have three visible. Then on the count of 3 throw your nets."


As you likely wait until three lights are near their respective goats. You hear Sulvanii slowly whisper, "1, 2, 3!" The last number being more of a yell.

Nets are thrown by all those with nets in their hands and it looks like you have a total of 5 of them covered in nets. Instantly they all turn off their lights becoming invisible. But you can all see the floating nets, revealing where the Will O Wisps are located.

He had thrown a net with someone else and now firmly planted his axe between his two hands, charging forward and swinging for all his might on the floating net. He roars out, "Vicious death!"

Seeing that the Will O Wisps have all slipped their bounds she realizes she must use her spell. Raising her now free hands she raises them one with her holy symbol and casts, "Purge Invisibility!"

Each of them become visible, truly looking like floating sponges, white squishy sponges.

If Krazok and the others finish off the one before him, he would move away from it revealing likely only 3 of the Will O Wisps.

Cleonora gave a long slow breath before began to chant and with a flick of her wrist sent a ray flying from her hand.

Cleo, which one are you targeting? The closest one or the one that everyone is attacking?

Arrows and attacks whiz by most of the will o wisps. Looking closely the sponge seems to have an inprint of a skull on it or of the like.

Go ahead and do your Round 2 actions, as your quarry take a full round action to get free and then take a five foot action. Likely next round they will all be gone...

Round 2

Kevros sticks the Will O Wisp that Krazok had already hit killing it. Krazok then turned and took down the one Cleo had hit with a ray. Katrina then moved so two of the Wisps were able to be seen rather than one. Allowing Sulvanii, Larina, and Ash to take one of them down. Ash also burnt the goat closest to cinders. Cleo's ray shoots towards and misses the last two that have retreated, 100 feet away.

Round 3

Unless your Initiative is before the Wisps they will be invisible and move another 50 feet.

Kev shoots two more arrows at one of the fleeing Wisps hoping to kill at least before they disappear from sight ...

But both miss giving both wisps a chance to escape with their lives and uninjured for now.

Seeing that neither arrow hit its mark, Kev responds, "Crap! I was hoping to injure or kill one more."

After they flee, Kev mentions, "Did my eyes deceive me but I thought I saw a skull imprint on the Wisps? Is it some sort of visual emotional response or some kind of brand?"

Cleonora, who had taken a moment to open her book and write in a few things, look up over the top of the book at them. "Keeping a live one might be a bit too dangerous... though I will not lie I would love one to study in depth." She shrugged before she place her charcoal into the book and closed it. Cleonora put in away before she said "I will gladly take the dead ones though, I can use them in arcane experiments."

He goes to one of the corpses and puts leather down. Taking his time to transfer it onto the leather without losing much. Then he folds it up and holds it in hand. Then slips it into a black bag on his belt.


Cleo would likely collect the other two WillOWisp bodies. No other wisps come even with the goats bleating.

The team likely packs up and travels back home to get a good night's sleep.

I have a few day trips to plan out for your army and such. You are more than welcome to interact with anyone for the rest of the night or the next few days before something else happens. Actually we are going to finish that month to be caught up again on those wishes. So 2 or 3 weeks of time.


She gets more and more excited and involved in her wedding plans. She had sent out all the invitations and her parents should be here any day. Flowers provided by Katrina who bloomed blue flowers in the cathedral for the wedding. The catering was all agreed upon and the staff of the kitchen of the cathedral would be well compensated. Her gown was being finished in Restov, she would go get it with her parents. She is talking with Katrina a lot for many reasons.

Cleo:
He would call for you, requesting a massage when you had time. You would notice that all of the oils are a lot lower than last time.

After a week he would be walking, even though he still looked horrible. Instructing mostly from a seat as he wanted to still have close proximity to his soldiers and a watchful eye over their training.

The next week he would be training again. Most of the bruising was gone but he still looked like a wreck.


She would be seen wandering the halls of the castle. She almost seems looking for something but when asked she says, "Just enjoying the craftsmanship." Or "Still just getting used to such a grand structure."

She would meet up with Cleo for talks on Arcane and the Arcanist class. Deciding on which aspects to be taking and developing her spell list.

She has meals with Quince at lunch and dinner. She continues to get to know him and being close by holding his arm as they walk or touching his hand at meals.

Sense Motive DC 24:
You might notice that she gives side long glances at Selena and Stalker when they are at meals when Quince turns away.

Cleonora packed away the dead wisps safely and would returned with them to see what she could learn. Upon her return she set about trying to learn about them.

Saren:
Cleonora would pause in her studies to go and see what Saren needed, upon seeing him she shook her head. "Still look like hells." She mentioned as she sighed and moved to look through the oils. "Ah, so massages are working, I see you have gotten others to help?" She asked as she chose one that smelled more of sage.

When Elizabeth asks to speak of arcane matters, Cleonora invites her back to the academy to show her the wisps she had gotten and speak on other matters she might have. Even offering one of the spellbooks she made for her arcane class.

In the morning after their wisp hunt. Quince enjoys his breakfast with Sulvanii. Among the various business the speak of he brings up the subject of items from Sulvanii's horde. As well as the evil possibly intelligent longsword. "I know I have been slow making my latest wish. I think that I might be in need of a weapon or two that might help. I have picked up a bit of archery but more often than not I tend to meet foes on closer terms. Is there anything that you think I should wish for or that you already have that might be a good fit?"

Tristan, Kevros & Stalker:
After breakfast he seeks out Tristan, Kevros, Katrina, and Stalker. "I wanted to speak with you. It is probably obvious that I am rather fond of Elizabeth. I have not desire to rush anything, but it is a matter that if things continue will come up. If . . . if we were to consider marriage is that something that any of you would worry at. She is kin to Saren and Bearik obviously and there was a time we did not fully trust things. Perhaps time and Bearik's recent reliance on us to help him save his own family and that he has served us well in the last year. If there are still reservations I understand that my relationships are not solely my own."

Quince meets up with Elizabeth following lunch.

"Do you just do these in your down time?" Cleonora asked as she held up a small figure. "I mean you've put them all around so you must do them often."

Saren:
"I didn't use magic before." Cleonora said as she poured some of the oil onto Saren's back before she began to work his muscles over. "As for making a business of it, I don't know if it would be able to thrive here. I suspect that these people are more... simple." She added with a half chuckle. "I'm surprised they haven't said anything about half of the people who are on the council. Erastilian are more... superstitious than most. But then again how little is actually known about your people is a grace I guess." She shrugged. "I was rather surprised to find a genie here, even more so when I found he was an Efreeti, I can only suspect how others think of it."

She can be found in the cathedral doing her duties. She is counseling individuals as needed with armed guards in the room. Also helping Lorina getting her wedding ready. Beyond that and her sermons, she is rather hard to find.

Cleo:
She makes the effort to have lunch with Cleo at least twice each week. She seems tired and a bit off.

Kevros:
She enjoys her quiet hours in bed with her husband. But you find she is staying late, even sleeping at the cathedral three or more days a week.

Investigating Katrina...:
You find her in the cathedral's library. Looking around you see she has recently made the shelves and has brought in many books, making Cleo's old room into the library. She is researching...

Finishing his tea he looks at Quince and states, "Well once we are done with breakfast we should go have a look. I don't have a perfect memory. There are a lot of items. Most of them cursed." Once morning business is concluded he tells Quince, "I will be in my office, when you have time swing by and we will see what works best before we make you that wish."

Quince:
What weapon are you looking for first? Or Weapons? Then roll 2d6 for that weapon, then 1d10 for each of them... that will be a start. Yes if you want more than one weapon type then you would roll for them all.

Cleo:
As you likely come see him the next night you find him sitting behind his desk with several items on the table between the two of you.

Katrina:
He finds you in your personal library during the first week and drops off more books for your research, "I think these will help. Please before you act or cast any spells, consult someone, I am willing but I understand if you pick others."

Jorne:
As he is in his normal size and new casual form he continues to sweat as the clubs hit as the two of you train in Sulvanii's personal rooms. "Yes, yes... very nice. Make sure to keep that foot closer otherwise you will be unbalanced. Yes good!"


She smiles back and acts shy too, it appears that she is as smitten with Quince as well. Yes, I would think it would be the same just without the negative aspects.

If you think you would have lunch with them or in the eating hall of the castle with the others, you may make the check too.

With a quiet way she waves her hair that catches the light in just the right way, with a smile on her face and a unexpectent lilt to her voice she says, "Oh... oh yes. I never learned magic before. It is strange how much it is tied to language. She has been able to give me many pointers and suggestions but for the most part I am learning on my own. Well I can't say that, I intuitively have learned it from her. Cleonora is able to refine my thoughts so that they are sharp and useful tools. Father helps as well, though he can be an overbearing teacher. The reason I never learned magic before. It is nice how and Arcanist makes magic differently than father."

"Put them all around, oh... no. I have been giving them to students and they have been putting them all around. Yes, I do my best of helping de-escalating any problems students might have. But overall I have time on my hands. I wish I had something else in my hands but that is not in my cards right now. I can't wait until Saren fully recovers." He states rather with a blah say attitude. The last sentence seems to have been a mental thought that he probably didn't mean to say.

He probably continues in the same way through the conversation but as it dies down he begins to walk away. Stopping and turning to say with more thought or emotion, "Cleonora... what do you want?"

Sulvanii:
Another night with no sleep as the dreams were getting worse, and no time like the present but to practice. With a simple spell he would be ready for the day tomorrow, and was doing his best to keep up with Sulvanii. Even in this smaller form he had much more strength and ability than myself. "So I know you do lots of things. What do you want? Who can you introduce to me?"

"First most of the people coming here are running from something. Second we give them a good wage for work they want to do. Third nearly everyone here is a follower of Erastil. Fourth why would they want to question, most are simple enough to just be a simple follower. When the Wardens have all the control and do right by the people there doesn't seem to be any problems. So when did you learn to use magic?" He points out knowing that Cleo will probably put holes in his thoughts. He doesn't care, as she is willing to work on him. He had some knots that wouldn't go away from the last masseuse.

"Kat my dear, you seem so distracted." Cleonora pointed out. "What is wrong?"

Sulvanii:
"Hmm, are you busy tonight?" Cleonora asked. "Shall I return later?"

Jorne:
"What do I want?" Cleonora mimicked with a raised brow. "That has many answers. For example the reason I came to see you was to check how you are settling in. As for longer terms... I've given up on most of the things I want... My own drive now is just to keep things from repeating themselves... If I can do that, then I can at least be satisfied enough with life. Even if I'll never be happy." Cleonora shrugged.

Saren:
"Because people always have an opinion." Cleonora sighed as she worked. There was the feeling that she wanted to say more but stopped for now in exchange for answering his question. "I just have been... Seventeen or so." She explained as she kept working, finding the knots left by those who where less skilled. "I left my home and found a magical school. I have a bit of magical blood the professors said... But it wasn't enough to spark. So I had to learn more like a wizard does." She explained. "Either way I was rather skilled, and unlike other people I already had a spell book with many spells within."

This would have been at least the second week. Distressed she explains, "My research has shown some disturbing results. The Fathers are not the serpents. The Fathers are Old Gods, Void Gods to be precise. The texts are mostly from raving lunatics. They pretty much tell different things and nothing matches up. Then looking into the serpents they are crazy cultists. Deals with Void Gods will never pan out in the best of cases."

Tristan, Kevros & Stalker:
"Bearik and Sulvanii have invested power, magic and resources into the kingdom. I am sure they are permanent fixtures that want to see us grow too. Elizabeth seems like she would be a good fit. Marriage can work many ways but love and a willingness to grow together are two of the strongest factors in a relationship." She grabs Kev's hand and pulls him close to her.

"I want... to know... what you think about immortality. If you could have it what might you do to gain it? He questions as you begin to identify the items.

Jorne:
"You know I am not sure. The betterment of our people, more power, the spells I can cast are very limited, I would like to change that. Oh you are probably speaking of sexual drive? YES? Good, I have plenty, three outsiders are seeing to those needs. Sure it would be nice to have a real relationship but I wouldn't impose it upon a mortal. I can connect you with some of my acquaintances but honestly, you need to go. Go to Taldor and some answers Stavian. Go have an adventure on your own."

Then a turn on of the emotion spigots, he says loudly, "WHY?!" He stops and takes a steadying breath before continuing, "Like what do you want to stop repeating? Well what can I do to make you happy? I feel like a lost soul... Yes I have my job here but it just doesnt... feel enough or right..."

Cleonora held out her hand upon the table, palm up to asked for Katrina's. "Kat, you're the first friend I've had in a long time... I won't let them take you. I'll help you find a way to break this deal, and even if that fails I won't let that be the end of it. I'll travel the planes to find you Kat. And woe be those who stand in my way." Cleonora told her when held Katrina's hand gently yet surely

Sulvanii:
Cleonora granted Sulvanii a rare smile before she began to look over the items only to pause at his question. "Such an interesting question." She began as she looked back to him. "I cannot say immortality has ever held my interest... I do not fear death you see... And I have made my peace with where my soul will go upon my death..." Cleonora explained. "So I don't have an answer as to what I would do to gain it. Though I can say that if I wanted it, I'd never allow others to be harmed in my search for it. At least none who are innocent." She answered. "Might I ask what brought this on?"

Jorne:
Cleonora was silent for a fair while before she walked forward. She seemed to be struggling with something, yet in the end placed a hand upon Jorne's shoulder. "I wish to stop the decline of this place. Cities that are already made... Well the corruption in so deep in don't think I'll ever get it out. But in a new place like this, maybe I can keep it at bay for longer. So that innocent people never get hurt again." Cleonora explained. ".... Jorne I don't know if anyone can make me happy... I've deemed myself a poison. I am Hell bound Jorne... Friends are okay but... I am not sure I can give someone more... Not without tainting them too." Cleonora sighed as she let her hand drop from his shoulder. "You say you feel a lost soul. In that we have a kinship Jorne. Tell me, what do you want from life?" Cleonora asked curiously

Saren:
"Saren humans come of age at fifteen." Cleonora said with a sigh. "So I actually started late. But I was a very fast learner." Cleonora explained, she worked and kept silent on the book for a moment. "Some people have heirlooms" Cleonora said some... Not her.

Katrina would take your hand and calm down some. She shakes her head, "Its not like that, you either accept it and go crazy or try to defeat them and possibly get fully possesed... I need a rogue or some kind of information broker to find out where the Serpents are residing or even lure them here."

You should let the widow happen soon. Honestly I don't think Tristan is coming back any time soon.

He was about ready to just walk away from the damned woman but then she asked the question of him, he contemplates it and explains, "I thought I knew what I wanted. I wan... I want my nightmares to end! I want to know if I have a standing in my families court. I want to know if I exist in this world. I want friends, family, and companions at my side. I dont want to lose people I care about on a worthless... quest. I, well, that was all before. I thought you were interested in me that I wasn't the only one who had that feeling but it sounds like you cut yourself from those emotions long ago..." He leaves it off there for you to decide how you will proceed.

Cleo from Saren:
"Wait... but... um... I get the feeling you are sidetracked me or you don't want to talk about this. I know you don't trust. Well maybe ask something of me."
