If it helps this is some of the information that I have been talking with the GM about helping get more organized because the rest of the players lived through it and have lived it for several years.
The process of getting Cleo on board is letting you see the whole picture and where she can fit in. We literally get lost and forget details. Which I would assume make it even harder to wrap your head around as a new comer.
Joining an game already going is hard. Because the existing players have already made their first impressions, earned a reputation & had defining moments the live in the players memory who were there.
Coming in new the old players continue on and there is a new round of 1st impressions, trying to gauge your own reactions to what is going on to what happened and so on.

Cleonora Petalouda |

It is hard. You worry not only if the character will fit in, but how the other players will accept you. I was greatly worried about bringing Cleonora in but with everyone encouraging me to play what I will and with the form of this party... well I thought they would be the perfect group to bring out who Cleonora once was.
However it takes a lot of interaction between players and time, to get Cleonora to change... That wasn't fair to put on your all's shoulders. At least not with more talk. That was my fault.
There have been some parts that have confused me, such as the way ruling was going, but I think I've a better understanding now... Maybe! XD
Edit: Also in case you missed it the part I was talking about is at the bottom of the last page. I got it posted before your posted the one above this one.

Quince Medvyed |

Oh the bit about Erastil's son. I noted it.

Cleonora Petalouda |

Cool, I know we can easily loose things with how much we've got going on! XD

Kevros Droverson |

Well it did throw me for a loop when we first talked about it. At least in character. Because it looked more like you where working with an Oligarchy not an Autocracy. Which there is nothing wrong with an Oligarchy! XD
But it did make me confused when Quince was acting like he had to pass it by everyone else to get anywhere.
Also I'm surprised that Quince didn't pick up on Cleo's statement! XD
We are kind of like a cross between a autocracy and an oligarchy. Something like Knights of the Round Table. Quince is treated like a head of state outside of the council room but once behind closed doors, we are all or more equal. The reason why we chose this is because people are more comfortable what they are used to instead of something radically new for the region like an Oligarchy.

Kevros Droverson |

Will it be possible to wish for fast stealth and safe shot for only the composite long bow? The real safe shot is for all bows at 9th level.

Cleonora Petalouda |

Well that is how things change. You take a risk to be largely different then those around you. But I do understand that it is hard to get others on board for it. Though the River Kingdoms are the greatest place for different ruling styles because of just how numerous the other kingdoms are. For example Daggermark is a straight out Anarchy! Fort Inevitable is an Overlord, Gralton is an Oligarchy, Lambreth is a Dictatorship, Liberthane is a Military protectorate, Mivon is a Meritocracy, Orthult is a Tribal council (made up of all Lizard men btw), Outsea is a Council, Pitax is an Autocracy, Protectorate of the Black Marquis is a Conventional (pirate despot and council), Riverton is a Magical (Theocracy), Sevenarches is also an Oligarchy, Thornkeep is an Overlord, Touvette is a Military dictatorship, Tymon is just a normal Dictatorship, and Uringen is a Autocratic diarchy with unstuck Uringen. And these are just the ones who have the ruling styles listened! There are others that don't.
The River kindgoms are the perfect place to play around with this stuff!
I know I probably didn't need to list all of those, but I did a few so I just went, lets go all in! XD
I have the book on the River Kingdoms that talks about each of the places and points of interested. I've read it a great deal because, well I really like the idea of this AP! There are just so many different options and no two Kingmaker games will be played the same way. Not to mention a place as crazy as the River Kingdoms still has their morals! I mean they came up with a good few "Freedoms" as they call it, that show the heart of the whole place.
Say What you Will, I Live Free
Oathbreakers Die
Walk Any Road, Float Any River
Courts Are for Kings
Slavery Is an Abomination
You Have What You Hold
These are great! While it is still a bit on the if you're strong you survive side and heavily skewed in their favor, they also hold that roads and rivers should never be taxed which shows freedom of movement, they despise Slavery which more places are okay with then is comfortable, and they hold people to their word! When I first read that I was actually shocked! XD
Okay I'll stop gushing over the River Kingdoms now.... They're just my favorite place! ^_^
However doing a full mix between an Oligarchy and an Autocracy would be very interesting to watch! Like just how it would play out. It would also tell you a great deal about the one ruling! Would they always give into the popular opinion? Or would they make a choice if they truly believe it was for the betterment of their people?!
Ooooh! This is gonna be so fun to watch! >_<

Quince Medvyed |

So I was wandering around the interwebs. I found this picture.
It made me think of Tristan.
Tristan has wanted wings recently.
Tristan also has a really rad riding lion. . . . I wish I had thought as for that. Medvyed bear calvary . . . hmmmm..
Anyway I round this picture and thought. What if the Wings were on Tristan's lion Ghost.

Quince Medvyed |

Or this oooooooooo

Cleonora Petalouda |

Oooh! I'd go for the first one but that's just me!

Sulvanii |

"What do you mean you are proud? Who?" He asks trying to understand.
I will let you decide what part of the time line we are in. It might be easier to put it into the present. The day after the attack or the day after that. I leave it up to you though.
Will it be possible to wish for fast stealth and safe shot for only the composite long bow? The real safe shot is for all bows at 9th level.
It is possible to wish for both of those but safe shot will likely have some kind of stipulation on it. I know you are thinking taking it down to one weapon is a sacrifice but you know it isn't. If you had other bows that you would like to use as well it might then.
It is also troublesome that you are not keeping all the information together for ease of access. I vaguely remember we talked about safe shot being a 2nd level ability for some other class?
Taking these other than normal wishes, have a chance for penalty of some kind. Typically you will lose something or you will have to do something before using the ability. It gets tricky and complicated fast! Once you have decided what you are going to wish on then I will begin the rolling!

Cleonora Petalouda |

I agree, two days after the attack sounds like a good place to put it. As that whole thing shook Cleonora greatly.

Sulvanii |

Cleonora Petalouda |

Sulvanii |

Sulvanii is literally going to explode once he finds out you are dead! The students will have a literal story to tell that they encountered!

Cleonora Petalouda |

Oh I want to see that! XD

Quince Medvyed |

So I Googled reve.
It's middle English. It's plural is reven. That sounds badass.

Kevros Droverson |

I thought you were going to GM override the Wish rules because I saw Tristan wishing for wings. I don't need risks with possible fallout. It was bad enough for Elizabeth to reduce our stats.
For 4 of the 6 wishes, I have decided to take all them in Dex, which only allows for one more inherent increase unless of course that is against GM wishes. I checked my increases from previous increases, and they have not been in Dex, only Str and Cha. I did have a Dex one but I moved it to CHA when I added the Oracle Gestalt class because I needed to. It is recorded in my character sheet at the very bottom.
I would like the save the remaining two for now unless they are to be forfeited for anything else remaining that one can use a wish spell without risk.

Quince Medvyed |

Has enough time passed that we would apply the wish bonuses.

GM Wolf |

Oh yes Quince, once we conclude month 15 we will do our second set of wishes.
Tristan will have his wings...
1d100 ⇒ 19 40 %
3d100 ⇒ (15, 40, 75) = 130 10 %
The wings form out of your back. With your other wishes they grow quickly nice and strong.
parasite, intelligent, extra feeding, drenched daily, quest, lose ability score, lose hp, no armor, painful, DM special : 1d10 ⇒ 10
A winged woman appears at the door of the room. She drops down and kneels, then she says in the voice you have been hearing, "Hero Tristan the sky palace needs your help! We ask that your mighty group will come and clear the land of your new people. It is shrouded to all but the Black Winged."
Everyone please post your wishes for Month 14 so I can see which ones need rolls.

Cleonora Petalouda |

Except me correct? I'm still not added in that till I take the position of the council.

GM Wolf |

Only Wardens, so no wishes for Cleo, yet.
I just rolled for Tristan's unorthodox wishes.
The other three wishes would be forfeited.
So I would suggest +3 on Dex and +3 on Wis.

Cleonora Petalouda |

Katrina Dewtree |

Month 14 wishes
As such my first wish is that Sulvanii gain the ability to grant more wishes to the detriment of Bearik and the entity, known as the Lawful Queen of the previous nation of Khorvian. We need her attention."
"My second wish is that this council will always be true to one another, that by our bond of friendship and trust, we will support one another and that we will put the others needs before our own. My third wish is that by our friendship Bearik's chance to be improved to break his curse and bring his wife back."
Other 3 wishes
+3 cha
3d100 ⇒ (30, 52, 19) = 101

Inside the small box was a coin, a golden coin that had a square in the middle and Tien writing around the outside of it. "It's an older coin from Gao's home country in Tian Xia."

Quince Medvyed |

Silly question a few years ago IRL we were in the early Kingdom stage. Bearik was building a temple to Imedae near Oleg's is this now a part of Fort Promise?

Sulvanii |

"Ah yes an interesting place, I have heard of Tian Xin but never had the pleasure. Though their currency is another story. It is still a fine offer." he elaborates.
Month 14 wishes
Stalker:
+3 str
+3 Dex
Saren:
+3 str
+3 cha
Selena:
+3 str
+3 cha
Svetlana:
+3 str
+3 Dex
Still need Kevros, and Quince I believe.

When Quince learned the drain ability was tied to the prison.
Bearik Sense Motive: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25
Liz Sense Motive: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (6) + 6 = 12
Liz and her view of people. How 'above' people she seems to imagine herself.
Sense Motive Liz: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
Does Liz seem to appreciate that Quince treats his religious obligations seriously. Is it a 'respect' or his traditions or 'whatever' you repressed mortal.
Sense Motive Liz: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19

Cleonora Petalouda |

[ooc]What a thing to waist a nat19 on! XD[ooc]
Cleonora winced a bit when the juice burned her lips but not the inside of her mouth. 'How strange.' She thought as her body grew warm. "It tastes very sweet. And I'll have to do my best to eat it with a fork or knife if I can ever eat it again, burns the lips." She explained.
"I'm glad you liked the gift, oh but you wanted to speak of something from yesterday... What is it?" Cleonora asked with a slightly nervous tone.

Kevros Droverson |

At the end of the military council, Kev will give his wish list to Sulvanii and thank him.
+3 Dex
+3 Cha (Oracle needs this att for spells)

GM Wolf |

Quince Medvyed wrote:Bearik Sense Motive: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (19) + 6 = 25

They are both saying the truth.
Quince Medvyed wrote:Liz and her view of people. How 'above' people she seems to imagine herself.
Sense Motive Liz: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (3) + 6 = 9
She sees herself as royalty, not that humans are lower life forms.
Quince Medvyed wrote:Does Liz seem to appreciate that Quince treats his religious obligations seriously. Is it a 'respect' or his traditions or 'whatever' you repressed mortal.
Sense Motive Liz: 1d20 + 6 ⇒ (13) + 6 = 19
She understands your beliefs and seems rather neutral on the subject. She respects you and thus your traditions.

Sulvanii |

If you decide not to speak on it he offers after a minute, "So there is nothing that you want to talk about? Your brother, your parents, your living brother, how you are feeling? Yes I know you put up a good wall but you had a breakthrough yesterday, for you."

Cleonora Petalouda |

Kevros Droverson |

Oops, will this stack with or the +3 will take over Erastil Blessing wasting the blessing?
+3 Cha (Oracle needs this att for spells)
If so, I will switch it to Con

Quince Medvyed |

Looking at old NPC allies. Once of the NPCs that used to associate a lot with Bearik was Lionne. An elf Druid. Is she still around?
Not that you need more NPCS Wolf but just trying to figure what we still have around.

Sulvanii |

Lionne is an elven druid and agent of Bearik. She has not been seen for a long time. That reminds me I need to copy and make that document.

Quince Medvyed |

More NPC questions.
The gnome. Fiddlewatterish Grendorisah Zelfartiksossishmen he had the ogre illusion. I believe he lived near a gold mine of some kind.
He hit it off with Angeus. Stalker helped him out getting a list of supplies. I don't remember any details beyond that.
I assume we are exploiting the gold mine some how with his blessing or is that one of those plots that we started and haven't followed through on?

Cleonora Petalouda |

Sulvanii |

Kevros that will stack, no need to spoil that.
The gnome is in charge of the mining operations. I hand waved the RP.

Quince Medvyed |

Cool. I remember he really like Angeus. If it was still up in the air I was going to send Selena. LOL
