I had the same feelings when I started APs in the past. If you have people assisting with tracking certain things it can help, like loot, party info, etc... Keeping the busy work with others and the creative stuff in the GMs hands as much as possible. But I chose not to run two, so I can understand the dilemma!
Then there's the pesky "real" life stuff that gets in the way...
I'm with Thomas on this. I'm sure running two games in PBP rather than in meatspace would be much easier, but at the same time, Kingmaker's very sandboxy. Like he said above, if you can handle it, see if anyone from here still wants to play.
I have decided that I am going to run two games, because I believe that some people can help out with keeping track of some of the stuff (like Myrdul suggested). Group A will be posting in this thread and Group B will be posting in the play-by-post thread DM Cuc - Kingmaker Campaign for Group B
I want to thank everybody for submitting characters with some AWESOME backstories. I had a really hard time picking TWO parties out as there were some that I really liked but I just couldn't get them into the game as I had certain idea's for certain characters. Group B if you all want a discussion forum let me know and I will create one ASAP for y'all. Again thank you all for your submissions they were amazing and I hope to get to play with some of you others at another time either as a DM or as a PC (I really would like to be a PC as well soon lol).
