For reference, below are the mission objectives:

MISSION: PURGE THE GENESTEALER INFESTATION
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES
• Kill the Broodlord: The Kill-team must find and destroy the Broodlord, ending his control over his nest and
disrupting the efforts of the uprising.
• Send an Astropathic Message for Help: The Kill-team must locate and enter the House of Echoes and find
Astropath Ascendant Elsharna. They must then keep her alive long enough to send a message to nearby Imperial
forces for reinforcement.
SECONDARY OBJECTIVES
• Rescue the Lord-Governor: The Kill-team can find Lord-Governor Perian Thorsholt and ensure his survival until
reinforcements can arrive. This ensures continued Imperial control within Lordsholm.
• Help the PDF Recapture the City: The Kill-team can aid the PDF in key battles throughout the city, using their
presence, tactical skill, and firepower to turn the tide of battle.
TARGETS OF OPPORTUNITY
• Kill the Roaming Genestealers: For every Roaming Genestealer the Kill-team find and exterminate, they lessen
the Broodlord’s hold on the city and reduce the final size of his nest when they track it down.
• Kill the Rebel Leaders: There are a number of key rebel leaders leading and directing the uprising. Finding and
killing them weakens the rebels’ efforts.
• Gather PDF Support: Throughout the city there are a number of PDF regiments and companies holding out
waiting for orders. If the players break through to them and give them orders they can offer support.

Brief Info about Avalos

Avalos is by and large an unremarkable world, like a million
others across the vastness of the Imperium. Its people toil
ceaselessly under the rule of the Emperor and the guidance of
the Administratum. Avalos rests on the edge of the Orpheus
Salient between Hethgard and the Well of Night, all within
the environs of the Galactic Eastern Fringe. An Agri-world, it
is almost entirely given over to the production of food crops
and domesticated animals, shipping vast supplies off world
(mostly to feed the soldiers of nearby Achilus Crusade).
The majority of the world’s surface is a sparsely populated
network of farms and orchards, mills and ranches. These
are connected by a vast collection of roads, rail lines, and
shipping lanes, all feeding to the world’s only major city and
its only spaceport: Lordsholm. Resting on the edge of the
world’s great southern continent, the city is home to the bulk
of the planet’s population and is the seat of its government,
the home of its PDF garrison, and its connection to the
greater Imperium.

The better quality improvements on ranged weapons aren't that brilliant, probably better of improving a melee wpn if you can (I haven't read how your boon works), but otherwise armour I would say

Sorry no, probably have to create your own from ROB.
Before I post in the IC thread, I have realised I need to make one change. If I am to keep my gene anamoly covered and I'm in Scout armour I need goggles of some sort, so I will swap the Cartograph and Dipolemaglock for auto sense goggles.

As to leader, Einar is really not the sort so I really don't mind. However our tactical ultra up their own ar*% marine is built for it. (No offence intended, but lets face it, everyone prefers a rebel to the goody goody!)

Let's see:

If our Brother Librarian is the leader, we can take the Oath of the Emperor or the Oath of Knowledge (a veeeery good Oath for this mission).

If you choose me, we can take the Oath Astartes, Oath of the Emperor, Oath of Glory or Oath of Loyalty. Sadly, Oath of Knowledge is beyond my capabilities. Given that, if you pick me, I would suggest taking Astartes or Emperor, for their nice Patterns.

So, given the amounts of Cohesion we can both contribute to the squad:

-Brothers, I promise if you pick me I will take you to extreme and never seen before combat capabilities. Together, we will be much more than the sum of our parts.

And there's also the fact that I can't contribute much to the squad other than giving you leadership :P

Yup, they can. In Rites of Battle there's a table which states which solo modes are passive.

I won't change the character in the middle of a mission. It just stroke me how I was the only one reading that part (or following it).

I hadn't really clocked our dark angel succesor, until now. Happy to fight a round or 2, until I kick his arse ;) Although Viluf might fight me for the honour! Might be simplest/ quickest for you to roll on the Ritual duel table and tell us who won, and then we can roleplay the result.

Did you just want special ammo? Because the rulebook has the nicely vague answer of 'Weapons requisitioned from the Deathwatch come with a sufficient supply of standard ammo for the weapon.' to cover everything else!

2x stalker pistol clips of Stalker rounds =28
2x stalker pistol clips of Metal Storm rounds =28

Other bolt ammo and sniper rifle ammo are generic.

Guys, in which books can I find some of the things you have? Older armours, chapter trappings, etc. I am curious, would be nice to know for the future.

First founding has some extra chapter trappings and obviously the other chapters such as White Scars etc. Rites of Battle for the armours, some pretty cool wargear and deeds and distinctions.

@Radavel, to your question on ammo counts, have you decided what the phrase "come with a sufficient supply of standard ammunition for the weapon" is? Given this seems like a long-term deployment onto this world and ammo could be a concern, are you using the "general rule, the GM may opt to use the “rule of three,” meaning that each Space Marine has three reloads for each ranged weapon unless otherwise noted" as referenced in the errata? If so, it may be wise for us to spend extra requisition on even basic ammo (though it would need to be assigned a value then).

I think you got the hit locations the wrong way round so you hit me in the head.

Caught on the back foot, by the quick reactions of the Son of the Lion, Einar manages to parry the first blow, but that leaves a chance for the Consecrator to catch his head.

The space wolf stoicly blocks Reinald's initial overhand blow, but leaves himself open and Reinald spins away, slashing open a large wound on the Fenrisian's right arm.
