I am going to try and explain things:
Spell combat is its own kind of full attack (its not compatible with any other kinds of full attack => No haste, or other effect that required a full attack. (example cleric spell that can grant you an extra attack when you use the full attack action)

Spell Combat:
This functions much like two-weapon fighting, but the off-hand weapon is a spell that is being cast. To use this ability, the magus must have one hand free (even if the spell being cast does not have somatic components), while wielding a light or one-handed melee weapon in the other hand. As a full-round action, he can make all of his attacks with his melee weapon at a –2 penalty and can also cast any spell from the magus spell list..

While doing spell combat you get you attack ( bab -2 penalty) and 1 spellcasting. you can do these two action in what ever order you like.
If you are casting a Touch spell you get a free touch attack (hence providing you with a free attack) with the -2 penalty
Hence at my level i just get 1 normal attack and 1 melee touch attack if the spell give me one.
If a were for example doing a spell combat with shield spell the round would be (at my level):
Regular scimitar attack (-2 for spell combat) and spell casting of Shield spell (in what ever order i want)
No other attack during this routine.

Spellstrike is just an optional delivery system for touch attack. Instead of using the Melee touch (Vs touch AC) i can use my weapon to deliver (vs normal AC) and therefore add weapon damage

Frostbite is a touch attack spell:
Your melee touch attack deals 1d6 points of nonlethal cold damage + 1 point per level, and the target is fatigued. The fatigued condition ends when the target recovers from the nonlethal damage. This spell cannot make a creature exhausted even if it is already fatigued. You can use this melee touch attack up to one time per level
Being Caster level 3 i therefore get 3 Melee touch attack.
Every time i can make a melee touch attack i can instead to a Spellstrike attack
Hence during an Aoo i can either do my normal scimitar attack or a melee touch attack since i am considered armed (per touch spell rule)

If you have 3 or more ranks in Acrobatics, you gain a +3 dodge bonus to AC when fighting defensively instead of the usual +2, and a +6 dodge bonus to AC when taking the total defense action instead of the usual +4.
so does anyone else have a hard time resizing things in google drive? I was working on another map and i just cant get the dumb icons to resize. Everytime i do it they stretch really large. Is there something I am missing?

well they are not really easy to resize but thank god theres the back button for when you make a booboo
You may want to zoom in, it helps a lot.

I have updated the map, the goblins were joyously leaving with the shimmering green emerald, though now that they have been attacked and followed they will turn on you.
obviously we are trying to level ourselves up by killing all the gobbos!

Tyrel: yes in normal combat you can direct any of your attacks to all the different target that you can reach. (even if you don't kill it)
you can also per the rules take your 5ft step in between attacks
I have the Iphone 5, and it should work, though I might be in a dead zone, we will see.

DC 22 Save is pretty rough for anyone at this level, but I'm guessing that's the intent - to overpower. Are we in Rounds? How will I know when the fear effect wears off otherwise?
I will inform you when you are no longer affected by the fear, also those who are/were panicked, whenever in the presence of that figure you will be shaken until a few hours has passed.
Yup, those who save will get first interactions and high marks by this new one. Though I knew most of you would likely fail. He is suppose to be overwhelming. :)
