Kharn gets all of his gear ready for the trip into the castle before heading down to wait until midnight.

Argan will show the map to everyone, recalling what they know and will lay out a rote for them. "So, we will come upon the vault (1), guarantee the blacksmiths are not working, open the hatch just a little bit to guarantee there's no one there, and then drink invisibility potions. From there, we won't be able to see each other, so I need you to pay attention now, and we will space up our entrances as to not hit one another. 15 seconds between each of us should be enough. So, we start invisibly in the blacksmith (2), go up one level (32), get out in the courtyard (27) and into the keep (31), up the stairs to the right, and we should be right before the cells (34). There it gets complicated. There will probably be two guards in this room, so, Eryan, I want you to go first since your invisibility lasts longer than ours. Wait there until two of us appear killing the guards, and in case any of us fail, mess up their minds or whatever, but don't let them scream. Kharn, you will go after the drow, and count your time, after you get there, count 15 seconds and then strike the one farther from the stairs, or the one to your right in case the distance is the same. I'll get the other one. Vlad, I need you to go last, since you are slower in that armor of yours, and make more sound."
"Now, I don't think that will be the case, but if by any chance the path to room 34 is blocked, get out of there and meet behind the keep, beside the chimney. From there Eryan will levitate and put a rope on the top of the tower, so we can climb and start at the top of the keep, killing Havelyn before freeing Goodie. Activate your disguises to look as one of the guards, so in case someone sees us, it will be less suspicious than four weird-dressed people in there. Objections?"

The party slips through the underground tunnel quietly, opening the door with caution. Nobody is there and things are going smoothly as the invisibility magic takes effect. The party begins heading up the stairs when they hear a shhhhh.
Perceptions: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (15) + 5 = 201d20 + 5 ⇒ (2) + 5 = 7
1-"Hey, you hear that?"
2-"Hear what? All I hear is your whining."
1-"Quiet damnit! Come one, let's go check it out."

Vlad keeps to the plan as well.. Only killing the men if they catch wind of them.. I have a +30 stealth while moving so i dont see how they could detect anything..

A moving group has some stealth penalties.
Perceptions: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 101d20 + 5 ⇒ (18) + 5 = 23
The second one perks his ears up. "Wait, I..." Suddenly the first one laughs, and the sound of steel is heard...as he adjusts one of the flags. "Thing was scraping the wall. Bah, I'm just paranoid."

When he sees the guards, Argan will toss one of his daggers directly north, until it reaches the wall ok room 22 and makes some noise, which he expects them to inspect, leaving the door unguarded. If they are too smart to fall for this, he will proceed to plan B, going behind the keep and groping around after the invisible rope.

Argan looks around them, to see if there is anyone else looking, at the walls.
Perception: 1d20 + 8 ⇒ (11) + 8 = 19

He will attempt to open the half of the door where there's no guard. I'm not sure if the other guard would be clever enough to think there are invisible people here, or if he believes in ghosts, but inside it may be dark and so he might - just might - get in to check. If he does that, Argan will drink a darkvision potion, follow and strike!
And I could use some more ideas, folks. What would you do if you see the front doors like that?

Argan creaks the door open, which makes the guard turn with a puzzled expression. He reaches over and slams the door shut, catching Argan's hand in it. As Argan stifles a cry of pain the guard frowns, then slams the door again just as Argan pulls his throbbing hand out.
Damage: 1d4 ⇒ 1
The other guard yells back at the noise.
2-"What's going on?"
1-"Ah nothing, apparently when your fat arse isn't leaning on the door the wind will open it. Find anything over there?"
2-"Still looking."

Argan's hurt and unhurt hands move to the grip of his Sabres, but he stops there for a few second, controlling his anger to give the others time to do something avoid spoiling the plan.

Not seeing many options here.. Question.. I realize throwing an Alchemist fire at a person would break my invis, but would I tossed it on an object? What about using oil with flint and steel..
Set the statue of King Markadian on fire, creating a diversion for us to get inside the tower.. Surely the 2 guards would rush to put out the flames burning their beloved statue..

Oil poured on it would burn a round or 2 for sure.. Not exactly sure i wanna create that big of a diversion though.. Thoughts.. Perhaps some more noise along the side of the tower woul get them both looking.. Perhaps ill try that instead..

Eventually we will have to climb to the top of the tower, and it is our best escape option (with Feather Fall), so your call.

Vlad moves over to the southern side of the keep and pulls out his dagger.. He pings it off the side of the castle loud enough for the men to hear it.. He then moves down 30' and waits..

Vlad will move west and round the end of the tower and tap the blade again.. This time he'll west to the outer wall and start moving back east towards the entrance of the keep.. "Hopefully the others have taken their cue and got inside.."

Kharn almost stops to give the two guards talking a demonstration of how to fight an axe fighter but he decides against it and continues on.

Unsure if the whisper was directed to him or to the soldiers, Argan takes a quick glance at the door to guarantee it's closed, and strikes at the neck of the man, guaranteeing this one won't call out!
2H Sabre!: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (19) + 10 + 2 = 31! Damage: 1d8 + 7 + 2d6 ⇒ (1) + 7 + (1, 1) = 10
Confirmation!: 1d20 + 10 + 2 ⇒ (7) + 10 + 2 = 19! Extra Damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (4) + 7 = 11

Argan tries to keep his voice low, knowing Kharn will be nearby. "Hey Vlad, do you have extra invisibility potions? Or if you could make him invisible, Eryan. Go with Kharn and take out the next two guards on the following room." Up the ladder.
Meanwhile, the now visible Argan will assume the identity of one of the recently deceased guards, and search their body for valuables $_$
