The problem is if you head to the shrine to help them, then it's running it as the second place visited - which leads to a not so optimal outcome. The best outcome is if you really split the party into three and tackled things that way. But again that is...not really easy. Because you're facing things that you should be facing as a party and not solo characters.

Anyway last night I opened my first wine bottle(usually its the guys/or the waiter who does it at parties), and why doesn't wiki how tell you you need to push the cork in till it pops, then pull the cork out? I tried pushing it in but didn't push it far enough on the first attempt.

Anyway, long story short, I got the bottle open, and decided to pour myself about 500 ml out of the 750 ml of it out for myself.

Then I went to bed. Don't worry, I did drink some water before I went to bed, so I'm not hungover or anything.

About setting houses on fire - I sneaked a peek at book 6 - they were showing the gutted remains of Phaendar. So I had to set a couple of houses on fire =)

She takes a -5 penalty to all perception checks beyond 10 ft and all targets at that range have concealment from her. Past 30 feet, all targets have total concealment from Aubrin.

PTSD (Ex) Each round Aubrin hears the sound of an ally getting hurt in battle, she must succeed at a Will saving throw or begin to relieve flashbacks of the incident that caused her to lose her partner and her sight. If she fails the will save, she is trapped in those flashbacks, unable to do anything.

Aubrin is a bit of a conundrum from the GM standpoint of view. Because my view is that PCs should pretty much solve their own problems and not rely on NPCs, though yes, NPCs can try to bail you out should PCs be out of their depths...

It's even written directly in the adventure itself: Avoid the temptation to let Aubrin solve all the party's problems, though, and let the party prove themselves to be the heroes Phaendar needs.

Which is the reason why I didn't release her stats earlier.

And don't even let me get started on Father Noelan...it gets worse.

The ( ) with numbers inside denote the ages of the NPCs in question. Which honestly is out of character information since you wouldn't know by looking at them. And I'm not going to make a guess on elf ages...

There's a suggestion in the AP to use milita rules for banding the NPCs up...but I don't own Land of Conflict book and am unlikely to go buy it, so probably it won't be implemented.
