My Lord, once you have cleared this place of threats. This could be an excellent punishment for those who displease you, but are too important to outright kill. They could be sent here to work, as either guards or officials. You could erect an oubliette here. The bog would make any rescue attempts challenging, and the smell...

From the description, the mushrooms are black rattlecap mushrooms and the 25 foot plant fits the description of a tendriculos. A huge carnivorous plant the immense monster stands nearly 25 feet high when it lurches into life—something it does as soon as it senses the approach of any living prey. The tendriculos attacks with its fibrous vine-like tentacles or its immense maw, a tendril-rimmed hole capable of distending wide enough to swallow a human whole.

The huge creature moves rather slowly and it takes it about an hour before it moves up out of the mud and follows in the direction of where it saw the summoned creatures go.

Once it is out, then you are able to charge it if you wish.

Once swallowed you are affect by Paralysis. You can make a Fortitude save DC 18 to negate it.

Radomir tumbles to the ground as Cernzabog is being dragged to the tendriculous.

Alexander slashes it with his sword, but his elemental misses the mark.

Finnegan slams two arrows solidly into the creature and that proves enough to send it toppling over onto the ground.

Drawing out his machete, Finnegan runs forward, joining Alexander and Radomir in hacking at the Tendriculos corpse.

You are all able to slice open the carcass and free Andrea from its stomach cavity. Though as you burst through to her, stomach acid splashes out of the creature.
