Yea I do realize the shard hit either way I just wanted to make sure it was FF as that could be wildly varying depending on the enemy.
The creature dies after the bite attack
After the shard begins to move the creature dies before it knows what is happening erupting into a red mist and the soul is sucked up by Min's Cacodaemon friend.
Vaklam still has a go but I will resolve enemy two as their starting positions are quite a distance away from the group (I will update the map when I can get to a computer that can edit docs). Vaklam's turn will be resolved before the new enemies though. Aurelie and Leiara's happen afterwards to end the round.
Out of the trees north of the map three very large humanoid creatures erupt from the bark. They are slow but purposeful equipped with large bows that they draw back and begin firing on the party.
Each gets two shots, one will go to Mr Jingles, one to zoom, one to Leiara, one to Pytha-Gora, one to Leonard and one to Min. Basically the back rank as that is what they see.
Mr Jingles: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (2) + 11 = 13
Zoom: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (11) + 11 = 22
Leiara: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
Pytha-Gora: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (15) + 11 = 26
Leonard: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (14) + 11 = 25
Miss chance if hit: 1d100 ⇒ 20 High means it hit
Min: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (3) + 11 = 14
damage: 2d6 + 4 ⇒ (3, 4) + 4 = 11 If anyone is hit use this damage roll

Little Aurelie |

Aurelie giggles from her perch on the Big Pappy's shoulder, waving her arms and saying, "Let's get them, Mister Jingles!" A wave of energy moves from her to the eidolon, and the scratches across its armor disappear.
Casting inflict light wounds by burning a summon monster cleric spell.
IFL damage: 1d8 + 5 ⇒ (3) + 5 = 8*1.5=12

Leonard the Black |

[dice=IFL damage]1d8+5*1.5=12
Kodo and Podo exchange glances and grin wickedly.
Kodo flies to join Mr. Jingles. Podo flies to join shard.
They'll act as flanking buddies and strike with their crystal tail spikes. They're hoping to get the killing blow or shortly thereafter. The idea being to suck out souls to empower their weapons. Since everything is immune to poison their damage is hardly worth noting. The soul sucking is the main purpose of their actions.
Min, since your soul sucking is limited to ten an mine is not just call out in character for the souls you want and the imps will save it for you. The cool thing about this (besides the obvious) is that our enemies can't be resurrected. :-)

The Shard |

Hopefully Podo can cling onto me Leonard, for next turn I'll be gone like the wind and I'll disappear from sight.
The snarling, black as night, large tiger stands above it's latest kill, watching the arrows fly towards his allies. He sees Pytha-Gora trying to snatch the arrow out of the way, only to be a little too late.
The arrow found a soft spot just below his arm, his protective shell not yet damaged, still the humanoids aim at the other side of the battlefield was impressive.
He tries to figure out what kind of things fired those arrows.
Knowledge Nature: 1d20 + 13 ⇒ (13) + 13 = 26
Pytha-Gora glances stoically around him, keeping an eye out for the second plant-like flying thing close to him.

Leonard the Black |

Shard, he can grab you if let him or indicate he should. Also he can turn invisible also as needed. We've been working together long enough that he knows to follow party members basic commands

Old Smoky Bill |

The shard and Min both realise these things are Wood Golems but they aren't acting like normal ones.
Min hasn't seen or heard of these types before. They seem to have been altered, maybe it is something to do with the forest? This golem type seems rare.
The golems are nimbler than normal and are proficient in weaponry whereas normal ones wouldn't be. Min realizes that two of a normal wood golems abilities are still intact with these creatures. It has the same magical immunity and can make splinters explode from its body.
A wood golem is immune to any spell or spell-like ability that allows spell resistance, with the exception of spells and spell-like abilities that have the fire descriptor, which affect it normally. In addition, certain spells and effects function differently against the creature, as noted below.
Warp wood or wood shape slows a wood golem (as the slow spell) for 2d6 rounds (no save).
Repel wood drives a wood golem back 60 feet and deals 2d12 points of damage to it (no save).
A magical attack that deals cold damage breaks any slow effect on a wood golem and heals 1 point of damage for every 3 points of damage the attack would otherwise deal. If the amount of healing would cause the golem to exceed its full normal hit points, it gains any excess as temporary hit points. A wood golem gets no saving throw against attacks that deal cold damage.

Vaklam |

Vaklam casts a spell, calling upon his deity to boost Malakai's defenses Shield of Faith +3 to AC.
Malakai then moves to attack one of the flanked golems. Let me know if she'll have an attack after moving or not

Vaklam |

"Well, that's no fun. Bye"
He then assumes gaseous form, and begins to fly away.
I am pretty useless in this fight, vast majority of my spells have zero affect on them, and my shadows can't help

Old Smoky Bill |

It's fine if he wants to run. Anyway I will bot Leiara and then it's back up to the top.
BOT: Leiara shifts into the form of a Bear and attacks the still standing Mi go. Zoom follows swiftly after her.
Zoom: 1d20 + 11 ⇒ (9) + 11 = 20
damage: 3d6 + 18 ⇒ (6, 4, 6) + 18 = 34
Claw: 1d20 + 19 ⇒ (5) + 19 = 24
damage: 1d4 + 8 ⇒ (2) + 8 = 10
Leiara and zoom manage to quite badly damage the creature but not kill it outright. It then retaliates against both of them.
Leiara: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (4) + 10 = 14
Leiara: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
Zoom: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (12) + 10 = 22
Zoom: 1d20 + 10 ⇒ (9) + 10 = 19
However only one of the attacks connect, damaging Leiara and attempts to grab her and manages it.
grab: 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (20) + 12 = 32
damage: 1d4 + 3 ⇒ (4) + 3 = 7
Right back to the top.

Leonard the Black |

The imps are still flanking with their respective buddies. Their attacks aren't terribly effective, but they may or may not add anywhere between 1 and 4 damage plus absorbing a soul as it their respective flanking buddy kills it.
Leonard will hold his action to see how the round plays out.

Min Classified |

Min will fly to the tree in the north and hide in it's Braches and behind the trunk.
I've already given you guys two buffs and you seem to be taking care of things without even using them. I want to avoid wasting spells
Min takes out his spell book and starts reading up on haste to prepare it again. it will only take a minute

"Mister Jingles" |

The cat skeleton charges forward at one of the new enemies, leaping up to bite at it.
Charge Bite: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (6) + 14 = 20 Damage: 1d8 + 7 ⇒ (6) + 7 = 13
Following this closely, the Big Pappy charges in with its spike, striking the same creature.
Charge Gore Power Attack: 1d20 + 17 ⇒ (7) + 17 = 24 Damage: 3d6 + 16 ⇒ (3, 2, 2) + 16 = 23
Jingles and Kitty both at -2 to AC until next round.
Edit: Forgot Min's buffs again. +1 to the attack and damage for Kitty; +2 attack and +1 damage to Mister Jingles.

The Shard |

Pytha-Gora flanks the remaining Mi-go with Leiara and attacks it with its bite.
Pytha-Gora's attack, +2 Greater Magic Fang + flank: 1d20 + 9 + 2 + 1 ⇒ (19) + 9 + 2 + 1 = 31
Bite Damage: 1d8 + 4 ⇒ (4) + 4 = 8
The Shard and Podo both vanish from sight, reappearing only moments later at the middle Wood golem taking it completely by surprise and Shard unleashes a barrage of attacks together with Podo as flanking buddy.

Old Smoky if this does not kill the Wood golem yet, feel free to roll my grapple maneuvers. How many hits does it take to down him?
Min, 1 minute is 10 rounds, but it will probably be very useful next combat

Old Smoky Bill |

All the frontline fighters move in and attack their respective targets. Shard manages to turn the wood golem into bits of splinters. The golem itself being purely an artificial construct does not release a soul however.
@Shard: It takes all your claw attacks
The other two golems retaliate. The one adjacent to Mr. Jinles unleashes a splintering cloud or razor-sharp shrapnel.
damage: 6d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 2, 1, 1, 1) = 13
DC14 Reflex for half
Aurelie: 1d20 + 7 + 1 ⇒ (10) + 7 + 1 = 18
Mr Jingles: 1d20 + 3 + 1 ⇒ (12) + 3 + 1 = 16
kitty: 1d20 + 5 + 1 ⇒ (16) + 5 + 1 = 22
All of Aurelie's crew seems ready for it though and they don't take the full brunt of the splintering.
The golem then splits his bow into two swords and makes two attacks against Mr.Jingles.
attack: 1d20 + 12 - 1 ⇒ (11) + 12 - 1 = 22
attack: 1d20 + 12 - 1 ⇒ (20) + 12 - 1 = 31

critical: 4d6 + 8 - 1 ⇒ (4, 5, 5, 5) + 8 - 1 = 26
Despite the splinters not doing much it really lays into Mr Jingle's with its attacks.
The last remaining golem moves up into the fray and sees the now unguarded spell caster and The shard, it makes an attack against each.
Cover is included in it's attack rolls as negatives
Leonard: 1d20 + 12 - 2 - 1 ⇒ (9) + 12 - 2 - 1 = 18
Shard: 1d20 + 12 - 2 - 1 ⇒ (12) + 12 - 2 - 1 = 21
It manages to hit leonard despite the cover in the way. The shard I'm guessing has +10AC currently?
damage: 2d6 + 4 - 1 ⇒ (2, 1) + 4 - 1 = 6

Little Aurelie |

From Mister Jingles' back, Aurelie lets out a scream. "Stop hurting us!" The wave of negative energy pours forth again, healing the trio and any other undead within thirty feet.
Channel Energy: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 6, 3, 1) = 11*1.5=16

Old Smoky Bill |

BOT: Leiara tries to finish off the Mi-go in a single strike.
claw: 1d20 + 21 + 1 ⇒ (6) + 21 + 1 = 28
damage: 1d4 + 8 + 1 ⇒ (3) + 8 + 1 = 12
She manages to just about do it leaving the Mi-go crumpled on the floor, she then moves to engage the Golem close to her. The soul is absorbed by Kodo. I think that is the imp over there? Is that right?
Zoom comes charging in to attack the Wood golem as well.
Zoom: 1d20 + 11 + 1 ⇒ (17) + 11 + 1 = 29
damage: 3d6 + 14 + 1 ⇒ (2, 3, 5) + 14 + 1 = 25
Back to the top with all the Mi-go's dead so Enemy 1 is no longer there. Again I'll update the map when I'm on a computer that can edit it.

Vaklam |

Vaklam flies north, with Malakai right behind him. They land about fifty yards ahead of the battle, though he does not revert form. He looks around for anything out of place 1d20 + 12 ⇒ (15) + 12 = 27 Limited to 30'

The Shard |

The Shard pounces on the most right Wood Golem, this time not disappearing from sight, but charging at a high speeds towards the the construct. Podo quickly climbs back on Shard's back as the big tiger darts towards the construct.
These attacks are against his normal AC, still flanking and sneak attacking from the Imp that rides long with me, if that's not possible or whatever, ignore the Flanking bonus and the sneak attacks

Pytha-Gora stays pretty silent and moves towards Leonard to guard him, at the opposite side of Zoom.

"Mister Jingles" |

Both of Aurelie's servants launch into a flurry of attacks, Kitty biting and raking its claws, the Big Pappy grabbing the golem in a clenching fist and running it through twice. (Full attacks from each)

Kitty and Mr Jingles destroy the golem they are fighting with relative ease. The shard's with his charge lane blocked moves over to fight the other golem, with him and Leiara the last golem is destroyed. Last golem doesn't have much health left after shard's turn so to speed this up I'll just say you win.
The dust settles with the Evil overlords comfortably victorious from the first response of the forest.
The group hears a voice again. "Looks like we finally might have someone to free us from our oppressive 'master'. The king wishes you luck in taking one such as he down."
Vaklam meanwhile sees what looks like a moving shape nearby to where he landed, it isn't invisible but he can clearly see an outline of a humanoid. It is trying to hide near a tree but the colour of the bark refracts through the outline to make the moving shape more obvious.

Min Classified |

"ether this was the best he had in which case I don't think much of him or he sorely underestimated us"
After finishing my reading I fly down to the last Mi-Go.
"Seems we have a prisoner"
To make sure it stays that way I rip it's wings I could always heal them later. Then I put on the Shackles of Compliance and masterwork fetters. Then I load it up onto the floating disk.
"Also seems like we have gotten some nice loot"
I pick up the unicorn horn. Then I start loading the golem parts onto the floating disk as well. I hope to have a chance to examine them properly later. I also search the Mi-Go's they have anything on them?
"Shame I can't reuse the programing making golems that can use bows is quite impressive the complexity in using a bow is huge even more then throwing things. Especially for golems lacking a sense of touch."
I look at the hands of the golems. Do them seem to have any sort of touch sensors or nerve endings?

Vaklam |

Still in gaseous form Vaklam says "Come out, come out wherever you are."
If there's enough light, Malakai will mime her brother's real shadow, making her less noticeable as a separate entiy. Its a technique they've done many times in the past.
That last part isn't intended to have much of a mechanical benefit. Just that when people look at Vak and Mal, they generally only see just Vak. I'll let you decide if its foiled by the hidden creature, or if it provides any actual benefit/bonus

Old Smoky Bill |

There is some quickly shuffling and the entire outline is pressed up against the tree. The outline shambles around when some more when it seems to have noticed the gas around him. The first thing that happens is faerie fire spell envelopes Vaklam showing his outline. The outline then whispers "What in the name of..?"
Vaklam then hears the sound of a sword being drawn.

Old Smoky Bill |

The golem hands just look like carved wood and bark, there doesn't seem to be much to the hands other than that.
The Mi-gos do not have anything on them, however there is a mark on each of them. A sigil of what looks like a noble house.
Knowledge Nobility: 1d20 + 14 ⇒ (1) + 14 = 15
Min however does not recognize where or what the house is, just that it is a noble house and this branding usually denotes property.
Anybody else want to do anything or would you like to move on?

Min Classified |

The Shard |

Shard reverts to his own shape after the battle and casually walks over to the others, using his katana again as a walking stick, knacking his neck and relaxing his muscles after this 'training exercise'.
"Say where is Vaklam off too? I don't see him anywhere around. He wouldn't have chickened out right?"
He pats Pytha-Gora on his back, the large humanoid turtle seems a bit disappointed.
"At ease my friend, you have done well to guard Min and Leonard, you couldn't protect all sides so don't worry."
"It's not that Master, I would have loved to have seen a bit more combat and fight the ways like I have been taught. Perhaps next fight I can prove my worth Master."
He speaks in a slow voice, normally pretty silent, Pytha-Gora seems pretty troubled with something, else he wouldn't have spoken his mind so.
The Shard walks over to Min standing over the dead Mi-Go's and sees the marks as well.
Knowledge Nobility: 1d20 + 5 ⇒ (5) + 5 = 10
But has absolutely no idea of the mark until Min tells him.

Old Smoky Bill |

@Vaklam: No, he's done like I said in the post put his back up against the wall. Cast Faerie fire then drew a weapon.
Min after thinking a little more realises that the noble house branding on the Mi-gos is of the Eladrin household 'Firewood'. One of 7 major households that rule the borders of the Feywild connection to the plane of Otervia (this plane). They are well known amongst planar travelers for their distinctive red leaf armour. Their closest allied house is the 'Sandrunners' a group of Eladrin who have adapted their magic so they might skate on virtually any surface and run as fast as their primary prey, Crimson Worms.
The figure in front of Vaklam now becomes visible, he is wearing leather armour with red leaves making up a breastplate and shoulder pads. The creature looks like an elf though Vaklam can tell it has a few features different, namely the eyes are a deep red. The 'elf's' skin is also far paler than that of an already pale elf. The elf has a rapier with a small red spark on the end of it. Strapped to his waist there is a cord that looks like is made of bark and a book fasten securely. The 'elf' quickly reaches down and flips the book open and the pages start to turn by themselves. A page flies out and he catches it with his free hand.
The elf then swishes his sword and yells out "Rayon Ardent!" and bolts of flame shoot forth from his sword blasting the mist in front of him.
touch attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (3) + 7 = 10
touch attack: 1d20 + 7 ⇒ (1) + 7 = 8
damage: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 5, 3, 6) = 19 fire damage for each hit
The rest of the group hears those words and see two bolts of fire fly out 50ft away from the battlefield.
