At the beginning of your turn, you may, as a free action, roll a single d20. At any point before your next turn, you may use the result of this roll as the result of any d20 roll you are required to make. If you do not use the d20 result before your next turn, it is lost. You can use this ability a number of times per day equal to 3 + your Intelligence modifier.

You're correct. it's 3 rounds now. 1 min is a holdover from 3.5.

Despite all this I am guessing considering Vaklam doesn't want Min to analyze this he would do this out of ear shot of him. So Min wouldn't hear of it thus not know to focus arcane sight on a random circle Vaklam is turning over to Leonard.
Leonard is unable to glean anything from what it is, Kodo bids Vaklam closer. Kodo whispers into both Vaklam and his master's ear.
When Min returns to study the golem parts it takes him a long time to even decipher what's going on, any magic inspection of them is fruitless as they are still immune to magic despite the golem being defunct. The research will take a best part of a week. What Min eventually does find is the golems were not crafted on Oteria instead they were likely crafted in the fey wild. Further it seems the handiwork of these golems is from goblins not eladrin. The tool markings give that away. The most important part of these golems however is that a spirit of some kind was bound to the golem, again hard to determine how or when magically due to the innate magic defences the golems still have.

In the meantime he'll head back to Roquefort and give Pytha-Gora, Korina and some of his top students a few private lessons in martial arts combined with the use of natural weapons and unique fighting styles.
Besides that he will try to search and inquire of uncommon and rare animals around Roquefort and the mountains with Pytha-Gora and Korina.
This already in preparation of Awakening Pytha-Gora next lvl

Min
The Eladrin is named Elisedd, a very old elite of the Firewood noble house. His exploits mostly involve the wars he's fought in mostly against creatures trying to invade the feywild. Tales suggest he is also a sorcerer of some renown though doesn't use his magic much in a fight. Preferring to use magic to make a forest in which he would bog down younger lived creatures in a guerrilla war that they can't win.
The rangers you talk to in the forest are all young people for their race and there is a whole mixture. Many you see are wearing clothing from the old Kalvian times, many say they used to travel in the caravans. What strikes odd to you is some of the humans you meet are talking about times at least 100 years ago as if they were there yet the human rangers look no older than 18 years of age.

Korina and Pytha-Gora are happy to explore the mountainside with their master. You don't find much on your travels of actual rare animals, however you do find a nest near your town. After your conversation:
Vaklam moves through the ruins of the place he built on top of. Vaklam within a few days of delving finds some old tomes that are in a very old language. He spends some time pouring over the ancient tomes finding them to be a diary of a Vampire hunter by the name of Raziel Von Dragos. Apparently Raziel and his crew would hunt Vampires and for lack of a better word ransack all their stuff. The book doesn't give much indication on where the old Vampire artefacts might be but they are no doubt nearby.
Finally the tome denotes a single Vampire that Raziel regrets he never caught; Lacramioara. Raziel never even found out what her race was, the tome suggests that she never even appeared as her own race. So unbeknownst to Raziel, he might have met her. The only firm fact that he tracked down was that she owned a castle though it was not on any landmass they knew, Raziel's final thoughts on the matter were that the castle was either in the clouds somewhere or underwater.

One more thing. Min will write up a contract that looks very good, but has some hidden loop holes that we can exploit if we need to. He will use his last Focused Trance for the dramatic day to make it perfect. He will also ask Leonardo to help him with it.

Vaklam:
For the first question the reply is: Yes
Leonard
Vespoya shrugs "I do not question the man, and yes he does know it is crawling with devils. If you want the embassy to work you are not to touch our embassy workers just like we won't touch yours. Correct? So a lot of devils being here will matter not."
A contract has been written up and sent to Elisedd.

The reinforcements arrive safe and sound. Due to the bolstered ranks the battlefront swings to your forces pushing forward fast. Claiming the ground they had recently lost due to the adventurer's interference.
The spymasters set about their work in counterfeiting coins. Difficulty 5 (I), Mission rating 6
success?: 4d6 ⇒ (1, 3, 2, 6) = 12 They gain a net of 0 bonus, however this is an espionage mission so they pass by 1.
The spymasters report back to Min saying they are successful in making counterfeits, they shall start mass production as soon as possible now that good master copies have been made.
The spy saboteurs go about spreading rumours within the ranks, while trying to remain undetected.
Difficulty 4 (I), Mission rating 3
success?: 4d6 ⇒ (2, 6, 1, 3) = 12 Net bonus of 0. This is not enough to complete the mission but they are not damaged in the process.
The spy saboteurs attempt to spread rumours however the rumours they spread have been refuted by a general in the ranks. The general has manage to hold sway over their troops, not wanting to risk being spotted the saboteurs withdraw for the moment.
The accusers attempt to spy on the adventurers and if there is a convoy to troops.
Difficulty 3 (I), Mission rating 5
success?: 4d6 ⇒ (5, 3, 1, 5) = 14 Net bonus of -4. This unfortunately sets their level to 1 for this mission, thus killing them.
The accusers attempt to spy on where supply lines and troops might be. However due to previous run-ins with the accusers the enemy is prepared. Clerics are on hand with ways to stop the accusers from escaping and they are shot down before they can retreat.
Elsewhere on the east coast, reports come in of a boat that was unmanned. The ship was rigged with a ton of explosives, it came in off the ocean powered by something and was flung onto shore. Some major damage was sustained to any remaining villages off that side when the ship exploded. No-one has determined the cause of this rogue explosive flying boat.
At Roquefort a group of the best raiders from the Dragonborn tribe arrive. They have some impressive techniques and handle on divine magic that The shard has seen. Many are individually trained to handle intense situations and are a reliable fighting force.

Old Smoky Bill |

I'd say it comes under (I) infiltration and espionage, as espionage is partly counter intelligence and trying to gain people to defect. Disruption is more harassing an enemy supply line with explosives or hit and run tactics. Or distracting a base, or attacking small villages to steal supplies.

The Shard |

I'd think I would like the new Raiders to steal supplies and horses, rare animals if they are anywhere near, from villages and small camps near the frontline. Perhaps one of the officers has an unusual pet or something.
How difficult would that be in terms of mission rating?

"Oh, that wasn't a threat if violence. The devils will follow the law. It's their nature. Of course your people are required to follow the laws as well. This is a very orderly city. Even for the sake of the treaty I won't have people running amok. I didn't particularily care if the embassy stays or not. As I said. It's not my interest. ...Ahh. I see the game he's playing now. Very well. I'll have the embassy arranged. Your people will be given attaches to help you as needed. Consider it a courtesy. "

Old Smoky Bill |

@The Shard: Yes you can
Leonard
"We will follow the laws we have no want to cause offense in your city. I thank you for getting this done with little hassle. Thank you for the attaches as well." Vespoya bows and sees himself out to make the arrangements.

The answer to the question is: Some but not all.
How would you like to go about narrowing down where the artefacts might be?

Vaklam |

Four questions left "Have I been to any of the locations?" If yes, "Do I have any outposts, or anything near them?" If no, "Are they in areas controlled by enemies?"
For clarification, if no, I am trying to figure out if the artefacts in areas of some sort of civilization or in ruins/abandoned areas?

Old Smoky Bill |

The rangers will endeavour to look for Shambling mounds, they say it might take some time to find them as they blend into the scenery quite well. They are also dangerous so the rangers will have to come up with some sort of plan to not get themselves killed, even for embassy work they are not willing to die for it.
Leonard
During the week some Eladrin with white plate mail armour come into your town and being to set up in the designated area for the embassy. They are teeming with positive energy and make some of the inhabitants of your town quite uncomfortable. It looks like for the most part they are just here to do paperwork, despite their heavy armour and weaponry that they carry around all day.
Would people like to assign missions and let another week roll round? Or is there anyone who wishes to talk or interact with something before pushing forward in time?

Leonard the Black |

Leonard is going to assign a couple of different groups to keep an eye on the unwanted visitors. They are to watch from afar and gather intel on the ground. The spies are not to engage, but otherwise I want to know everything. Spies will be both human and devil. Leonard is looking for any legitimate reason to remove the problematic ones from the city. Also, Leonard wants to know what their true purpose here is. Clearly it's not the scenery, so they must have some ulterior motive. Leonard wants to know what it is.

Leonard the Black |

But First I need to talk to Puck,
Leonard goes through the process to request an appointment with Puck. He marks the paperwork as "ASAP!" (aka. He's pissed)
At the appointed time Leonard uses the portal and goes through the appropriate superficial pleasantries required by contract. Then he gets to the point.
"When I requested Accusers to be used as spies I may not have been specific enough. I should have included the words "competent," "non-moronic,' " and "free of mental indescrepencies." Were the ones i received created from souls of mental ward patients? In some instances that would be fine, but in this case I needed something that's actually capable of doing more than being cannon fodder. It's been a waste of my time and yours."

Old Smoky Bill |

You may set your Demon's on a mission to survey them with would only be 2(I) as they are in your own town.
Puck looks up at Leonard and smiles, "They were competent, well competent enough to get what I needed. After all I didn't tell you everything that was out there I take it Varien has not taken kindly to you intruding into their affairs? Don't worry, you shall be safe maybe not the minions though"
Puck hums and bit then continues to peer into the sausage "Would you like some more? After all there has been quite a few souls that left your plane recently? Or would you like to bargain for something else?" He chuckles.

"The point of our relationship is that it is mutually beneficial, is it not? The last batch were not beneficial to me in the slightest. If our relationship is going to continue you'll have to be sure you make it worth my while. So your troops failed me, rather miserably. What are you going to to to make it worth it for me to hire more?"

Old Smoky Bill |

"How bout this then, I tell you a bit about Varien and their Emperor. The deaths of Accusers helped confirm a couple of things for me, I'm sure using that information to your advantage will give you that edge in helping conquer them will it not?" Vaklam |

Once he's narrowed down the location of at least some of the artefacts, Vaklam sends out six squads to try and locate them. Each group contains two shadows, a fledging vampire and a trio of combat undead Ghouls, enhanced skeletons or zombies, etc. The vampire is given orders to try and be as diplomatic as possible, but use any means to accquire the artefacts.

Old Smoky Bill |

Leonard
He clasps his hands together "You see Varien has had special 'techniques' that they have used. Most of the holy variety, many of which aren't found elsewhere. They are able to use automatons which I'm sure you've seen. Now these automatons have a variety of abilities one of which is hidden from most of the populace. Or at least it's true nature. Many of the criminals are turned into sight for these robots, by sight I mean nothing but beacons detecting those unholy around them. Now since we were their most recent giant threat they are able to detect us far far easier unfortunately. The fact that the accusers were spotted is proof of this, I do not know what they have done to these men except that they are mere husks of their former selves. Most of the populace of Varien believe they deserve their fate, little do they know they are worked like dogs. Varien still has 'upstanding' citizens after all." Puck finishes his small tale.
"That is not all they are capable of from what I can 'see' but that is what I can confirm."
Vaklam
I'll take that as an exploration for your home unit, It will be a mission rating of 2(E).
Everyone else alright with assignments and general happenings?

Leonard the Black |

"So they use the souls of criminals to power or somehow enhance the automatons? Interesting. If that's the case it could theoretically be possible to use this to our advantage. Perhaps either deactivating the special abilities or even awakening their more chaotic nature. My god I would love to turn their own creations back upon those imperious twits. "
